These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

At Range Group we believe in the power of the professional travel advisor. We represent over $4.5 billion in annual travel sales. All our investments stem from a common thesis, that travel advisors add real value to a trip. Travel advisors when equipped with technology and 24/7 support are irreplaceable. Equally important is our philanthropy. Range Foundation channels 10% of group profits to social impact. From exploration grants, improved access to education, new discoveries on sea and land, cultural infrastructure, and helping our global neighbors in times of need — we are investing to build a better future.
This is a hybrid position, currently requiring two days per week onsite at our office located at 2 Queen St. E in Toronto.
The Role
TripArc connects travel advisors to a broad network of supplier content, including tours, activities, and experiences sourced through Destination Management Companies (DMCs). DMCs are specialist operators that curate and deliver local experiences in a given destination — think guided tours, transfers, excursions, and curated itineraries. TripArc aggregates content from multiple DMC suppliers through a centralized integration layer, normalizing supplier data into a consistent format that advisors can search, quote, and book through the platform.
We’re looking for a senior developer who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real impact. You’ll join our Technology team at TripArc, where you’ll tackle the challenge of modernizing a mature travel platform - decomposing legacy .NET systems into Azure-native microservices while keeping the business running smoothly.
This isn’t a role where you’ll wait for detailed specifications. You’ll own problems end-to-end: digging into complex business logic in existing codebases, designing solutions that bridge legacy and modern architectures, and shipping code that serves thousands of travel professionals daily. Some days you’ll be untangling decade-old stored procedures and intricate SQL schemas; others you’ll be architecting event-driven services on Azure. We need someone who finds that variety energizing.
You’ll work within our Agile framework - two-week sprints, daily stand-ups - but we expect you to drive your own work: collaborating directly with QA, Product, and stakeholders; pushing back when needed; and helping teammates grow. Documentation matters here; we use JIRA and Confluence extensively, and your tickets and design docs should be clear enough that anyone can pick up where you left off.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
What We’re looking for
Must have:
Nice to have:
How You Work
Our Technology
Our platform runs on Azure Cloud, and we're actively modernizing our architecture. Here's what you'll work with:
Why This Role
You'll have real influence over how we modernize our platform. This isn't a "maintain the status quo" position - we're actively rearchitecting systems, and you'll help shape those decisions.
You'll work with a team that values pragmatism over dogma, where the goal is shipping software that works for our users, not chasing trends for their own sake.
Who Thrives Here
Our Culture
We converted to Agile a few years ago and are now a fully enabled Agile department that prioritizes work based on the value it brings to our clients. During each two-week sprint, our developers plan, write, test, integrate, and bug fix while collaborating with skilled Business Analysts, UX designers, and product resources dedicated to the team.

Founded in 2017, TripArc is a $750 million privately held company powers the top Travel Agencies and Tour Operators in North America. Our expansive and growing network empowers seamless access to a comprehensive range of travel options and services globally with over $750 million transactions annually - all at the industry’s best rates.
As an industry leader in technology, purchasing, finance, HR and marketing, we know how to deliver solutions to travel professionals in the most effective way possible. With deep experience in partnering with two leading brands in the luxury travel space – Kensington Tours and Travel Edge – TripArc has real insight into the needs of tour operators and travel agencies today.
TripArc’s goals are simple. To make our network of over 1400 travel entities more profitable, efficient and help them create truly unique travel for their clients.

Why This Role
You'll have real influence over how we modernize our platform. This isn't a "maintain the status quo" position - we're actively rearchitecting systems, and you'll help shape those decisions.

