职责

客服专员主要负责管理并处理客户相关事宜：针对客户的疑问，顾虑和投诉提供电话、邮件或在线解答。客服人员需根据公司政策，惯例和程序高效准确地处理各类客户问题，以确保客户满意度。

Job Description

As a liaison to Interactive Brokers' retail and professional clients, the IBKR Client Service Representative is accountable for providing client service to IBKR's clients. Our client base includes retail investors, financial advisors, hedge fund operators and other broker-dealers. We aim to build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide access to desired markets, and increase client retention as we expand our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

Mainly management and focus on a wide scale of client issues, which includes: Responding to inquiries, concerns and complaints via telephone, e-mail, and online chat to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution while complying with policies, practices and procedures.

作为一名渲染技术美术师，你的主要职责是支持美术团队进行美术资产原型开发，使他们能够在游戏中实现创作。你将与所有美术部门的艺术家合作，从角色、场景、特效到灯光，确保资产符合技术管线的要求。你将与各个艺术部门紧密协作，参与标准化并优化游戏内资产、材质、着色器和可扩展开发管线的生产流程。

在研发部门担任渲染技术美术师，你将向技术美术负责人汇报，并与技术美术、美术和程序团队合作，构建支持游戏美术风格的材质和着色器。你还将参与灯光和资产优化，同时通过开发工具和管线为美术人员提供支持，帮助他们改进工作流程，减少技术障碍和低效环节。在具备渲染基础的同时，若你在 UE5 Niagara 或 UI 技术美术方向有相关经验，将会是加分项。

职责：

• 维护和制作角色、场景、特效的 Shader 和材质库，支持高质量渲染效果的实现
• 研究风格化及写实渲染流程，协助优化光照及后处理效果，提升整体视觉表现
• 参与渲染管线的定制与优化，负责材质及美术资产的性能优化，并使用 profiling 工具进行分析
• 跟进 UE5 渲染新特性，并在项目中进行合理应用
• 与美术、程序团队协作，确保渲染方案能够有效落地

岗位要求：

• 有游戏项目开发经验
• 3 年及以上相关工作经验
• 熟悉 UE5 渲染，掌握 HLSL、Unreal Material Editor，具备材质开发与优化经验
• 熟悉 DCC 工具及资产制作流程，如 Maya、Photoshop、Substance Designer/Painter
• 对实时光照、着色模型、后处理或风格化渲染有良好理解
• 具备一定的性能优化经验，熟悉 RenderDoc、Unreal Profiler 等工具的基本使用

加分项：

• 熟悉 UE5 Niagara 系统（特效制作或性能优化）
• 有 UI 技术美术相关经验（UMG、UI 材质或 UI 性能优化等）
• 熟悉《英雄联盟》IP 及其美术风格，或了解 Riot Games 其他 IP 风格
• 具备 LookDev 经验，理解色彩理论、相机语言
• 有完整游戏项目上线经验
