We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to help shape the next generation of MaintainX’s AI-first product experience. You'll lead design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through prototyping and polished UI, for both web and mobile. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to deliver features that make complex systems simple and intuitive for frontline users.

What you’ll do
MetaMask is used by millions of people as their gateway to web3. As the product grows, so does the need for experiences that feel clear, responsive, and human. Motion plays a big role in that.
We’re looking for a Staff Motion Designer to join our Design Systems team. In this role, you’ll shape how motion shows up across MetaMask—from small interaction details to larger moments of expression. A core part of the work is defining a shared motion language and building systems that help teams use it consistently across the product.
This role sits within the design system, but it’s not just about documentation. You’ll be making things—prototyping, exploring, refining—and working closely with designers and engineers to bring motion into the product in a way that scales.

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who is fluent in digital design, strong in visual storytelling, and comfortable creating high-quality work at speed. You’ll bring both conceptual thinking and pixel-perfect execution, along with AI fluency to help evolve and activate an established brand system across multiple sub-brands and channels.
This is not a role focused on building new brands from scratch. It’s about taking an existing brand system and bringing it to life — pushing it forward thoughtfully, expressing it with clarity and consistency, and elevating the work at scale. You’ll operate within a complex, multi-brand ecosystem, creating concepts, visual systems, and executions that feel fresh while remaining unmistakably on-brand.

As our Senior Brand & Marketing Designer, you’ll own the visual expression of our brand across every surface and evolve it for the next chapter of growth. This is a high-ownership design role. About the role:
We’re looking for a superstar Motion Designer & Videographer to join our in-house Creative team. The creative you produce doesn’t just support the business — it shapes how millions of Canadians experience Clutch for the first time.
This is a true 50/50 role. Half your time will be spent on the ground, capturing video, photography, and content across our facilities. The other half will be spent editing, animating, and building motion graphics that elevate everything we put out. You’ll shoot and edit customer testimonials, create motion graphic ads, animate brand elements, capture facility and process photography, and help define how Clutch looks and feels in motion.
This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable behind a camera and inside After Effects — a hybrid creative who can shoot a testimonial in the morning and animate a logo reveal in the afternoon. Because this work is highly collaborative and hands-on, it’s based in a fully onsite environment, five days a week, working closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams.
