We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. Biweekly engineering forums give space to share learnings and celebrate technical achievements. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
As Director of Product, Core Markets, you will own the strategy and execution that positions Fundraise Up as the category leader in key nonprofit verticals. You’ll lead and grow a team of Product Managers, collaborate tightly with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success, and engage directly with senior nonprofit executives on complex, enterprise-scale deals. This is a hands-on, results-driven role — you will set bold vision, raise the bar on execution, and drive measurable revenue growth and market dominance.
Core Markets represent the priority verticals where Fundraise Up has established strong traction and significant growth potential — including large Tier 1 & Tier 2 nonprofits across Cause & Cure, Faith-based, and adjacent segments. Your mandate: position Fundraise Up as the partner of choice and default platform within these key markets.

At Wrike, everyone’s voice matters - our Scrum teams (with FE, BE, QA, UI, UX, and a PO) are at the heart of decision-making. Backend engineers in product teams handle both business logic and technical challenges, while technical teams ensure smooth internal tooling, CI/CD, and a great developer experience. You will join the Backend Reliability (BRE) team, a small, highly specialized, senior group focused solely on Wrike’s reliability. The team operates as an internal “reliability task force,” partnering closely with product and platform engineering teams across the company. You’ll collaborate with other senior engineers who value autonomy, deep technical discussions, and rigorous engineering practices. The culture is ownership-driven: you are trusted to manage your time, make architectural decisions, and drive initiatives to completion.
The BRE team works on core backend and infrastructure services that support millions of users. We operate in a collaborative environment that values clear communication, thoughtful design, and fast feedback loops.
Your recruitment buddy will be Aleksandar Chernev, Senior Technical Recruiter.

We invest in our architecture, deploy daily with hardly any merge conflicts, and encourage backend engineers to change things up, work on technical improvements, and help shape product plans by sharing ideas with POs. As we move toward a microservice architecture, product teams enjoy more ownership and flexibility, with support from the technical teams. Our goal is to make clients’ lives easier by building simple, powerful solutions that work for everyone - from startups to large enterprises.
Are you a passionate Backend Engineer? This isn’t a typical job posting - it’s an invitation to connect with Wrike for future possibilities. Kape (LSE: KAPE, privatized 2023) is a global leader in the "Privacy-First" digital security era. We are the powerhouse behind the world’s most trusted consumer privacy brands.
With over 7 million paying subscribers and a global team of 1,000+ experts across 10 locations, our mission is to provide complete digital autonomy. We believe that a free and open internet starts with state-of-the-art technology. As we scale toward the next 10 million users, we are consolidating our web infrastructure into a unified, next-generation content platform that matches the world-class engineering of our core VPN products.
You will lead the engineering squad responsible for retiring our legacy WordPress instances across brands. You aren't just building a website; you are building a Content Operating System powered by an open-source headless CMS at its core. This platform must support high-velocity PPC landing pages, complex multi-language blogs, and technical support hubs—all while maintaining the extreme performance and security standards expected of global privacy leaders.
A key part of this role is evaluating and adopting an open-source CMS solution (such as Strapi, Payload CMS, Directus, or KeystoneJS) as the foundation of the new platform. You will assess these solutions against our requirements for extensibility, multi-tenancy, and API-first content delivery, and lead the customization and integration effort to make the chosen platform fit our multi-brand ecosystem.
This is a rare opportunity to own the web platform for one of the biggest names in cybersecurity. You will have the budget and the mandate to move away from legacy debt and build a "Golden Path" for web development using the best of the JavaScript and open-source ecosystem—starting with a best-in-class headless CMS as the foundation.
