About the Opportunity:

The Instructional Aide assists the Teacher with classroom activities and helps to promote positive student behaviors in both academics and extra-curricular activities.  The Instructional Aide provides oversight to ensure student safety and a positive school climate.  The Instructional Aide assists the School Leader and Teachers by administering the assigned duties in conformity with the philosophy and policies of ACCEL Schools, the assigned school, the school’s governing board, the State Board of Education, and all applicable laws.

Duties:

• Supports lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups of students and follows instructional plans as assigned by the Teacher or School Leader
• Helps plan classroom activities as directed by the Teacher and supports the Teacher in all student and parent relations
• Assists with school activities, including, but not limited to, parent-faculty nights, faculty meetings, assemblies, commencement exercises, fundraiser, chaperoning student activities, providing guidance for students, participating on faculty committees, etc.
• Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, grading papers and making copies
• Assists the Teacher in the use of classroom technology
• Helps maintain the cleanliness of the classroom, lunchroom and other school areas
• Understands, accepts, abides by, and implements the school’s philosophy and mission statement in all school activities
• Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, field trips, morning duty, dismissal duty, and lunch duty

Performance Expectations:

• Works cooperatively with the Teacher and others
• Acts in accordance with directives from the Administrator (or designee) and teacher
• Contributes to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standard

About You:

• Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or the passage of the Paraprofessional’s Exam
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI check
• Ability to meet educational standards as applicable
• Ability to work well under pressure, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines consistently
• Understanding and ability to manage confidential information
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Physical ability to lift 25-40 lbs.
• Experience in a school or social services setting is a plus

About the Opportunity:

The Instructional Aide assists the Teacher with classroom activities and helps to promote positive student behaviors in both academics and extra-curricular activities.  The Instructional Aide provides oversight to ensure student safety and a positive school climate.  The Instructional Aide assists the School Leader and Teachers by administering the assigned duties in conformity with the philosophy and policies of ACCEL Schools, the assigned school, the school’s governing board, the State Board of Education, and all applicable laws.

Duties:

• Supports lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups of students and follows instructional plans as assigned by the Teacher or School Leader
• Helps plan classroom activities as directed by the Teacher and supports the Teacher in all student and parent relations
• Assists with school activities, including, but not limited to, parent-faculty nights, faculty meetings, assemblies, commencement exercises, fundraiser, chaperoning student activities, providing guidance for students, participating on faculty committees, etc.
• Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, grading papers and making copies
• Assists the Teacher in the use of classroom technology
• Helps maintain the cleanliness of the classroom, lunchroom and other school areas
• Understands, accepts, abides by, and implements the school’s philosophy and mission statement in all school activities
• Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, field trips, morning duty, dismissal duty, and lunch duty

Performance Expectations:

• Works cooperatively with the Teacher and others
• Acts in accordance with directives from the Administrator (or designee) and teacher
• Contributes to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standard

About You:

• Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or the passage of the Paraprofessional’s Exam
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI check
• Ability to meet educational standards as applicable
• Ability to work well under pressure, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines consistently
• Understanding and ability to manage confidential information
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Physical ability to lift 25-40 lbs.
• Experience in a school or social services setting is a plus

• Manage school-wide phone, email, and in-person communications including:
• Answer phones
• Greet/direct visitors and students arriving at the office
• Implement registration, badging and visiting procedures for parents and guests
• Help create and distribute school newsletters, surveys, and other notifications
• Assist with school events such as Parent Orientation, Open House, school outings, and field trips
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment is maintained
• Support student enrollment goal and retention processes including:
• Participate in information sessions
• Produce welcome packets and mailers
• Conduct tours and student/parent orientations
• Input student and staff data into the appropriate systems
• Request and obtain records for newly enrolled students

About You:

• Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Keep the school grounds safe, secure, and clean at all times
• Perform all routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance for the school as prescribed by the custodial duty listing, including, but not limited to:
• Removing trash
• Cleaning and wiping down of blackboards, hand railings, doors, and other surfaces as needed
• Changing light bulbs
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Cleaning windows and disinfecting student and staff restrooms

• Buff and waxes all floors as needed
• Prepare the school for special events, such as meetings, open houses, etc.
• Ensure school ground electronic security systems/emergency systems are working properly
• Inform School Leader of any damage or wear and tear to school property so that a replacement/refurbishment plan can be initiated
• Willingness to accept training and apply learned skills
• Properly maintain all school tools, supplies, and machinery that are used in day to day operations
• Report to the school on extraordinary event days such as snow days, staff holidays, or other events such as no electric, no water, etc. to inspect the building and ensure the safety and soundness of the building and grounds
• Contribute to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standards

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Anduril, you will manage the interview coordination process independently and work with your stakeholders (Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, Interviewers) with a high degree of autonomy. You will be the first recruiting coordinator at our Arsenal-1 production facility in Ashville, OH, molding and refining our coordination processes while working closely with our foundational Arsenal-1 recruiting team.