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

The Role
TripArc is building an AI-powered vacations booking platform that will put 10,000+ pre-packaged, instantly bookable itineraries in the hands of North American travel advisors.
The work spans both greenfield and existing platforms in equal measure. You'll be building new Angular MFEs, AI agent pipelines, and integrating with MongoDB-backed catalog infrastructure for the Vacations Platform, while extending and integrating with the mature ADX booking platform and the new Product Builder that sits alongside it. We need people who can hold both contexts without losing altitude.
Whichever track you're in, you own your work end-to-end: design through deployment, in close collaboration with Product, QA, and your pod.
How We Build
We expect every developer on this team to use AI coding tools — GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, whatever fits your flow — as a standard part of how you develop. Not as an experiment, and not as a replacement for engineering judgment. We move faster because of these tools, and we ship with confidence because of the quality gates, code review culture, and testing discipline that sit alongside them. If you've figured out how to get real leverage from AI-assisted development without cutting corners on quality, you'll fit right in here.
What You'll Work On
Itinerary Catalog & AI Pipelines: Building the Chorus AI agent system — 8 agents across Generation and QA pipelines — that auto-generates, validates, and enriches itinerary content at scale. Backed by MongoDB, that feed everything downstream.
Advisor-Facing MFEs: Search & Browse, and Itinerary Detail experiences advisors use to find, evaluate, and customize pre-built trips. Includes the NL Search API connecting MongoDB to ADX or direct to Product Builder using MCPs — an open architectural decision spanning LLM query layers, Atlas vector search, and existing API patterns.
Trip & Bundle Workflows: Bundle Manager MFE and Make Bundle Payable microservice within TSP — turning an itinerary into a structured, transactable trip with embedded pricing and commission logic.
Existing ADX Platform: You'll work within and extend the existing ADX platform: a mature .NET system that's the daily workhorse for the advisor network. Extending it, integrating with it, and improving it as you build the new layer on top.
What We're Looking For
Backend — Senior Developer: You build the services, pipelines, and data layers the platform depends on. Comfortable designing event-driven integrations with Azure Service Bus and NServiceBus. Confident in both SQL Server and MongoDB Atlas. You think carefully about API design and what it means for a service to be called thousands of times a day.
Core skills:
Nice: AI pipeline or agent framework experience (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar) is a strong plus
The Tech
Azure Cloud · .NET Core microservices · Angular MFEs · React · Next.js · MongoDB Atlas · SQL Server · NServiceBus · Redis · GraphQL · Azure Service Bus · RabbitMQ · Docker / Kubernetes · Azure Pipelines · Cloudinary · Contentful · Figma · JIRA · Confluence
Why This Role
The ADX Vacations Platform targets significant revenue in the form of gross bookings and this pod is building the core of it. The decisions made now — how the NL Search API works, how the AI agent pipeline scales, how itineraries move from catalog to quote — will define the platform for years. You won't be inheriting someone else's design. You'll be making it.
Compensation
We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $115,000 to $125,000.

This is a hybrid position, currently requiring two days per week onsite at our office located at 2 Queen St. E in Toronto. Candidates outside of the commutable area or province will be considered for work-from-home.
What We're Looking For
Frontend — Senior Developer: You build component-driven Angular MFEs that are fast, clean, and advisor-tested. You care how interactions feel, not just whether they function. You understand micro-frontend patterns, can navigate a design system across multiple white-labeled brands, and partner closely with backend developers on API contracts.
Core skills:
Nice: Working knowledge of .NET APIs and Azure DevOps is a plus
The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
#LI-Hybrid
We are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. If you require accommodation due to a disability at any stage of our hiring process, please advise us when completing your application.
The Range Group may use artificial intelligence throughout the recruitment process to screen, assess or select applicants for this position. These tools assist our hiring team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
We thank all candidates for their interest however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

