WHO YOU ARE

The Senior Account Manager is a critical role within the Customer Success department that partners directly with Sales to service our advertising partners and execute high-performing advertising campaigns. The reasonable estimated base pay range for this role is from $83,000 - $102,000 annually + a quarterly incentive plan. The actual amount may be higher or lower. About the Role:

Here’s what we're looking for:
12+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 7+ years specializing in social media and influencer marketing, and 3+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
Proven track record of building and scaling social media and influencer programs for B2B brands, demonstrating measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Deep expertise in developing content strategies tailored for various social platforms and audience segments.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with social media management platforms, analytics tools, and influencer marketing platforms.
Exceptional analytical skills: ability to interpret complex social data, measure campaign effectiveness, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
A proven track record of operating at the Innovator or Amplifier level of AI fluency. This means moving beyond personal tool usage to define, deploy, and govern AI strategy for the entire function. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $169,000 - $200,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix, and Atlanta, and $200,000 - $240,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. About the role
We are leveling up our content strategy capability, bringing content thinking earlier into the process so it shapes architecture, design, and delivery from day one rather than catching up to them.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Content Strategist to lead the content dimension of client engagements from discovery onwards. You will embed with project teams during the critical early phases, develop a deep understanding of how content works across our clients' organizations, and translate that into models, taxonomies, and governance that set the rest of the build up for success.
This is a practitioner role. You will run workshops, interview stakeholders, audit content estates, and ship concrete deliverables that project teams rely on.

You will typically go deep on one project at a time during its discovery and definition phase, then remain available at lower assignment through build for content-related QA and decisions. Occasionally you may run across two or three projects in parallel when they're at different phases.

The Project Manager independently manages the day-to-day delivery of multichannel projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand objectives and agency standards.
What you’ll do:
Own the lifecycle of assigned projects from kickoff through launch and closeout.
Develop and manage scopes, timelines, staffing plans, and detailed workback schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring clear handoffs and quality control.
Drive MLR and PRC routing, calendars, and submission packages with meticulous documentation.
Track progress, surface risks with proposed solutions, and manage change control.
Lead internal status meetings and ensure adherence to agency processes and SOPs.
Maintain file structures, naming conventions, and QA checklists across deliverables.
Portfolio Management: Oversight of approximately 2 million dollars in project revenue. No involvement in new business. Project-focused delivery.
Resource Management: Support resourcing data and requests. Escalate gaps. Own Gantt updates for projects you manage.
Client and Vendor Relationship Management: Participate in client calls. Lead vendor communications at the project level.
Training, Growth, Reporting: Enhance time management and foundational PM knowledge. Partner with Senior PM to maintain brand onboarding documents.
Admin Operations: Own Workfront routing, timeline development, and timesheet compliance. Maintain file structures and job code setup in collaboration with Account and Finance.
Execution: Enforce process and timelines. Build brand and disease knowledge. Begin strategic thinking at the project level to anticipate needs.
Finance: Create medium to high scale estimates. Pull project health reports. Flag scope risks and escalate. Mentor Coordinators on finances.
Culture, Comms and Collaboration: Escalate when creative redirection occurs. Share information and context with the team.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. The Trade Advisory team, consisting of business consultants, lawyers and licensed customs brokers, offers advanced customs and trade expertise to help clients identify supply chain risks and cost savings opportunities. As a Trade Advisory Lead, you will lead and mentor other Trade Advisory team members to help address and find solutions to trade issues that matter to our clients, furthering the company’s values. Your role would take your trade and industry knowledge to help build our trade advisory services, while servicing our clients.
