The Observability team is part of Roku’s Cloud Technology Infrastructure organisation and plays a critical role in our platform. We are a high-performing, fast-moving international team that thrives on ownership, effective communication, and delivering impactful engineering solutions.
Our mission is to advance Roku’s observability platform, which operates at an impressive scale by ingesting terabytes of data daily and managing hundreds of millions of active series. As part of this mission, we focus on building scalable, performant systems to meet Roku’s unique needs. By leveraging open-source tools, CNCF-supported projects, and custom solutions, we enable engineering teams across Roku to monitor, debug, and optimise their applications with ease.

You will work on core observability systems (metrics, logs, traces) while also developing robust data pipelines and storage solutions optimized for high throughput, performance, and cost. You’ll leverage technologies such as time-series databases (TSDB), columnar storage formats (e.g., Parquet), and distributed data processing frameworks to advance the platform’s capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be critical, as you’ll integrate observability into Roku’s cloud-native stack and contribute improvements back to the open-source community.

Working Pattern: 36.25 hours per week with contractual hours stated as Monday to Saturday between 8am to 7pm (with a 45-minute lunch break). We’re looking for a People Governance and Accountability Senior Manager to join us. This is an individual contributor role with meaningful scope. You’ll own operational delivery across our people governance and accountability frameworks, and continuously improve how they work over time, and partner with teams across Monzo to keep things clear, efficient and well controlled. You’ll report to the People Governance & Accountability Lead and work closely with two other team members.

You’ll own the day-to-day running of people governance and accountability at Monzo, making sure our core frameworks operate effectively, deadlines are met, outputs are high quality, and work is delivered with consistency and control.
You’ll identify smarter ways to do things, improving processes, controls and tooling. That could mean automating manual work, evolving governance cadences, or building more efficient and scalable workflows that reduce risk and friction.
You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure people governance and accountability requirements are clear, practical and implemented effectively across the business.
You’ll apply thoughtful, risk-based judgement to support pragmatic decision-making, balancing pace, control, consistency and business needs.
You’ll use data, reporting and feedback to identify themes, spot risks and prioritise where the team should focus, helping shape how the function continues to evolve.

About Platform Engineering at Monzo:
The Platform Collective builds and maintains the infrastructure, tools and processes that sets the rest of Monzo technology teams up for success. We work on a wide range of shared infrastructure, services and engineer tooling.
The Infrastructure Platform team sit within the Platform Collective and are responsible for running the Kubernetes clusters, service mesh and networking that all of Monzo's microservices run on. About Machine Learning Platform Engineering at Monzo:
The Platform Collective builds and maintains the infrastructure, tools and processes that sets the rest of Monzo technology teams up for success. We work on a wide range of shared infrastructure, services and engineer tooling.
The Machine Learning Platform team sits within the Platform Collective and is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools which empower our teams to train, evaluate, deploy, and serve Machine Learning models and features at scale.
Our team is made up of backend engineers with experience in the ML space, using our experience and curiosity to work with the ML teams to identify their needs, and test and build magically simple solutions.
How we work 💻
Locations & Flexible Working:
Our main tech hub is in London, but our engineers live everywhere in the UK— from Brighton to the Western Isles.
We value meeting in person but there’s no pressure to come into the office, even if you're nearby. We believe you'll do your best work if you are where you want to be. If you live outside of London and we ask you to come into the office, Monzo will support you with the costs. ✨
Our offices are naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, which happen to line up with our twice-weekly Monzo lunches & treat Thursdays 🍽️. Teams also schedule time together often for work and play – in or around the office, or online.

Atamis is a growing software business based in Cardiff, providing analysis and management tools to organisations operating in complex commercial environments. As the company continues to scale, the team is expanding to meet increasing demand while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality, long-term solutions to customers.
Atamis is seeking an Account Executive to drive new commercial growth across its Source-to-Contract platform. This role suits a high-performing SaaS sales professional comfortable generating and managing their own pipeline, leading complex buying processes, and closing multi-year agreements. Candidates at mid-level or senior level will be considered, with role scope, expectations and compensation aligned to individual experience, capability and track record.
The role will initially focus on UK organisations, with planned expansion into international markets from 2026.
Key responsibilities
This role carries full commercial ownership of opportunities from first engagement through to contract signature. The Account Executive will be supported by dedicated Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Implementation and Client Success teams throughout the sales cycle, while retaining accountability for deal progression, stakeholder management and commercial outcomes. Success in this role is measured by the ability to independently originate, progress and close high-quality opportunities, manage complex buying groups through to contract signature, and maintain a predictable, well-governed pipeline aligned to the company’s growth objectives.
