Role Summary
The Product Domain Technical Lead plays a pivotal role within the Product & Inforce organization, driving major Product Launch initiatives and shaping technical solutions across the product ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires deep expertise in life and annuity products, application architecture, and integration frameworks.
As a key member of cross-functional SCRUM teams, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Quality Engineers across global locations. You will ensure the delivery of end-to-end technical solutions for complex business needs within a dynamic environment. This position provides an opportunity to contribute directly to product modernization and innovation initiatives.
This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you are in the office four (4) days per week during onsite core days. Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for Product Domain initiatives, including design, development, integration, and implementation.
- Translate business and product requirements into detailed technical designs and specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Evaluate technology options and trade-offs to ensure feasibility, scalability, and performance of solutions.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding, refactoring, and documentation practices to enhance productivity and reduce legacy maintenance overhead.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, from architecture through deployment and support.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to align technology strategy with product vision and business goals.
- Build strong trust-based relationships across departments to drive alignment and innovation.
- Work closely with Architects and IT teams to define, implement, and maintain standards, processes, and roadmaps for the Product domain.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely delivery of initiatives.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities for application modernization, rationalization, and transformation toward a simplified, modern system platform.
- Lead process re-engineering and technology implementation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI for knowledge extraction, documentation creation, and code migration from legacy systems.
- Support strategic financial developments for new product launches, ensuring technology enablement aligns with financial and regulatory objectives.
Governance & Quality
- Ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and comply with architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Manage estimation, cost, and scheduling for all domain-related solutions and projects.
- Oversee the release management and testing processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, model validation, and responsible AI usage within Mainframe Product development.
- Communicate effectively across organizational levels, providing clear updates and guidance on project progress and risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of experience in Full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, SQL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, ISPF/PDF, FILE-AID, MVS, Endevor.
- Proven experience in Life and Annuity Product systems, particularly on Vantage Policy Administration Platform:
- 15+ years of Product domain experience preferred.
- 7+ years leading teams on Vantage systems preferred.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to design and build complex algorithms.
- Demonstrated success leading in matrixed, outsourced environments, leveraging influence and collaboration.
- Experience in managing third-party IT suppliers cost-effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery processes highly desired.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a proactive, adaptive mindset.

Role Summary
The Sr. Application Technical Lead is expected to lead a technology team to deliver end-to-end project solutions in a fast-paced environment. - Develop application design, application configuration, test and release management processes
- Communicate effectively, and with an appropriate level of detail, to all levels in the organization.

- Strong conceptual and analytic skills. Ability to design and build complex algorithms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
- 10+ years Full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience; Designing, maintaining and enhancing software applications leveraging COBOL, JCL, SQL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, ISPF/PDF, FILE-AID, MVS, Endevor and using IBM Mainframe environment preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading product / project development team on Vantage policy administrative platform preferred
- Open-minded with proven ability to work collaboratively in team environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed, heavily outsourced organization through a combination of influence, partnership, and authority

- Help a team of specialists provide on-call response and support for the client's Unisys 2200 application environment.
- We’ve got a flexible rotation schedule to ensure coverage while keeping our team happy
- Follow and execute against customer-defined policies for incident escalation, change control, testing, and promotion into production.
- Perform monitoring of mainframe databases to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills and Experience:

Must haves
- Working knowledge of Unisys 2200 applications development and operations. Familiarity with OS 2200 systems support principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with the DMS-1100 database system and TIP transaction processing.
- Knowledge of OS 2200 development tools, operational utilities, networking, and cross-platform integration.
- Experience with the primary application technologies: COBOL and related development utilities. Experience with MASM (assembler) highly desirable.
- Understanding of job control using Executive Control Language (ECL).
- Ability to thrive under pressure to help remedy time-sensitive mission-critical issues
- Great written and verbal communication skills, adapting comms as needed depending on the audience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.

- Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software
- Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems

Nurix Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of small molecule therapies designed to modulate cellular protein levels as a novel treatment approach for cancer and immune disorders. Leveraging Nurix’s extensive expertise in E3 ligases together with its proprietary DNA-encoded libraries, Nurix has built DELigase, an integrated discovery platform to identify and advance novel drug candidates targeting E3 ligases, a broad class of enzymes that can modulate proteins within the cell. Nurix’s drug discovery approach is to either harness or inhibit the natural function of E3 ligases within the ubiquitin proteasome system to selectively decrease or increase cellular protein levels.
Nurix’s wholly owned pipeline comprises targeted protein degraders of Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK), a B-cell signaling protein, and an inhibitor of Casitas B-lineage lymphoma proto-oncogene-B (CBL-B), an E3 ligase that regulates T cell activation. Nurix is also progressing multiple programs through partnership, including an IRAK4 degrader in Phase 1 in partnership with Gilead and a STAT6 degrader in IND enabling studies with Sanofi. Multiple additional wholly owned and partnered programs are at various stages of preclinical development.
Position:
Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Affairs Project Management and Operations, the Senior Associate, Regulatory Operations provides key support to the Nurix Regulatory Affairs department. This position has responsibility for entry-level coordination, review, assembly and archival of regulatory submissions in Veeva RIMS and documents for health authorities (US FDA and global equivalents). The Senior Associate, Regulatory Operations will provide support for multiple regulatory activities, studies, and programs. The individual will have responsibility to understand and implement regulatory guidance and help ensure regulatory compliance for assigned projects. The Senior Associate should have 2–3 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations. Working knowledge of at least one functional discipline (e.g. Regulatory, Clinical, Nonclinical, Clinical Pharmacology or Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls) and a general knowledge of clinical development preferred. The candidate should have a can-do attitude and experience working in Veeva RIMS. Also, the candidate should be eager to learn regulatory and clinical trial requirements, best practices, and provide support for Regulatory programs and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Under the strategic direction of the SVP of Regulatory Affairs and the Director of Regulatory Affairs PM and Operations, the candidate will support the planning, coordination, tracking and execution of submissions and responses to global regulatory authorities
- Assist Regulatory team, project teams and Clinical Research Organization (CRO) counterparts in the implementation of regulatory plans, timely delivery, and submission of regulatory documentation
- Preparation of Regulatory submission documentation (e.g Forms, Cover Letter) as requested
- Support team with formatting, QC and publishing of submission documents and packages
- Manage and support Veeva RIMS processes such as HAI, SCP and Archiving
- Manage authoring and review workflow in Veeva RIMS according to defined timelines
- Coordinate with regulatory colleagues and cross-functional departments to prepare, compile, review, and submit documents or information necessary to health authorities in accordance with regulations, guidelines or queries IN Veeva RIMS using SCP
- Maintain archival copies of health authority submissions (e.g., IND, CTA, NDA, and MAA), correspondence and a record of health authority obligations, and commitments
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable US and global regulations, guidance, and standards for drug development and product registration. Participate in Regulatory Intelligence activities to help inform team members of new applicable guidelines and conduct training sessions on new guidelines/regulations if necessary
- Participate in kick-off and project-based meetings related to regulatory submissions, strategy, and comment resolution. Be a reliable resource for information following such meetings
- Follow general instructions from Regulatory management or company leadership for assigned projects while independently planning daily work tasks to complete projects on time. Seek guidance on project/task priorities as needed
- Communicate important project decisions or challenges to Regulatory leadership
- Create or contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), checklists and training Materials for Regulatory department activities
- Support contracts and Purchase order for the Regulatory Affairs department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or relevant field
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience working in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations Additional experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Understanding of the drug development process
- Proficient knowledge of Veeva RIMS SCP, workflows, archival, reporting…

- Basic knowledge of 21 CFR and FDA, ICH, GCP, GMP, eCTD, and global guidelines.
- Previous experience with building electronic submissions in compliance with Health Authority requirements is a plus.
- Previous experience with maintaining in-house repository for archiving regulatory submissions and Health Authority correspondence in 21 CFR Part 11 compliant system (e.g., Veeva) is a plus.
- Able to take ownership of a given assignment, proactively consulting other project team members and other department representatives for information or guidance, as necessary.
- Superior communication skills: oral, written, with proven negotiation skills, and strong time-management.
- Excellent Computer Skills MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Smartsheet and document management software/system, templates.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize tasks to meet company objectives. Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential.

