What the Role Is

As the Principal HR Business Partner - Operations, you’ll be the primary HR partner for Babylist’s Operations organization—Inventory Planning & Management, Supply Chain, and our Fulfillment Center in Commercial Point, OH. You’ll translate business priorities into people strategies that enable a complex, fast-scaling operations network to perform consistently, from corporate planning teams through frontline warehouse execution.

This is a fully onsite role, Monday–Friday. Your week will span time on the floor with supervisors and managers, coaching through employee relations and performance decisions, while also partnering with Operations leaders across Inventory Planning and Supply Chain who may sit outside the site. You might spend a morning working through a sensitive employee issue with a manager onsite, then shift into an afternoon reviewing workforce trends or advising on org changes with distributed leadership teams.

This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You’ll be most successful if you’re comfortable being highly visible, decisive, and closely connected to how the operation actually runs.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP supporting Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Logistics—this is not a fit for candidates coming primarily from corporate, HQ, or COE-only environments
• Deep experience supporting large hourly/non-exempt workforces in operational settings, with direct ownership of employee relations and performance management—not just advising from a distance
• Proven track record working onsite in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments—you’re comfortable spending the majority of your time close to the floor
• Expert-level ER judgment—you’ve personally handled complex investigations and escalations and can coach managers to make sound, consistent decisions without over-reliance on HR
• Experience building manager capability at scale—you’ve developed supervisors and managers who can independently lead their teams, not just rely on HR for direction
• Strong fluency in workforce and operational metrics (attrition, absenteeism, engagement, productivity), with a bias toward using data to drive decisions
• Highly credible and direct—you challenge leaders when needed, navigate tough conversations, and build trust with both executives and hourly associates
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack, with experience in HR systems such as Paylocity, Charthop, Lattice, Carta, or Radford

About Compensation

We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:

$161,500 to $195,500

Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

As a Regional Inventory Control Manager, you will lead the inventory control program across a cluster of data centers and 1PL locations within your region. About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on regional manager who can move comfortably between the floor and leadership rooms. You will spend time with ICS teams at sites, in the systems (NetSuite, asset tools, WMS), and in reviews with DC Ops and Finance.

This is a people‑leadership role with regional scope and strong cross‑functional influence. You will shape how CoreWeave protects billions of dollars of assets, from initial receipt through their lifecycle in our data centers.

Team Leadership and Development

• Directly manage Inventory Control Specialists and/or Area IC Managers across your region.
• Own hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for IC roles in your span.
• Build a strong IC culture around accuracy, documentation, safety, and cross‑functional partnership.
• Identify high‑potential ICs and develop them into leads/supervisors to improve span of control at large or complex sites.

Operational Execution and Standards

• Ensure consistent implementation of IC SOPs, policies, and MFCP/5S standards across all sites in your region.
• Monitor daily IC activities (receiving controls, tagging, binning, moves, cycle counts, RMAs, documentation) via system reports and site reviews.
• Partner with DC Ops leads to align work order consumption, spares flows, and floor‑ready material control with IC routines.

Inventory Control, Counts, and Reconciliation

• Own the regional cycle count and physical inventory schedule, making sure all required counts are executed on time and to standard.
• Review variance reports, drive investigation quality, and ensure discrepancies are closed within SLA (e.g., 7–14 days depending on severity).
• Ensure that NetSuite, asset systems, and any WMS reflect accurate, reconciled inventory positions across your sites.
• Coordinate with Finance and Audit on annual physicals, SOX testing, and remediation.

Governance, KPIs, and Continuous Improvement

• Define and manage regional IC KPIs, including:
• Inventory accuracy (by count and value)
• Discrepancy aging (median, P90)
• Investigation closure rate within SLA
• Audit findings (count, severity, and on‑time closure)
• Run regular regional IC reviews with DC Ops, Finance, and GLO leadership; publish KPI packs and action plans.
• Identify systemic issues (e.g., labeling, process gaps, tooling pain points) and lead regional improvement initiatives in partnership with the Global IC Program Manager and GLO.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary IC point of contact for your region with:
• Data Center Operations leadership
• Global Logistics (warehousing, transportation, 3PL / 1PL)
• Finance/Accounting and Audit
• Security and EHS, where IC touches physical controls
• Ensure clear RACI and escalation paths for IC issues (e.g., missing assets, documentation gaps, SOX concerns).

