Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Information Technology, the Senior Analyst, Technology Governance & Controls is responsible for strengthening CGC’s enterprise technology governance framework, internal control environment, and operational risk posture. This role helps ensure that technology-related processes, system access models, vendor relationships, documentation standards, and change practices align with organizational expectations for accountability, audit readiness, and institutional durability. 

The Senior Analyst serves as a key internal resource for access governance, control evidence management, policy administration, risk tracking, vendor oversight support, continuity planning coordination, and governance reporting. This position translates governance expectations into practical, repeatable operating disciplines that support secure and efficient business execution. 

This role is well suited for a proactive professional who can operate effectively in a growing and evolving organization, bring structure where processes continue to mature, and execute with sound judgment, discretion, and a high degree of ownership. Success in this position requires collaboration, professionalism, strong written communication, and the ability to improve how work gets done through practical use of automation, AI tools, and modern workflow capabilities. This role is central to CGC's enterprise governance maturity, maintaining the frameworks, processes, and controls that allow IT systems, data, and vendors to operate with accountability and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CGC’s enterprise technology governance and control environment through disciplined administration of repeatable oversight processes. 
• Coordinate periodic user access reviews, entitlement recertifications, segregation-of-duties support reviews, and permission validation activities across enterprise systems.
• Maintain repositories of control evidence, approvals, documentation, and artifacts required for audits, internal reviews, external assessments, or regulatory inquiries.
• Administer the lifecycle of technology-related policies, standards, and procedures, including version control, review schedules, approvals, acknowledgments, and publication tracking.
• Support vendor governance and third-party risk management processes, including intake coordination, due diligence documentation, contract control support, and remediation follow-up.
• Maintain governance logs and trackers related to risks, issues, exceptions, incidents, remediation items, and management action plans.
• Administer and monitor the technology change management process including ticket completeness, approval validation, testing evidence review, and record retention within the Technology Service Desk in Jira.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery governance activities, including inventories, documentation updates, exercise support, and remediation tracking.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, metrics, and presentations related to governance performance, access controls, training completion, vendor reviews, policy status, and control maturity, including PowerBI reporting where applicable.
• Assist in administration of security awareness initiatives, policy acknowledgments, phishing simulations, and workforce education programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline governance processes through workflow automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, agentic workflows, and improved operating procedures consistent with internal control expectations.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to improve enterprise accountability and governance practices.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, escalating concerns appropriately.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as COSO, NIST, SOC, ISO 27001, or similar governance/control standards.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Vanta, Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Box, NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable systems.
• Experience supporting vendor management, procurement controls, contract administration, or third-party risk processes.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools, AI productivity tools, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic workflow concepts.
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, Security+, ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar credentials are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for the Senior Analyst position is between $117,715.00 – $132,549.00 annually.
• Senior Analyst will be eligible for an annual bonus based on job and organizational performance.

Our Air Defense team is responsible for developing and fielding CUAS capabilities around the world. Operating CUAS capabilities inside the United States requires a combination of technical rigor, operational excellence, and regulatory awareness. ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril's Detection and Response team is looking for a Security Operations Analyst to be the watchtower for Anduril's critical defense technologies. As a SecOps Analyst on the detection and response team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and responding to adversarial activity while helping incorporate key detection feedback loops with the detection engineering team. As a Senior SecOps Analyst, you will serve as an incident commander alongside other senior analysts. When not responding to threats, you'll be asking questions of our data sets, conducting threat hunting and data normalization operations across the organization to understand user behavior and identify anomalies. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Triage and respond to alerts / incidents covering multiple disciplines including, but not limited to, phishing, endpoints, cloud infrastructure and services, and SaaS applications
• Build and optimize tailored detection signatures, response playbooks, and response automation using detection-as-code principles
• As the frontline of DNR, you will lead the feedback loop for detections, ensuring alerts are fine tuned to reduce false positives
• Participate in threat modeling scenarios with cross-functional partners to understand weaknesses across Cloud, Mobile, Endpoints, and other environments incorporating findings into security controls and/or detection signatures
• Organize and conduct threat hunting and data baselines to identify anomalous patterns in data

Within CorpOS lies a suite of digital software solutions aimed at solving the problems for our growth, finance, people teams that interplays heavily with our ArsenalOS solutions that enable Anduril’s engineering, production and sustainment departments.

ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a highly skilled technical Cost and Receipt Accounting Systems Analyst with deep Oracle Cloud Fusion supply chain cost accounting experience to join the team. If you are passionate about the many cross-functional integrated processes that are necessary for defense tech to operate at scale and deliver the advantage to our war fighters, then this may be the opportunity for you. In this role, you will be the primary technical architect and administrator for the financial "engine" of our supply chain. You will ensure that every physical movement in our factories translates into accurate financial data. You will own the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle’s Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules, ensuring our digital ledgers reflect real-time operational and financial reality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• System Configuration & Ownership: Act as the Lead Functional Analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, managing cost books, valuation methods (Actual, Standard, or FIFO), and accounting rules.
• Sub-ledger Reconciliation: Direct the technical resolution of variances between the Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger, ensuring "Received But Not Invoiced" (RBNI) reports are accurate and automated.
• Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (Manufacturing/Execution systems/WMS).
• Cost Accounting Optimization: Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components to ensure accurate "Cost of Goods Sold" (COGS) reporting and inventory valuation.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Configure systems to meet DCAA and GAAP requirements, ensuring that cost-plus and fixed-price contract accounting is handled with 100% auditability.
• Release Management: Evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates specifically for impact on costing flows, performing regression testing on automated accounting entries before they hit production.
• Process Engineering: Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure that physical receiving workflows trigger the correct technical accounting events in the ERP.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred). DCAA & CPFF contracting experience a plus.
• Manufacturing Financials: Deep understanding of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management (LCM), and Work-in-Process (WIP) costing. Strong understanding the interplay of sales, supply chain, manufacturing and finance processes between CRM, MES, WMS and ERP, with hands on experience leading development of capabilities in Oracle or SAP
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to write SQL queries to extract data for reconciliation and experience using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for financial reporting.
• A&D Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and how these requirements translate into ERP system settings.
• Systems Thinker: Ability to map a complex physical supply chain into a digital accounting structure without losing data granularity.
• Communication Skills: Excellent business and technical communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to convey messages in a persuasive manner and at the appropriate level of detail.
• U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.
• Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25-50% to visit other sites.

As a Release Management Analyst, you will coordinate and oversee software deployments across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will manage release timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and serve as a key contact for communicating status, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to balance competing priorities, and experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

Familiarity with Jira, and Confluence, or other release management tools, along with structured project management methodologies, risk frameworks, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams, is highly beneficial. Experience coordinating complex projects, managing stakeholder expectations, driving process improvements, and operating in agile or iterative development environments will further support success in this role.

About the Position

This credit analyst will be tasked with being an expert in a variety of financial products and financial principles and concepts of the private sector with limited guidance from supervisors required. The Senior Credit Risk Analyst serves as the senior credit risk analyst for financial transactions. The incumbent is responsible for conducting or assisting with credit risk assessments for proposed projects. In addition, the incumbent assists and/or leads the research and preparation of reports on economic and political environments in foreign countries, reviews new applications for financing, approval paper drafting, and executes other functions. The consultant will be stationed in the office in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit review, analysis, and processing (80%)
• Gather and review due diligence documents from clients, providing feedback to origination officers.
• Spread financial statements from partners, borrowers, and sponsors, or prepare requests to the internal stakeholders. 
• Assist or lead in the preparation of financing approval papers, ensuring proper formatting of data.
• Review newly submitted financing applications, identify parties requiring Character Risk Due Diligence (CRDD), and summarize conclusions. Travel to support transactions as necessary.

About the Position

Dexis Consulting Group (Dexis) requires the support of a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to engage in complex credit risk assessment and transaction structuring for US government projects.

A Senior Credit Risk Analyst will support Dexis’ projects with the US Government agencies, mobilizing and facilitating American private capital and skills in the economic and social development of emerging market economies.