The Propulsion Test Engineer is part of a team that performs development and verification tests on liquid rocket engines and their subsystems. A Propulsion Test Engineer takes care of test preparation, maintenance and upgrades of the test bench.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Plan and conduct rocket engine test campaigns together with propulsion development engineers
- Ensure safe operations by using and developing procedures and processes
- Take care of test preparations, troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance of the test bench: both on paper and in reality
- Assist in designing and building test benches for propulsion testing
Qualification Checklist
- Relevant engineering qualification or engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering or similar
- Hands-on experience in development or testing of complex systems, preferably involving extreme operating conditions such as cryogenic temperatures, high pressures, or high temperatures. Such experience can come from either relevant positions held, or internships, clubs, and other extra-curricular activities
- Capable of designing fluid and mechanical systems from theoretical concept to realization and commissioning
- Able to perform in high-stress environments, maintaining focus and concentration for long durations
- Physical dexterity is required as working in confined spaces is necessary

Purpose
This opportunity is for an independent contractor. We are seeking a highly experienced COBOL professional to serve as a consultant on AI training data projects for leading AI model builders and enterprises. Your focus will be to define success criteria, review outputs, and provide targeted guidance to improve quality and speed — directly contributing to the successful delivery of domain-specific annotated datasets and code samples that meet the highest technical standards. You will be engaged on specific projects with clearly defined deliverables, milestones, and end dates.
Components
Technical Standard Setting, Quality Control, and Process Improvement
- Define COBOL-specific quality success metrics for code annotation and dataset labeling projects.
- Develop project-specific SOPs, QA rubrics, and reference materials to ensure outputs align with client technical standards.
- Review project outputs (COBOL scripts, code annotations, legacy modernization samples) against defined standards, flagging and correcting defects before client delivery.
- Conduct structured QA passes on deliverables; track, flag, and resolve defects efficiently to hit delivery timelines.
- Return work to contractors with precise remediation notes and context on COBOL syntax, logic, and legacy system patterns.
- Provide advisory input on tools, frameworks, emulators, and workflow improvements to maintain quality benchmarks in mainframe and batch-processing environments.
- Handle spec changes and edge-case scenarios (e.g., different COBOL dialects, EBCDIC vs ASCII encoding, JCL dependencies) and draft corresponding acceptance criteria or workarounds.
- Curate libraries of “gold standard” COBOL code samples, modernization examples, and dataset annotations for calibration and cross-project consistency.
Talent Vetting & Output Improvement
- Participate in technical assesments of contractor talent, including reviewing COBOL code assessments and task-based evaluations.
- Review sample outputs from contractors and provide clear, actionable written feedback to improve code correctness, readability, and efficiency.
- Develop targeted training and calibration resources, such as:
- COBOL code quality guidelines (e.g., data division consistency, paragraph structuring)
- Best practices for clean, maintainable procedural code
- Reference documentation for legacy system interaction patterns

Role Overview
We are looking for a COBOL Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing business-critical applications built on COBOL-based systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of legacy and core business systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, code, test, and maintain applications using COBOL on mainframe or midrange systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, reliable program logic.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
- Collaborate with analysts, testers, and system engineers to deliver stable and accurate solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects where COBOL systems integrate with newer technologies.
- Document code, processes, and technical changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in COBOL development, maintenance, or support roles.
- Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and SQL (DB2 or similar relational databases).
- Experience with mainframe environments such as IBM z/OS, CICS, and VSAM.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control practices.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requerimientos:
- 2 años en adelante de experiencia en desarrollo cobol.
- Ing. sistemas, tecnologías o símiles (Titulado y con carrera concluida).
- Esquema híbrido en la CDMX Parques Polanco/Insurgentes.
- Conocimientos básicos o experiencia inicial en COBOL, JCL, DB2 y entornos Mainframe (z/OS).
- Deseable familiaridad con Core Altamira o sistemas bancarios similares.
- Comprensión de estructuras de datos, procesos batch y operaciones financieras básicas.
- Capacidad para leer y comprender especificaciones técnicas
Principales responsabilidades:
- Participar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de programas COBOL dentro del entorno Altamira.
- Analizar especificaciones funcionales y técnicas proporcionadas por analistas o líderes técnicos.
- Realizar pruebas unitarias y de integración, asegurando la calidad del código antes de la entrega.
- Colaborar en la resolución de incidencias y en el soporte de aplicaciones en producción.
- Documentar los desarrollos conforme a los estándares internos del proyecto
