Alltrna is the first clinical-stage biotech company advancing tRNA medicines to address shared disease-causing mutations across many indications. Alltrna is seeking a talented and highly motivated Sr. Director Program Management and Business Operations, reporting to the President & CFO. The successful candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience in leading research and early drug development program teams from research through the clinic with a particular initial focus on IND enabling and early/mid-stage clinical development. The Position:

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be our finance lead. You'll own the function—building our operating model, running FP&A, managing reporting and compliance, and working directly with the CEO on financial decisions. You'll have one direct report (our bookkeeper) and full ownership of how finance runs at Proton.
If you succeed, you'll have built the finance infrastructure that supports Proton's growth from $10M to $50M+ ARR.
