Position Overview
Woolpert is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Transportation Practice in Ohio (offices in Dayton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus). Project Manager will primarily lead the execution of projects from proposal through detailed design. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated with a strong technical background to guide staff through projects. The Project Manager may also serve as a subject matter expert in support of other projects across the country and around the world. There is potential for upward mobility within our rapidly growing Transportation Practice.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $5,000, based on experience and role alignment. Bonus eligibility is contingent upon 12 months of service and must be repaid if the employee leaves the company within one year of hire.

Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Account Manager to work at a location in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Security Account Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of assigned Client sites.
Responsibilities of the Security Manager include but are no limited to:
Qualifications/Benefits:
Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of seven years of managerial and policy making experience in the law enforcement or contract security field. Experience level to include extensive internal contacts within the local law enforcement community.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid security license in Ohio.
Computer Skills: Ability to work with reports in Excel. Experience with workforce management systems and scheduling systems preferred.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus. Must possess excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, financial and time management skills with the ability of concisely and effectively address questions while providing subject matter expertise on policy to ownership and management.
Other Qualifications: Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Strong qualitative and quantitative skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, establish workflow priorities and work independently with high attention to detail. Ability to start, cultivate and maintain strong relations and work in a team environment. Prior employment history demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities, and producing accurate results in a highly organized manner. Must maintain a working telephone number through which we can contact you.
Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.

Position Overview
Woolpert is hiring a Technical Dynamics 365 Data Migration Manager to join our dynamic Corporate Applications. This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Applications. This role is accountable for leading and executing ERP data migrations for companies acquired by Woolpert in support of the firm’s growth strategy. This role is a hands-on technical leadership position within the Corporate Applications team, responsible for defining migration strategy, leading the IT data migration team, and designing and executing enterprise-wide data migration and ETL processes.
This role is critical to the successful integration of acquired companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) by ensuring accurate, timely, and auditable conversion of legacy data into Woolpert’s ERP ecosystem. The position requires a balance of people leadership and deep hands‑on technical execution, with direct involvement in complex data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation across global legal entities. Strong SQL expertise, data mapping, and validation experience are required to support complex financial, multicurrency, and operational datasets across diverse legal structures.

Property Manager (Senior, Area, or Regional): Multi-site management experience, strong understanding of conventional/market-rate multifamily markets, and demonstrated people management skills. Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus! Experience with Section 8 and subsidy programs could be helpful in certain areas.
Assistant Property Managers: Leasing or property management administration experience.
Leasing Agents: Strong customer service or sales background.