Ready to make a real impact on global health and wellness care?
Practice Better is an all-in-one platform helping health and wellness practitioners run their businesses, care for their clients, and scale their impact. Founded by practitioners in 2016, we’re now the leading EHR and practice management platform in the wellness industry, trusted by tens of thousands of practitioners across 70+ countries.
In 2023, we expanded our whole-practice care offering through the acquisition of That Clean Life, bringing nutrition planning into our platform.
We’re a remote-first team headquartered in Toronto, made up of curious, driven, and empathetic people building tools that help practitioners create sustainable, independent practices; and do the most meaningful work of their careers. While most of our work happens remotely, we come together regularly for off-sites and team events to stay connected and build together.
We've become aware of fraudulent messages impersonating Practice Better's recruitment team.
Please note:
If something feels off, trust your instincts. Verify any suspicious outreach by contacting us directly at careers@practicebetter.io before taking any action.
Thank you for helping us keep our hiring process safe and transparent.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for applying your technical expertise to scale our AI-powered all-in-one practice management platform for health and wellness professionals. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team (Engineering, Product, Design) to understand customer needs, address technical challenges, and make technology decisions to deliver innovative, high-quality experiences that improve customers' lives.
The role of a software developer has fundamentally changed. We're not looking for someone who simply writes code line by line—we're looking for engineers who leverage AI-assisted development tools to dramatically accelerate their output while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability. You'll be expected to work alongside AI coding assistants as a force multiplier, using your expertise to guide, review, and refine AI-generated solutions.
The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver who is driven and results-oriented, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building great software. You don't wait for direction—you seek it out when you need it and take ownership of outcomes.
Note: Practice Better is a remote-first company with team members across North America. However, this particular role is currently open to Canadian-based candidates only, and preference will be given to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada.
At Practice Better, we believe in pay transparency, equity, and fairness. We benchmark compensation against similar-stage, high-growth SaaS companies in both Canada and the United States and review our salary bands regularly to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
Each role has a defined pay range based on its level, scope, and geographic location. Final offers are determined by several factors, including experience, demonstrated skills, and location, to ensure consistency and equity across our team.
Anticipated Salary Range (Canada): $150,000 – $160,000 /yr CAD
We take a holistic approach to compensation, combining salary, benefits, and flexibility. Our goal is to provide total rewards that support both your professional growth and personal well-being.
The range above reflects our expected compensation for this role, based on current market data. Final offers may vary depending on factors such as location, skills, depth of experience, and relevant certifications. All compensation ranges are reviewed regularly and may evolve over time to reflect changes in the market.
Comprehensive Benefits
We offer a robust benefits package for full-time, permanent employees, including health, dental, and vision coverage from day 1, as well as RRSP matching, generous paid parental leave, and annual learning stipends.
Remote-First, Connected Culture
Our remote-first model gives you autonomy and flexibility, with optional access to our downtown Toronto office for in-person collaboration. We also host regular off-sites and team gatherings across North America, because connection, creativity, and shared moments matter.
Wellness and Growth
At Practice Better, you are not just an employee. You are part of a mission-driven community dedicated to helping others thrive. You will be trusted with autonomy, encouraged to take ownership, and supported by a team that values curiosity, compassion, and meaningful results.
We believe great culture and great performance go hand in hand. Delivering on our commitments is how we earn the trust of our practitioners and continue to expand our impact. Here, you will find the freedom to experiment, a focus on follow-through, and the opportunity to grow, along with the satisfaction of knowing your work directly improves lives every day.
We know innovation happens when diverse perspectives come together. Practice Better is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best.
If you do not meet every requirement listed above, we still encourage you to apply. Research shows that underrepresented groups often hesitate unless they feel 100% qualified. We are far more interested in your potential, curiosity, and alignment with our values.
We are committed to building a workplace where everyone can do the best work of their careers. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. Accommodations are available throughout the interview process upon request.

THE ROLE
TripArc's ADX platform is the daily booking tool for thousands of North American travel advisors. While a dedicated team builds the next generation of the platform, this pod makes sure what exists today keeps getting better — faster, more reliable, and more responsive to the people using it.
This is a Senior Front-End Application Developer who combines architectural thinking with a UX designer’s mindset — someone passionate about building elegant, scalable, and high-performance user experiences that empower our travel experts and partners. The work is varied by design: one sprint you're untangling a payment flow, creating friction at checkout, the next you're building out 24/7 service upgrade capabilities, the next you're improving how features behave under load. No two months look the same — and that's the point.
You won't be waiting for detailed specs or step-by-step directions. You'll investigate problems, propose solutions, scope your own work in collaboration with Product and QA, and ship. The platform runs at real volume — your code goes into production, and advisors notice when it's better.
HOW WE BUILD
We expect every developer on this team to use AI coding tools — GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, whatever fits your flow — as a standard part of how you develop. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Nice to have: React, Next.js, MongoDB, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure Pipelines, NServiceBus, .NET APIs, and Azure DevOps.
HOW YOU WORK
You're a self-starter, problem solver who thinks like a designer and codes like an engineer and finds satisfaction in clean, well-scoped delivery. You don't need a blank canvas to do great work — you find the interesting problem inside the practical request and solve it properly. You communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, keep your documentation honest, and take pride in shipping things that hold up.
You're collaborative without being dependent. When you're stuck, you ask; when a teammate is stuck, you help. You treat code reviews as a craft conversation, not a gatekeeping exercise.
THE TECH
.NET Core · Angular · Figma · Azure Service Bus · Azure Pipelines · Docker · Redis · GraphQL · Entity Framework · MongoDB · RabbitMQ · JIRA · Confluence
WHY THIS ROLE
The Features pod is what keeps TripArc's advisor network moving while the platform evolves. It's high-ownership, high-visibility work on a system that matters to real people every day. If you'd rather ship ten meaningful improvements a quarter than spend six months on a spec that hasn't launched yet, this team is for you.
COMPENSATION
We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance.