Assignments will be across various sectors, including energy, healthcare, critical infrastructure, and technology, while also providing financing to create jobs in emerging international markets.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review due diligence documents from clients, providing feedback to origination officers.
• Conduct credit and borrower analysis to prepare credit paper drafts.
• Collaborate with government Investment Officers to prepare credit policy for submission to the credit committee.
• Defend prepared policy at the credit committee meeting, investment committee, and board meeting if applicable.

About the Position

Dexis is currently seeking up to two (2) Senior Operations Research Analysts (ORSA) for a contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) of the General Staff -8 (G8) in support of the Director of Material. The purpose of this effort is to provide the DCS G-8, Force Development Directorates with dedicated analytic subject matter expertise and programmatic support in force development processes, analysis, integration, information and tactical data systems, force modernization, and the equipment fielding process needed to support the Army's mission.

The Senior ORSA will support the Warfighting Analysis Division. They will lead appropriate data collection efforts, provide guidance, manage, and maintain appropriate databases, conduct analytical studies, develop and investigate alternative courses of action, and present concrete findings and recommendations. This will include surveying workers involved in all aspects of army force readiness and specialized expertise. The Sr. ORSA will build, evaluate and model modernization, resourcing, equipment distribution, and readiness using optimization of software such as SAS and visual output with Qlik and/or Tableau. The Sr. ORSA will brief senior leaders on recommendations, lead and analyze objectives, capability assessments, analysis of alternatives, costs and benefits, review policy and procedures, and materiel affordability and investment. They will assess the full range of plans and programs to include strategic direction, concepts of doctrine, force development, force modernization, materiel requirements and force readiness.

This position is based in the NCR at a client location. The position is subject to client approval and contract award.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret survey data from workers involved in all aspects of a problem and involve others who have specialized knowledge, so that they can help solve the problem.
• Determine what is relevant to a problem and what methods might be used to analyze and brief pertinent data to senior leaders (O6-GO/SES).
• Use statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, or other methods to analyze information and develop practical solutions to business problems.
• Develop study plans, perform analysis for which precedents are minimal, document approach and findings, and brief senior leaders on recommendation.
• Conduct data collection and apply innovative analytical techniques.
• Analysis will include areas of Army science and technology objectives, Capability Based Assessments (CBA’s) and risk management, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA’s), Army costs and benefits, and shall frame analysis issues, review policy and procedures and review the conduct of materiel affordability and investment analyses.
• Generate ideas for studies and approaches in relevant subject areas.
• Review, analyze and provide recommendations pertaining to the modeling and simulation analytical tools and efforts.
• Assess a full range of plans and programs within the JCIDS process to include strategic direction, concepts and doctrine, force development, force modernization, materiel requirements, and force readiness.
• Guide and quality control work of the ORSA.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree(s) in operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering (Systems or Industrial), computer science, or other relevant field. Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant ORSA experience.
• Strong background in data science, business analysis, and/or operational readiness.
• Experience briefing and interfacing with the most senior levels of the military such as the HQDA, MACOMS, or Army Service Component Commands.
• Demonstrated experience in using the tools of operations research, specifically the application of systems analysis, simulation & optimization, probability and statistics, data and mathematical analysis during a project.
• Experience building, evaluating, and modeling modernization, resourcing, equipment distribution, and readiness.
• Expertise with R, SAS, Qlik, Tableau, and other applicable software and platforms.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in identifying and solving real-world problems in areas such as capital investment, decision analysis supporting a business unit, system design and engineering, linear and non-linear programming and trend/predictive analysis.
• Experience applying analytic techniques such as statistical analysis, forecasting and measurement to effect analyses (e.g. ANOVA, Multiple Regression), cost analysis, flow modeling, forecast modeling, linear programming, simulations and queuing theory, and business reengineering/IDEF modeling.
• Possess the ability to collect and organize information from a variety of sources, such as databases, sales histories, and customer feedback.
• An active Secret clearance.

  • Army War College.
  • Army Command and Staff College/ILE.
  • ORSA MAC.
  • Acquisition Training.
  • Master’s Degrees in Analysis, Systems or Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics or other related disciplines.
• Former military service, preference service with the Army.
• Experience with Army Acquisition, including procurement methods.