In addition to managing all interview scheduling, you will be the go-to point of contact for your specific division. This includes using data-driven insights to influence decisions, owning and executing our Interviewer Success Program, and working through bottlenecks to improve efficiency. You will be seen as a leader on our Recruiting Coordination team and will own new team member onboarding, mentor and develop team members, and resolve questions and issues that come up in our team Slack channels. For Senior Recruiting Coordinators on a Lead path, you may manage the time and attendance, performance, and engagement of direct reports.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process
• Assist prospective candidates with travel and hotel accommodations through Egencia
• Update candidate records and manage interview coordination requests in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (scheduling tool)
• Navigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules
• Correspond with candidates via phone, text, and email
• Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including identifying bottlenecks to improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Write and maintain playbooks, best practices, and communicate updates
• Greet candidates with poise and confidence, facilitate the onsite interview process, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiting Coordination team)
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert within your assigned division, working closely with Recruiting leadership to manage the performance and execution of your division's coordination efforts

About The Role

As a Divisional Production Recruiting Lead, you are the single-threaded owner of all production/manufacturing/supplychain hiring outcomes for your assigned Division. This role exists to solve a critical alignment gap: giving Divisional leaders direct visibility, accountability, and control over their talent pipelines while maintaining leverage from centralized recruiting operations.

You will operate as an embedded player-coach and strategic program manager—personally executing your Division's most critical and complex production assignments while aligning the priorities and workload of the centralized production recruiting team for all of your divisional roles. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role designed for a proven recruiting operator who can think strategically, execute tactically, and build trusted relationships with senior divisional leadership.

This role is a deliberate bridge in our organizational evolution: it creates the foundation for Divisions to eventually roll-up production recruiting end-to-end while maintaining execution efficiency and central coordination during a period of structural maturity.

What You'll Do

Divisional Accountability & Strategic Ownership

• Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for your Division, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against hiring targets.
• Act as the primary strategic talent partner to your Divisional Head of TA and senior divisional leaders, translating business objectives into executable hiring strategies.
• Deliver regular reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation to divisional leadership—providing full transparency and "positive control" over talent delivery.
• Define and manage SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics for your Division's production portfolio in partnership with business stakeholders. 

Hands-On Recruiting Execution (Player)

• Personally own and execute full-cycle recruiting on priority roles as needed for your Division's most critical, complex, or strategic production roles, including:
  • Leadership and senior technical hires (Head of, Director, VPs)
  • Single-point-of-failure roles or positions with unique market challenges
  • First-of-their-kind roles requiring deep business context and creative sourcing strategies
• Set the standard for recruiting excellence within your Division—demonstrating best-in-class sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment rigor, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain credibility and market intelligence by staying hands-on in the craft of recruiting, ensuring you deeply understand talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive dynamics. 

Program Management & Priority Direction (Coach)

• Align the day-to-day priorities of the centralized production recruiting team aligned to your Division, ensuring their focus is calibrated to the highest-impact hiring needs.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and quality assurance to centralized recruiters working on your Division's roles (without formal people management responsibility).
• Lead the operational rhythm for your Division's production hiring portfolio, including intake meetings, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional coordination with hiring managers, HR, and Finance.
• Act as the single escalation point for hiring blockers, process breakdowns, or stakeholder misalignment within your Division.
• Design and lead surge hiring initiatives, high-volume campaigns, or other complex hiring programs specific to your Division's business needs. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

