About the team

The Support Experience engineering organization builds and improves Stripe’s user support from end to end: how users get help within our products, how they get in touch with us when they have questions, and how our teams use internal tools to answer those questions. We’re accountable for the quality and reliability of this support stack and we use data and firsthand user research to continuously improve it. 

Providing great support to users of all sizes is culturally important to everyone at Stripe. This includes the external-facing support interfaces (support.stripe.com), content, entry points, internal tooling, case routing, and helping product teams across the company reduce support volume by improving our products. What you’ll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer on the Support Experience team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our self-serve support experiences. You will be responsible for designing, building, training, evaluating, deploying, and owning ML models in production. For example, we apply LLMs to answer user questions with conversational agents and personalize product documentation, and are building automated systems to solve complex user problems. You will work closely with software engineers, machine learning engineers, product managers, and data scientists to operate Stripe’s ML powered systems, features, and products. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to and influence ML architecture at Stripe and be a part of a larger ML community. 

Responsibilities

• Design  and implement state-of-the-art ML models and large scale ML systems for enhancing self-serve support capabilities, balancing ML principles, domain knowledge, and engineering constraints
• Develop and optimize contextual conversation models and ML-powered resolution flows for common support scenarios, using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and XGBoost
• Create and refine pipelines for training and evaluating models in both offline and online environments, with a focus on improving support quality and user satisfaction
• Implement ML features that streamline information collection and processing for support agents, enhancing overall support efficiency
• Collaborate with product, strategy, and content teams to propose, prioritize, and implement new AI-driven support features and improve answer capabilities

Who you are

We are looking for ML Engineers who are passionate about building ML systems that touch the lives of millions. You have experience developing efficient feature pipelines, building advanced ML models, and deploying them to production. Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in ML/AI or related field (e.g. math, physics, statistics)
• 3+ years in AI/ML and backend engineering, including building and operating production ML systems at global scale with stringent SLOs—balancing reliability, latency, and cost—with privacy, security, and compliance by design.
• Deep and up-to-date applied LLM experience: RAG/embeddings, tool use/function calling, agentic planning/orchestration architectures, post-training methods, code generation, benchmarks and evaluations, etc. Familiarity with classical ML methods and common frameworks e.g. Pytorch, TensorFlow.
• Proficient in Python; strong distributed systems and data science fundamentals.
• Experience working closely with product management, design, other engineers, and other cross-functional partners.
• Strong technical leadership and communication: mentoring and elevating engineers, elevating AI/ML awareness and posture within organizations, setting architectural direction, and driving alignment in ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications

• MS/PhD degree in ML/AI or related field (e.g. math, physics, statistics)
• Experience working in Java or Ruby codebases
• Experience designing, deploying, and owning Agentic LLM solutions (e.g., multi-step orchestrators, tool use/function calling) specifically for complex customer support or internal workflow automation.

What you’ll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer in Supportability, you will be responsible for designing, building, training, evaluating, deploying, and owning AI/ML models in production. You will work closely with software engineers, machine learning engineers, product managers, and data scientists to operate Stripe’s ML powered systems, features, and products. What we're looking for

• Advanced degree in computer science or relevant engineering-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year working on ads delivery systems.
• Extensive experience building and operating large-scale, low-latency backend systems using languages like Java, Go, or Scala.
• Deep familiarity with building or maintaining budget control systems, feedback loops, or spend-prediction algorithms.
• Proven experience building or scaling experimentation platforms, with a deep understanding of variance reduction, interference/network effects, and metric design in a marketplace context.
• A track record of working on "mission-critical" pipelines (like billing, payments, or clearinghouses) where data precision, idempotency, and fault tolerance are paramount.
• Experience or strong technical interest in building the backend workflows required to serve, scale, and store Generative AI models for creative asset generation.

The expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, including commission and/or bonuses, is $84,000-$95,000 CAD. About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a Director of Pricing & Monetization to own the strategy and execution of how we package, price, and monetize our Operations Cloud platform.  This role sits within our Product Development organization and reports to the VP of Product Strategy & Growth.

This is a product-first role. You'll bring the same rigor to pricing that a great PM brings to a product: deep customer empathy, structured experimentation, clear feature tiering frameworks, and a bias toward measurable outcomes. • Investigate security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and cloud security platforms, perform log analysis, and coordinate containment or remediation steps with engineering partners

We are looking for a hands-on AI platform Engineer to build, ship, and scale Samsara’s Enterprise AI platform that provides end-to-end capabilities for AI agents to be deployed, managed , governed etc. As a Senior AI Platform Engineer , you’ll own the full lifecycle of AI-powered systems — from initial design and prototyping to production deployment, monitoring, and iteration. In this role, you will:

• Build, and own end-to-end Data & AI platform (Databricks,AWS or other tech stack) from ideation , prototyping , production deployment and monitoring.
• Architect and scale company-wide GenAI capabilities to support domain-specific business AI Agents that are embedded into real operational workflows.
• Provide documentation and support to business users to deploy and manage AI agents at scale.

