What will your day look like?
In the role as an Adobe Developer, you are responsible for understanding the technical structure of a project. Your job will be to identify client requirements by researching concept, strategy, and target for the project, followed by designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions leveraging Adobe marketing platforms.
Furthermore, your tasks include:
- Leading the implementation of new features, bug fixes, and complex configurations within Adobe environments.
- Collaborating with Architects and Technical Project Managers to translate client requirements into precise technical specifications, estimates, and deployment plans.
- Conducting in-depth technical investigations, troubleshooting issues, and proposing effective solutions, often involving advanced programming and integration.
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to Associate and other Developers on complex tasks, coding best practices, and problem-solving techniques.
- Ensuring the successful integration, testing, and deployment of client applications and platforms, applying rigorous quality assurance methods.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, especially within the Adobe ecosystem, to continually enhance our offerings and provide innovative solutions.
- Acting as a go-to resource for technical challenges, proactively engaging in discussions with clients and internal teams to find the best approach.

What do you bring to the table?

In addition, you have:
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment, with a strong focus on digital marketing solutions.
- Proven expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target (AT).
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and SQL, along with experience in other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and API integrations.
- Active Adobe certifications such as AJO Developer Expert, RTCDP Developer Expert, Adobe Campaign Classic Developer Expert, Adobe Campaign Standard Developer Expert
- Experience with code versioning systems, automated integration testing, security testing, and secure coding practices.
- Deep understanding of data models, optimization techniques, and GDPR principles.
- Excellent communication skills (in English), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning, problem-solving, and a growth mindset.

Your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies will be key in delivering impactful solutions that align with customer business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, presentations, technical guidance, proof of concepts, and RfX responses.
- Act as the go-to technical expert on Ping Identity solutions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Establish enduring relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver revenue. Emphasis during key sales cycle phases of Qualification, Discovery, and Technical Proof Phase
- Coordinate, throughout sales cycle, pre-sales efforts with a post-sales service delivery team
- Leading customer-facing meetings, both through videoconferencing and in-person to, deliver presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and demonstrations of Ping Identity solutions and their value remotely, in-person, and at industry events
- Provide insightful feedback on product enhancements and customer needs to product owners.
- Mentoring, both formally and informally, junior team members
- Develop subject matter expert-level knowledge of at least one of Ping Identity's solutions and serve as an expert resource to other Sales Engineers within the organization
- Able to travel up to 40% as needed. This will mostly be in the Nordic region but may occasionaly include Benelux or Eastern Europe
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field, or 4+ years' experience with enterprise-level software systems in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales, consulting, support, or training
- Deep knowledge of standard identity protocols: SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM as well as experience with REST interfaces
- Deep knowledge of technologies that underly identity solutions: LDAP (including Active Directory), SSL/TLS, PKI, RADIUS, SQL, DNS, JDBC
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages and web technologies: JavaScript, Python, Node.js, HTTP, HTML, CSS, JSON, Java.

What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support pricing, packaging and monetization
- Create proof of concepts and prototypes to validate ideas
- Make appropriate trade-offs when supporting experimentation
- Work in a cross-functional team on projects to bring new products to market on top of our Monetization platform
- Contribute to or drive initiatives and experiments to optimise conversion or introduce new monetization capabilities
- Contribute to system architecture and infrastructure choices with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Help shape and drive technical strategy for Miro's Pricing and Packaging platform
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews, and automation
- Leverage the latest AI coding tools to optimise how you work with your team

- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong experience with Java or Kotlin in production environments preferred

What you’ll do
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant backend services for email and in-app notifications
- Build and evolve event-driven, asynchronous pipelines that process high volumes of product and user events
- Create high-quality technical designs and write clean, maintainable, self-documented production code
- Ensure correctness, idempotency, deduplication, and delivery guarantees across notification flows
- Optimize performance, latency, and scalability while maintaining reliability under peak load
- Take long-term ownership of features and subsystems, including production health and evolution
- Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to deliver relevant and timely user notifications
What you’ll need
- 6+ years of backend development experience (Java 17, Kotlin, Spring / Spring Boot)
- At least 4+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems in production environments
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, async processing, and message-based systems
- Solid knowledge of high-load SaaS architecture, scalability, and reliability patterns
- Some experience with streaming/messaging platforms, notifications or feed-like systems (email, in-app, push, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and production observability practices
AI-First Proficiency
We embrace AI-first development. Our ideal candidate has moved way beyond basic Copilot usage, and integrated AI agents into their entire SDLC—from autonomous debugging and log analysis to rapid prototyping and shipping features to production. We expect you to be an expert "pilot" who can orchestrate AI tools to deliver high-quality code at a pace that traditional workflows can't match. Practically this means that you are running multi-agent flows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor or similar. If you’ve optimized your workflow to be 10x faster using the latest AI tools, we want to talk to you.