• Partner closely with The Lead Coordinator, for Overall Divisional Production TA to ensure process consistency, share best practices, and contribute to cross-divisional reporting and strategic planning.
• Provide structured input into performance evaluations and development plans for centralized recruiters supporting your Division, ensuring their contributions to divisional outcomes are recognized.
• Build strong relationships with Divisional BizOps, Finance, and Workforce Planning teams to align on headcount allocation, budget, and hiring sequencing.
• Influence hiring manager behavior and decision-making, serving as a trusted advisor on candidate quality, market realities, and talent strategy trade-offs.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including significant recent experience as a full-cycle production or technical recruiter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong business partnership skills: experience influencing and advising Director-level and above stakeholders, translating business needs into hiring strategies, and managing escalations diplomatically.
• Demonstrated program management capability—experience leading hiring initiatives beyond individual requisitions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results through others.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills: ability to use data to drive decisions, tell a compelling story, and present hiring health narratives to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment, providing direction and feedback to peers without formal management authority. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience recruiting for production, production operations, or frontline roles in industries such as synergistics, robotics, logistics, manufacturing, field services, or government contracting.
• Experience working in a decentralized or divisional business structure, particularly in organizations undergoing TA operating model transitions.
• Formal program or project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).
• Prior experience as a recruiting lead, squad lead, or business partner with responsibility for a portfolio of hiring beyond personal requisition load.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, capacity modeling, and demand forecasting in partnership with Finance or BizOps teams.
• Track record of mentoring or coaching recruiters, with examples of improving team performance or developing junior talent.

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Deputy Survey Project Manager to join our dynamic Transportation team in one of our Dayton, Cincinnati or Columbus offices, who will assist in taking the helm of transformative transportation geospatial infrastructure projects, driving innovation and precision every step of the way. From overseeing route surveys with cutting-edge technologies like photogrammetry, lidar (mobile, aerial, UAS and terrestrial), and advanced mapping techniques, to managing right-of-way maps, construction surveys, and state land surveying services, your leadership will help shape the future.

Collaborating with dynamic, cross-functional teams, you’ll craft detailed, high-quality deliverables that meet and exceed expectations. Your role goes beyond project leadership—you’ll build lasting client partnerships, foster growth opportunities, and secure repeat business with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and local municipalities.

What You Will Do:

• Project Leadership

  • Assist in management of projects related to surveying for transportation infrastructure.
  • Prepares scopes of work and estimates for survey and mapping projects, including review of manhour estimates to ensure compliance against budgeted hours
  • Provides technical expertise and leadership in the project definition and planning phases.
  • Participate in scoping meetings with clients to determine project needs and requirements
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and data development processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to resolve schedule and budget challenges as they arise and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident. 
  • Keeps accurate notes, records, and meeting minutes to document workflow procedures and client standards.

  Team Collaboration

  • Analyze project resource needs and work with internal survey, photogrammetry and lidar teams to create detailed scopes, budgets and schedules for projects.
  • Responsible for advancement of project quality control and quality assurance processes, including updating project status documentation as deliverables are completed.
  • Works with team leaders to perform project assignments, drive resource planning, and assist in development of skills of other personnel.
  • Collaborate with survey, photogrammetry and lidar teams to deliver detailed and accurate project deliverables.
  • Provide oversight, reporting, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

  Technical Expertise

  • Performs QA/QC for difficult or complex boundary surveys and provides documented feedback for production staff to implement in future deliverables.
  • Review and perform quality control of final AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley Open Roads Designer mapping deliverables, often derived from multiple technologies.
  • Assists with the preparation of roadway right-of-way plans and conducts QA/QC of right-of-way plans.
  • Prepares or reviews survey reports and legal descriptions.
  • Performs research and interpretation of government files, utilities, and public records documents.
  • Assist in management and execution of various types of surveys using conventional and advanced technologies (photogrammetry, lidar)

  Client Relationship Management

  • Contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying opportunities for client expansion including State DOTs, transit authorities, cities and/or counties within Ohio.
  • Acts as technical expertise and representative of the firm at various functions, as needed
  • Foster repeat business by ensuring client satisfaction and delivering quality projects.
  • Develop and improve strategies to increase engagement with Ohio DOT and other stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

• Licensure/Certification

  • LSIT Certification required, Ohio PLS a plus.

  Experience and Proficiency

  • 10+ years in the Survey/Geospatial industry.
  • 3+ years managing survey/geospatial transportation tasks.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • ODOT project experience preferred.
  • Proficient in surveying techniques and geospatial technologies (e.g., lidar, photogrammetry).
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard software (e.g., MicroStation ORD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center).
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to translate technical geospatial concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be able to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries from clients, regulatory agencies, and/or members of the business community.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Possess attention to detail and accept an ownership mentality for ensuring data accuracy, deliverable quality, and adherence to established procedures, standards and policies.
  • Possess a proactive mindset to anticipate risks and ask questions before problems grow.
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

About the role:

This is a high energy role in which you will bring the Internet of Things to small to medium size customers, building Samsara's business and bringing the benefits of sensor data to customers. Typical sales will be $5k to $20k, and typically involve proof of concepts, multiple stakeholders, multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to owners, safety and operational managers.