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• 7+ years in inventory control, asset management, or logistics/warehouse operations, with multi‑site or regional scope.
• Proven people leadership experience, managing IC, warehouse, or logistics teams (direct reports) across one or more sites.
• Deep understanding of serialized inventory control: cycle counts, physicals, reconciliations, discrepancy investigation, and documentation.
• Experience working in ERP and asset tools (e.g., NetSuite, Snipe‑IT or similar), with comfort pulling and interpreting operational reports.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and enforce SOPs and control frameworks (SOX or similar).
• Strong communication skills; able to align IC teams, DC Ops, Finance, and leadership around targets and corrective actions.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within your region.

Preferred

• Experience in data center, cloud, AI infrastructure, or other high‑value hardware environments.
• Familiarity with SOX §404 or other regulated inventory environments.
• Exposure to Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methods in an operations context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.

In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

About The Role:   

We are currently seeking a Lab Materials Manager, Supply Chain to join the Forge Biologics team. The Lab Materials Manager, Supply Chain will directly contribute to the strategic, operational, and supply chain activities required to support our Laboratory programs and vision. The Lab Materials Manager will have oversight of laboratory inventory and will be responsible for coordination of teams in synergy with all internal groups to ensure schedule attainment for our internal and external clients. This role will manage Inventory levels and flow for both internal and external gene therapy programs. The candidate will utilize existing material handling methods as well as being responsible for leading a team responsible for material handling needs for all laboratory teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in modern supply chain methodologies, inventory management systems, be highly organized, have previous management experience, be able to use or willing to learn to operate industrial equipment (For example lift trucks, reach trucks, fork lifts, order pickers, etc), and able to prioritize their schedule to meet the needs of internal and external customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement inventory strategies that align with the Laboratory’s overall goals and objectives.  

• Collaborate with multiple R&D and Lab teams to ensure appropriate levels of inventory to support product development, manufacturing, and distribution requirements. 

• Identify opportunities for Inventory optimization and efficiency improvements within the Laboratory supply chain. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance overall supply chain performance. 

• Robust data analysis of demand and usage to identify optimal stocking levels in the labs, warehouse, and with alignment with financial and business initiatives. 

• Oversee the logistics and distribution processes of moving materials to the labs, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment.  

• Works directly with Laboratory personnel to ensure process communications are occurring in a timely manner and budget and timelines are being adhered to. 

• Work with the processes and systems that support material handling activities including receiving, storing, labeling, controlling, re-stocking laboratory products or materials. 

• Manages the materials space requirement plan and inventory plan in concert with the operational schedules in partnership with the Demand Plan and Planning Team. 

• Use forecasting data to help drive procurement decisions with the Procurement team, ensure adequate inventory levels, and prevent supply shortages. 

• Contributes to the SMOG (Slow Moving/Obsolete Goods) program and coordinates disposition with Forge partners to maximize inventory valuation 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. 

• Lead a team within the Supply Operations Warehouse team, and act as liaison between management and the team 

• Coordinating with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and ERP transactions. Including mentoring and training new associates how to identify and resolve independently. 

• Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports 

• Creating and utilizing advanced inventory reporting to optimize warehouse operations 

• Leading discussions with Supply Chain and other groups to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained throughout the Research & Development inventory streams 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced supply chain certification is a plus. Additional Years of experience may substitute for this requirement. 

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain or laboratory operations within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical manufacturing or other highly regulated environments. 

• In-depth understanding of GMP regulations and quality systems related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.  

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations, including vendor management, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics.  

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 

• Previous experience in leading teams and cross functional groups 

• Ability to work hours necessary to support production and/or product transfer activities 

Preferred Skills: 

• Industrial Equipment Certifications

They’ll be a key member of our supply chain team working closely with our procurement and operations teams.

• Logistics Management: Manage the logistics movement for all Path’s international and domestic shipping needs across suppliers, customers, tradeshows, and more. 
• Negotiate rates and contracts for all shipping needs, including FTL, LTL, parcels, and more.

We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to serve as an embedded Data Scientist within our Programmatic Experience Group. You'll own the design and deployment of machine learning models that optimize yield, pricing, and inventory allocation at scale — sitting at the intersection of data science, platform engineering, and marketplace economics.

What You Bring:

Required

• Experience: 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or quantitative research, with at least 2+ years building and deploying ML models in programmatic advertising, ad tech, marketplace optimization, or a closely related domain (e.g., real-time bidding, dynamic pricing, auction systems).
• Programmatic & marketplace depth: Demonstrated understanding of programmatic auction mechanics (RTB, header bidding, floor pricing, deal types, bid shading) and how ML can be applied to optimize outcomes across the supply-demand stack.

