We are looking for a Legal Operations Associate / Paralegal (non-lawyer position) to join our rapidly growing team in Orange County, California or Washington DC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing extensive paralegal, operational, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment to our multi-disciplinary team. You will assist with contracts negotiation, knowledge management, document retention and management, process implementation and optimization, and special projects. A key focus of this role will be maintaining our outside counsel relationships, legal billing operations, and vendor management. This will require skills in legal research, drafting and editing, document management, project management and regulatory compliance. Summary
Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney our quickly expanding practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our beautiful offices in downtown Washington, DC
The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases, including trial prep, depositions leading to trial, complicated settlements, and in-court jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in Virginia, DC and/or Maryland.
Our Personal Injury Litigation lawyers have support from a separate team of pre-suit attorneys and case managers, as well as assistance from seasoned trial partners, as needed. Additionally, each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant.
Our law firm’s generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package including excellent insurance for employees, spouses, and dependents, as well as free parking downtown DC.

We are seeking a Paralegal Manager who will pay an instrumental role in helping our Legal Team operate effectively and efficiently. This position will be responsible for the management, development, and support of the senior paralegals, paralegals, and legal assistants. This includes ensuring that legal filings in federal and state courts are error-free and timely, assigning and monitoring the progress of the legal support team’s work, identifying skill gaps and providing training, onboarding staff, regularly receiving and then sharing feedback from litigators and the legal support team, and providing back up paralegal support to litigation when necessary.
This position is full time and may require evening and weekend work when there are time-sensitive filings. Democracy Forward’s office is located in Washington, DC. While this position offers flexibility to work remotely, it requires regular in-office presence eight (8) times per month (averaging 2 times per week) to effectively support the nature of the role.
The Paralegal Manager will report to the Managing Attorney and work closely with the Deputy Managing Attorneys, the senior paralegals, the paralegals, the legal assistants, and the litigators.
