We are searching for a Power Platform Developer to join our Copilot Business Applications practice. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform, along with an understanding of generative AI applications in business process automation. Familiarity with autonomous agentive AI tools is highly desirable. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in core development methodologies, a keen desire to learn, and an ambition to further develop their expertise in business solution design. Experience with unit testing, collaboration with Quality Assurance teams, and a foundational knowledge of DevOps practices are advantageous. Additional familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management, Solution Packaging, and Continuous Integration, as well as practical knowledge of generative AI’s impact on business process automation, is particularly valued. Candidates should be enthusiastic about exploring how emerging AI technologies can augment Power Platform capabilities. The position operates within an Agile remote software engineering team, requiring proficiency with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps. Occasional client-facing responsibilities necessitate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using:
• Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Azure AI Foundry for managing LLM lifecycle and deployment
• LangChain and LangGraph for orchestrating multi-agent and multi-step workflows
• RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search and vector databases
• AI agents and MCP servers for task automation and reasoning
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM interactions.
• Build APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with architects and client teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security in cloud-native environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest in generative AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Solid understanding of LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, Azure Storage, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, with a strong focus on generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, Azure Storage, and containers in Azure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
•Experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar enterprise LLM lifecycle platforms.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for AI workloads, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, or other orchestration frameworks.