Minimum Requirements for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of industry experience in software engineering or data platform development, including:
• 3+ years of experience owning the development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support of web applications and backend APIs.
• 0-1+ year of experience building and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions, with responsibility for reliability and performance.
• 1+ year of experience in administering AWS platform.
• Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML fundamentals, particularly Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG systems).

Design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power data-driven decisions

The Role
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering advanced analytics and AI solutions within financial services. This role focuses on the full lifecycle of machine learning models—from development and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement—alongside the application of generative AI techniques.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models to solve business-critical problems
• Own key aspects of the model lifecycle including feature engineering, tuning, evaluation, and calibration
• Apply predictive analytics and prompt engineering techniques to extract insights from complex datasets
• Perform model testing, benchmarking, and ongoing performance monitoring
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
• Proficient Python development skills with hands-on experience building ML models
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and best practices
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and prompt engineering
• Solid analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams

Bonus Points For

• Experience in wealth management or financial services (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, and retraining in production environments
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms or scalable data solutions
• Exposure to workflow automation or optimization tools
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in French and English
• Given the majority of our clients and colleagues are located outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply and professional proficiency in English is required.

Designers on the Presence team work at the intersection of craft and impact—balancing clarity, polish, and systems thinking with strategic storytelling and conversion goals. We collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, content, and product to deliver work that is not only beautiful, but measurably moves the business.

What you’ll do

As one of two Design Managers on the Presence team, you'll lead a group of exceptional designers focused on key initiatives across stripe.com, link.com, Bridge and Sessions. You’ll own the creative direction for areas like acquisition, global expansion, experimentation, and our annual customer event, Sessions. You’ll be responsible for defining team strategy, planning roadmaps with partners, and evolving priorities over time. You’ll coach and grow the individuals on your team, build a collaborative and healthy team culture, and uphold a high bar for quality, visual design, polish, and storytelling craft. You’ll also lead through change as we continue to adapt our tools and processes in a rapidly evolving AI-enabled world. 

You’ll foster the individuals on your team, providing support to their work and acceleration to their growth. You’ll champion quality and polish. You’ll partner with WPP’s leadership to devise and deliver on quarterly and yearly roadmaps focused on the strategic experiences we bring to our users. You’ll develop and empower a collaborative team that is excited to meet you. And not least, you’ll partner with other design leaders across Stripe to help shape a consistent and elevated design voice across Stripe’s surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-performing design team, with a focus on feedback, coaching, and long-term career development
• Inspire and motivate the team to do their best work while creating a clear design vision that aligns with Stripe's goals
• Craft novel moments of storytelling and delight for our web presence and uphold our quality standards
• Balance growth with putting users first while upholding a very high quality bar 
• Champion curiosity and adoption of new AI tools and the evolving our ways of working 
• Understanding global needs and design systems, including knowing when to stick to the system vs when it's okay to break away from it
• Often work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables
• Advocate for design excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle, balancing speed, quality, and bold experimentation
• Work with other design specialists and managers on team-wide initiatives, like recruiting and developing content standards
• Influence strategic decisions across all the corners of our web presence
• Partner with marketing, comms, growth, and Link teams to define information architecture and tell the right stories
• Work closely with the team to help scale our design systems, devise generative art directions, propose web animations, and distill interaction-heavy product launch materials on sites such as stripe.com

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

• 6 years+ of creative direction and management experience, and 9+ years of relevant experience in strategy, information architecture, web design and creative technology experience at digital native agencies, and/or tech-forward, product-driven companies.
• Leadership in driving strategic thinking for impactful digital experiences
• Conviction in the web as a storytelling medium, demonstrable through a portfolio of design systems, engaging microsites, Figma libraries, WebGL experiments, CSS art, or anything else—you tell us
• Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, not just limited to the web but including typography, layout, balance, and proportion

Preferred qualifications

• Sufficiently advanced knowledge of modern HTML and CSS to empathise with and lead the designers and design engineers crafting our web presence
• A tenacity for moving quickly on new, green-field projects while steadfastly delivering on long-term roadmaps
• Experience at a company with global scale, expanding to new markets, leading localization strategy and integrating with l10n. 
• Accountability and a high bar when working with production systems
• A demonstrable ability to communicate your front-end or information architecture designs using documentation and crisp visualisation
• Intuition and empathy to gather consensus amongst different stakeholders and subject matter experts

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build, ship, and scale Samsara’s AI applications and capabilities end-to-end. As an AI Engineer IV, you’ll own the full lifecycle of AI-powered systems — from initial design and prototyping to production deployment, monitoring, and iteration. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders across Samsara to brainstorm, design, rapidly prototype, and productionalize AI-driven features and capabilities that integrate deeply into real business workflows.
