The Role
We are looking for a Python developer who is curious, practical, and eager to grow within a strong engineering team. You should be comfortable writing Python, interested in backend systems, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment where reliability, security, and performance matter. You don't need to have mastered every part of our stack already, but you should be excited to learn, ask good questions, and build production-quality systems with support from experienced engineers.

Responsibilities
- Design and build developer-friendly and agent-friendly APIs

Who we’re looking for
- 1-2 years of professional software development experience with an object-oriented programming language
- Experience writing Python for web applications, APIs, or backend services.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, aiohttp, Flask, Django, or similar.
- Experience designing or consuming RESTful APIs.
- Some experience with asynchronous programming, or a willingness to learn it.
- Comfort working with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
- Familiarity with SQL queries, schema design, migrations, or query performance.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures or message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
- An interest in highly available, uptime-critical production environments.
- Understanding of microservice architecture patterns, and curiosity about trade-offs and anti-patterns.
- Familiarity with some of the following: Docker, Kubernetes, Consul, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts. You are willing to dig through logs, query databases, read unfamiliar code, and ask questions to get to the bottom of an issue.
- Willingness to learn how to support services in production, including incident resolution and on-call processes.
- Comfort using AI coding agents as part of your investigation workflow, while knowing when to rely on your own judgement.

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer to help strengthen Sezzle’s security posture across cloud infrastructure, applications, and developer workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work on real-world security problems at scale.
As a Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy to identify risks, investigate issues, and drive meaningful security improvements across our systems. You will work across vulnerability management, detection engineering, supply chain security, and incident response - partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure security is practical, effective, and embedded into how we build and operate systems. You should consider yourself a DOer - someone who is comfortable diving into logs, analyzing systems, validating findings, and working end-to-end to get issues resolved. - Experience contributing to threat modeling and security design reviews for modern systems
- Strong hands-on experience in vulnerability management, including scanning, triage, validation, remediation coordination, and verification
- Experience working with SIEM platforms (e.g., Wazuh, Splunk, ELK) for detection engineering, monitoring, and incident response
- Practical experience triaging findings from vulnerability scanners and bug bounty programs
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes infrastructure, including security architecture, hardening, and operational best practices
- Experience improving infrastructure security, including CI/CD hardening and mitigating software supply chain risks

- Ability to investigate issues directly using logs, cloud tooling, and system-level data
- Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies (OWASP, SANS, etc.)

- Experience designing and tuning detection rules, reducing alert noise, and improving investigation workflows
- Strong understanding of cloud-native security controls, including IAM, network segmentation, and container security

ABOUT THE ROLE
Build out a cloud‑native team that owns the entire software delivery life cycle on Amazon Web Services. You will combine deep Kubernetes expertise with Python and shell scripting to automate, monitor, and continuously improve the Linqia platform while driving FinOps practices to keep our cloud footprint efficient. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, maintain, and evolve our AWS account structure, VPC networking, IAM policies, security boundaries, and cost‑management controls using Terraform and the AWS console

ABOUT THE ROLE
Build out a cloud‑native team that owns the entire software delivery life cycle on Amazon Web Services. You will combine deep Kubernetes expertise with Python and shell scripting to automate, monitor, and continuously improve the Linqia platform while driving FinOps practices to keep our cloud footprint efficient. Work in a GitOps culture where every change is delivered through pull requests and rolled out by automated pipelines.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, maintain, and evolve our AWS account structure, VPC networking, IAM policies, security boundaries, and cost‑management controls using Terraform and the AWS console
- Maintain secure networking layers with AWS load balancers, ingress controllers, service‑mesh policies, network policies, and zero‑trust principles
- Operate and harden production‑grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, including upgrades, service mesh, policy management, and multi‑cluster architectures driven by Argo CD
- Build reusable infrastructure‑as‑code modules with Terraform that provision cloud resources in minutes while enforcing tagging standards and least‑privilege access
- Create self‑service CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions for fast, safe releases with automated testing and promotion across environments
- Deliver real‑time observability with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry, and use these tools to assist in solving production bugs and issues
- Administer and maintain purpose-built Linux VMs via configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, or Chef
- Deploy, scale, and maintain databases on AWS (Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch, etc.), maintaining high database performance/uptime, optimizing tables and datasets, and ensuring disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Support developers by maintaining Podman‑based local dev boxes and Kubernetes staging environments that mirror production, ensuring smooth hand‑off from local code to cloud‑native deployments
- Implement FinOps practices: track and forecast AWS spend, enforce cost‑allocation tagging, identify rightsizing opportunities, manage Savings Plans or Reserved Instances, and build cost‑optimisation dashboards for engineering and finance stakeholders
- Write automation utilities and command‑line tools in Python and craft shell scripts that glue components and workflows together
- Champion reliability through incident reviews, capacity planning, game days, chaos testing, and service‑level objective tracking
- Collaborate in Agile rituals, plan sprints, refine backlog tickets, and pair with peers to spread DevOps and FinOps best practices
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- three plus years working with cloud infrastructure or platform engineering focused on AWS
- Deep hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, preferably EKS, covering upgrades, networking, storage, RBAC, and custom resources
- Proficiency in Python and Bash or Zsh scripting
- Strong understanding of core AWS services EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch
- Demonstrated experience applying FinOps principles: cost monitoring, forecasting, and optimisation on AWS
- Solid experience with Docker and container runtimes, with emphasis on Podman for local development environments
- Hands‑on practice with configuration‑management tools such as Ansible or Puppet and infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform
- Proven use of Datadog for metrics, logs, and APM, plus familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana dashboards
- Comfortable with Git‑based workflows, feature branching, and pull‑request reviews
- Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of relational database internals
- Competent in Linux administration, process troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, DNS, and common networking tools
- Clear communication skills and an ability to translate complex technical topics to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban and a continuous‑improvement mindset
EXTRA CREDIT
- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or FinOps Practitioner
- Experience with AWS security tooling GuardDuty, Security Hub, IAM Access Analyzer, and KMS
- Building data pipelines with Apache Spark, Flink, or similar frameworks
- Implementing event‑driven architectures with Kafka Streams or KSQL
- Applying SRE practices such as error budgets and service‑level dashboards
- Exposure to machine‑learning workflows, ModelOps, or MLOps in production

The Netskope Channel Solutions Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team. Responsibilities include:
As a Netskope Channel Solutions Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Build relationships with key partner base and their SEs
- Own and drive technical enablement activities for key and assigned partner base
- Educate customers on the ongoing trends and challenges that are driving the need for cloud security and help channel understand where Netskope addresses these challenges
- Deliver effective demos, best practices session on UCs, deployments & workshops as needed
- Provide on the job training for partner SEs by allowing partner SE to shadow presentations and evaluation installations.
- Help partners create evaluation test plans with customers that highlight the strengths of our platform to position Netskope as the clear cloud security leader
- Present at channel-driven marketing activities as-needed basis.
- Assist in the selling effort to partner technical resources during new partner recruitment
- Work with channel partners to proactively expand our awareness and install base within existing accounts.

Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
- Proven track record using it to help drive revenue
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems
- Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM and related protocols
- Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions such as Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, Data security and protection technologies such as HSM, Tokenization & encryption gateways
- Experience working with Active Directory Services including ADFS, working knowledge of Azure AD is desired
- Knowledgeable with application programming; such as REST/SOAP API’s, JSON and enterprise architectures
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends, and explain complex behaviors in simple terms