Position Overview:   

The Laboratory Coordinator, QC Analytical Testing is responsible for day-to-day coordination of laboratory operations to ensure that QC spaces are well-maintained, and compliant with GMP expectations. Key responsibilities include oversight of laboratory cleaning and 5S activities, support for equipment calibration and preventive maintenance (PM), pipette verifications, and sample shipment for external testing. This role will work closely with the Laboratory Manager and QC staff to support smooth laboratory operations and execution of GMP testing. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with scheduling for release and stability testing across all client programs for AAV, plasmids, and cell banks  

• Coordinate and/or perform pipette verifications, equipment calibrations, and equipment preventive maintenance with internal teams and external vendors. 

• Maintain logs and records of completed PM and calibration events in compliance with GMP documentation requirements. 

• Coordinate with QC analysts to ship samples for external contract laboratory testing 

• Support implementation and enforcement of 5S and cleanliness standards across all QC lab spaces. 

• Perform routine walkthroughs to support the AOP program, ensuring labs are organized, stocked, and audit ready. 

• Facilitate material ordering to maintain appropriate warehouse stock for lab materials 

• Coordinate general lab cleaning schedules and liaise with facilities or janitorial staff as needed. 

• Partner with QC staff to ensure proper sample receipt, labeling, storage, and documentation of samples and reagents. 

• Support organization of stability and release samples in monitored cold storage units. 

• Coordinate logistics for QC lab training, including scheduling, tracking completions, and maintaining training files. 

• Partner with the Laboratory Manager and other QC leaders to support onboarding of new analysts. 

• Assist with maintaining laboratory notebooks, equipment binders, and tracking logs. 

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Facilities, and EHS to ensure timely support of laboratory needs. 

• Serve as a liaison for basic lab operations issues and escalate concerns to the Laboratory Manager as appropriate. 

• Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or related field) or equivalent experience. 

• 1–3 years of experience in a GMP laboratory or QC environment preferred. 

• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment, maintenance practices, and GMP documentation. 

• Familiarity with calibration, PM procedures, or pipette verification is a plus. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LIMS, ELN, or QMS systems is a plus. 

• Effective verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role: 

The Operations Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrated production schedules to support gene therapy manufacturing operations. This role ensures alignment across Clinical and Commercial GMP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Plasmids, Process Development, Sales, Finance, and Program Management while balancing capacity constraints, material availability, and regulatory requirements in a highly controlled, yet constantly evolving, environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) for gene therapy manufacturing and corresponding support activities.
• Translate clinical and commercial demand forecasts into feasible manufacturing plans considering cleanroom capacity, equipment availability, labor, and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Project Management to ensure schedule adherence and rapid issue resolution.
• Monitor material readiness (critical raw materials, single-use components, vectors, etc) and proactively identify supply risks impacting production timelines.
• Lead short- and long-range capacity planning to support pipeline growth, tech transfers, and scale-up activities in order to advise the Commercial team on available openings for new clients
• Manage and communicate schedule changes driven by deviations, investigations, equipment downtime, resource limitations, or other applicable constraints.
• Analyze planning performance metrics (e.g., schedule adherence, capacity utilization, on-time delivery, days of supply, inventory turns, etc) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate planning data within ERP/MRP systems (Netsuite, SmartSheets, PowerBI and customized excel tools).
• Create process appropriate SOPs and Work Instructions, as it relates to planning accountabilities and update existing documentation, with a Continuous Improvement mindset.
• Participate in S&OP / IBP processes, scenario modeling, and risk mitigation planning.
• Listens attentively to internal departments and team members to relay information, responsibilities, and policies respectfully, effectively, and clearly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Operations Planning, Production Planning, or Materials Planning within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or GMP manufacturing facility
• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing environments and regulated production workflows
• Comfortable in a fast paced and ever changing organization, where ambiguity of process exists
• Experience planning complex, multi-step processes with long lead times and constrained capacity
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel or planning tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Committed to working in a team environment and supporting business in a respectful manner

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cell and gene therapy, viral vectors (AAV, lentivirus), or similar manufacturing
• Familiarity with patient-specific or small-batch manufacturing models
• APICS certification (CPIM / CSCP) or similar
• Experience with capacity modeling and scenario planning tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Management: Analyze pricing structures and market conditions to negotiate favorable terms and pricing. Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor procurement budgets.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish and maintain partnerships. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and service level.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet the organization's procurement objectives. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends.
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with distribution management and suppliers to forecast demand. Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet brand demands without excessive overstock.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distribution management, manufacturers, store design, and store operations teams to align procurement efforts with business strategy. Communicate procurement updates.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, and legal requirements. Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
