MUST HAVE:

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of media buying experience, with a focus on performance-driven results across social and native ad campaigns

YOUR ROLE 

Support the success and growth of our Make Money/Manage Money native and social media campaigns by executing campaign builds, monitoring performance, and assisting in optimizations that help scale winning strategies.

OUTCOMES

• Execute and manage social and native ad campaigns across platforms such Meta and Taboola
• Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creative, bids, and placements
• Partner with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and expand existing ones while supporting strategic growth
• Facilitate creative testing by assisting with copy iteration, image/video swaps, and tracking results
• Conduct competitor research and performance audits to surface new testing opportunities
• Collaborate with the Content and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless campaign setup and timely asset delivery
• Maintain campaign documentation and update performance trackers regularly to support team throughput

TOTAL COMPENSATION

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. As a Senior Group Product Manager you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of EBANX's payment solutions. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and team development. You will own the product direction for Brazil payments end-to-end, while simultaneously building and nurturing a high-performing team of product managers.

You will be accountable for translating EBANX's strategic ambitions into a clear, executable product roadmap — driving adoption, expanding market share, and ensuring our payment solutions remain best-in-class for global merchants. This role demands a leader who can operate at altitude when setting vision, and get into the details when it matters.

What your day-to-day will look like

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy for our payment solutions, aligned with EBANX's global ambitions and local market dynamics;
• Translate business objectives into a compelling, prioritized roadmap that balances short-term commercial wins with long-term platform investments;
• Act as the executive voice of the Brazil payments product across the organization — from C-level alignment to cross-functional execution;
• Identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive movements to proactively shape product direction;

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and customer obsession;
• Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and drive career development for each team member;
• Establish effective product practices across the team — discovery, delivery, go-to-market, and performance monitoring;
• Create clarity on roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks to enable the team to operate with autonomy;

Commercial Impact & Cross-functional Alignment

• Partner closely with commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering to build scalable, compliant, high-impact solutions;
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new payment methods and features — including pricing, positioning, enablement, and performance tracking;
• Be the connective tissue between merchant feedback, local market insight, and global product direction;
• Own key performance metrics (TPV, revenue, cost of payment, margins) and drive continuous improvement across the payment funnel;

Discovery & Delivery Excellence

• Champion a rigorous discovery process across the team — competitive analysis, customer research, data-driven insights, and stakeholder input;
• Oversee full product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through to delivery, launch, and iteration;
• Ensure the team maintains a healthy balance between discovery work, backlog quality, and delivery execution;
• Define and evolve product metrics frameworks to measure success and inform iteration at both team and portfolio level.
  
  

What you need to shine in this role

• Proven track record leading product teams in payments, fintech, or high-growth tech environments — with measurable business impact;
• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Brazil and/or Latin America: acquirers, issuers, schemes, APMs, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulatory landscape;
• Strong people leadership skills — experience hiring, coaching, and developing product managers;
• Exceptional business acumen: able to connect product strategy to revenue, unit economics, and market positioning;
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across commercial, engineering, legal, and operations;
• Strong track record of operating in global and multicultural organizations;
• Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap prioritization, delivery, go-to-market, and performance tracking;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese and Spanish.

At EBANX’s Commercial team, you don’t just close deals. You connect merchants who are transforming the most promising emerging markets in the world. Your day-to-day impact:

• Managing high-growth enterprise and mid-market merchants with a focus on driving YOY revenue growth by executing strategic commercial growth plans;
• Developing and driving pipeline of new products, market expansion, and share of checkout opportunities, to increase volume and revenue within each merchant relationship; 
• Develop and maintain a trusted relationship, acting as the voice of the customer: learning merchants’ product pain points and expansion plans, understanding their priorities and urgency, and effectively communicating this across internal cross-functional teams
• Outstanding internal and external communication - respond to client’s demands and correctly address, convey compelling value propositions, inform merchants of EBANX’s product roadmap, ability to communicate sensitive news to the merchant;
• Monitor, measure, and propose strategies to continually improve merchant performance, payment method optimization, market penetration, and brand advancement;
• Close collaboration and partnership with a diverse cross functional team (e.g. product, marketing, subject matter experts, operations, risk, legal, and finance) to maximize merchant satisfaction and reference ability;
• Maintain a strong understanding of our competitive landscape and business strategy
• Diligently report on sales pipeline progression within Salesforce.com; requires a high level of organization
• Provide feedback to leadership on ways to optimize the sales cycle, enhance sales channels, and improve corporate brand awareness;
• At all times you will be a positive representative of the company and its brand and will conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism

Must-haves to shine in this role:

• Experience as Account Manager or Business Development with a tenure of exceeding targets;
• Must have experience in payments;
• Understanding of merchant payment environment and needs;
• Analytical skills, high level of organization, attention to details;
• Proven experience using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and drive sales process discipline.
• Ability to translate CRM and data insights into actionable account or territory strategies.
• A self-starter who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial and fast paced setting;
• Tenacious and resilient with a positive, solution-oriented attitude;
• Confident, articulate, and professional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;
• Excellent planning,prioritization, and time management discipline;
• Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel (up to 30% of the time);
• Fluent English (we will test it). A secondary language is a plus.
