The Role at a Glance

You’ll own the "Office Experience." From the moment a candidate walks through the door to the way our global teams interact, you are the person who makes it all happen. This role is a blend of facilities management, employee engagement, and operational strategy. You’ll lead and optimize the workplace environment by overseeing day-to-day operations, managing vendors and facilities, driving employee experience initiatives, and ensuring a high standard of service across the office. This includes front desk responsibilities, office supplies and refreshments, maintenance and facilities, as well as budget tracking and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Experience & Front Desk Management: You will sit at reception and be the face of the Prague site. Manage visitor hospitality, lead the "BuddyOne" new hire onboarding program with HR, coordinate candidate experiences with the TA team, and support and inform employees. Innovate and lead front desk strategies, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, employees, candidates, and vendors. Uphold and elevate service standards, setting a benchmark for workplace experience.
• Daily Excellence: Oversee and lead the strategic management of overall office operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and workplace satisfaction. This includes managing cleaning services, office supplies, mail/courier, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, clean, welcoming, and organized workspace. You’ll keep the tech running (with IT) and the snacks ordered and stocked, overseeing inventory, procurement, and distribution, ensuring a seamless and cost-efficient process.
• Maintenance & Facilities Oversight: Lead the comprehensive responsibility for office maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Monitor the office environment, proactively addressing operational and facility issues by coordinating repairs and maintenance (minor to major) with the building maintenance team and vendors, and implement advanced maintenance plans. Drive sustainability initiatives to create a well-maintained, modern, and environmentally conscious working environment.
• Culture & Engagement: Plan local events, happy hours, ad-hoc activities, and global themed gifts to drive engaging experiences for both local and global teams. You aren’t just managing a space; you’re building a community.
• Strategic Operations: Spearhead the tracking and management of budgets for the Prague site ensuring responsible and strategic use of financial resources, and provide insights and recommendations for budget optimization and resource allocation. Contribute to budget planning and forecasting. Identify cost-saving opportunities, support ISO safety standards with Security, and promote office sustainability. Proactively solve problems and anticipate operational challenges. 
• Global Collaboration: Partner with G&A teams including HR, IT, and Security and site leadership to align the Prague office with our global workplace best practices and G&A requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead and support global workplace initiatives, joining global calls to help develop best practices and team culture, and drive continuous improvement to elevate the overall workplace experience. Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace effectiveness on a global scale.

THE ROLE

Join our Global Operations team as a Global Supply Chain Manager to be the operational backbone for our worldwide manufacturing execution. You will drive supply continuity and operational excellence across our Contract Manufacturer (CM) network, acting as the primary execution liaison to achieve revenue and operational targets. This high-impact role requires intense collaboration with NPI, Engineering, and Quality to ensure the seamless delivery of the Everpure™ Platform. You will be the critical link ensuring our manufacturing readiness scales at the pace of our global innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive end-to-end supply chain execution for all production activities, owning the Clear to Build (CTB) process to ensure manufacturing readiness and continuity of supply that meets aggressive revenue and forecast goals.
• Lead operational excellence and risk mitigation across the CM network, focusing on strategic KPIs like on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, yield improvement, and strategic cost reduction.
• Serve as the primary escalation manager for CM and supply chain execution issues, developing and deploying effective production strategies from New Product Introduction (NPI) through End-of-Life (EOL).
• Develop and implement effective supply and demand variability strategies, proactively identifying potential material risks and driving process improvements internally and with CM partners to maximize efficiency and reduce supply chain risk.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven expertise in Global Contract Manufacturing (CM) management and supply chain execution, with a strong emphasis on operational leadership and continuous improvement.
• Deep functional understanding of production planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, including Bills of Materials (BOM), inventory control, shortage resolution, and the purchase-to-pay cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate high-stakes ambiguity, applying excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage escalations and drive clear, actionable strategies in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver world class, on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients, operating within predefined structure, methodologies, and standards set by WPP ET
• Provide on-site support to the WPP agencies

• Ensure IT deskside operations and all standard technology services, including meeting room AV, are delivered and supported as needed

• Lead a customer-centred culture, championing activities to empower end users to get maximum utilization out of their technology tools
• Educate the business on how to use the Enterprise Technology service and maximise benefits
• Log all IT engagements into a ticketing system to ensure IT demand and performance data can be reported upon
• Onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees, including user account administration and asset management
• Level 1 and 2 incident and problem management, including diagnosis, liaison with appropriate internal and external resources to drive resolution, and ticket management throughout the resolution process
• Ensure security procedures are followed, and 3rd parties are monitored during service engagements
• Act as the primary point of contact for AV support in meeting rooms within the Czechia WPP building
•  Assist users in setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment during meetings and events, ensuring a smooth user experience
• Provide hands-on support with AV hardware and software, including video conferencing systems, projectors, microphones, and speakers
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all AV equipment is functioning optimally
• Maintain an inventory of AV equipment, coordinating with the IT team for repairs, replacements, and upgrades as necessary
• Provide on-site AV support for both internal as well as external events, which may occasionally fall outside regular working hours
• Maintaining IT/Service Desk knowledge base and standard procedures
• Deployment of hardware and software to end users
• Management and installation/removal of break/fix or warranty replacement of IT related equipment
• IT asset procurement, inventory and Life cycle management
• Work with all the IT functions within the Enterprise Technology operating model to ensure the needs of the business are fulfilled
• Support WPP Global in promoting global standards and ensuring local implementation
• Support other IT teams with IT changes and ensure support priorities are localised and executed to plan
•  Perform basic device troubleshooting including resetting devices, cable management, providing console access for 3rd level teams/partners as part of Incident break fix or scheduled changes
• Facilitate and support refresh of local infrastructure (network and server)
• Availability where necessary for out-of-hours support

• 3 – 5 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role
• Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac, along with working knowledge of AV technology
