The UX Research team includes customers in the development process from early discovery through post-launch. We work with multiple stakeholder teams across the lifecycle to ensure the customer experience is very well balanced with product monetization.
Roku is looking for a Researcher to primarily work on customer sentiment surveys conducted in conjunction with product A/B tests, as well as other quantitative research tasks. This role requires collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Design, and other researchers.
