We are seeking an analytical and technically skilled professional to lead the implementation, management, and ongoing enhancement of our cash flow engine. This role will be responsible for modeling balance sheet cash flows, supporting interest rate risk (IRR) analytics, and ensuring the integrity of key metrics such as Net Interest Income (NII) and Economic Value of Equity (EVE).

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager, Revenue to lead key accounting operations, ensure the integrity of our financial reporting processes, and manage a high-performing team. This role will oversee the full cycle order-to-cash process, revenue recognition under ASC 606, month-end close, and preparation of audit-ready financial documentation. The Role
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst I, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including timely and accurate order entry, invoicing, revenue recognition, and reporting.

The base pay range for this position is $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 CAD / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Treasury is Lithic's financial services platform — if a dollar moves through Lithic, it touches Treasury. The team owns all money movement (ACH, wires, book transfers, card settlement), the double-entry ledger, reconciliation across payment networks and banking partners, and the financial controls that ensure correctness across all funds flows. The systems we maintain have high standards of reliability and correctness, because they underpin every dollar on the platform. The team primarily uses Python and AWS.

Overview:
The Assistant Controller reports directly to the Corporate Controller and serves as a key leader and contributor within the Corporate Accounting function. The Financial Controller is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the integrity of our financial ecosystem. Financial Stewardship & Technical Reporting You will own the end-to-end monthly and annual close processes, ensuring the delivery of accurate, consolidated financial statements. You will lead the external audit process, identify and remediate control gaps, and drive the compression of close timelines through automation and process improvement. Treasury, Tax & Team Leadership You will manage and mentor a team including an AP Specialist and two Accountants, fostering a culture of development and precision. Your oversight extends to cash flow management across foreign accounts, debt covenant compliance, and corporate tax filings (income and indirect) in coordination with external advisors.
