About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the CEO, you’ll be on the frontlines of maintaining our rapid growth in the industry. Your key responsibility will be to ensure Proton is the first name that comes to mind for distributors looking for a CRM. Focusing on potential Proton CRM buyers, your role is central to uncovering sales opportunities and fuelling our sales pipeline.

Reporting to the Senior Medical Director, Pharmacovigilance, the Associate Medical Director, Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance is responsible for the medical assessment of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and other drug safety information. The individual will be responsible for assessing and interpreting safety data from multiple sources, including clinical trials, spontaneous and solicited reports, aggregate, and literature reports. This individual is expected to provide interpretation and summaries of drug safety information and provide input in the generation of safety reports (e.g., DSURs, PSUR and clinical safety assessments). The individual will be an integral part of a group of safety professionals within Nuvalent and will closely collaborate with safety teams in Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and partners. The Role
We're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to own and elevate the data modeling layer that powers decision-making across Philo. In this role, you'll be the person who transforms raw, messy application and event data into clean, trusted, well-documented data products that the entire company relies on. You'll design and maintain dimensional models, define and govern key business metrics, and ensure semantic consistency across our data stack — so that when someone asks "what does this number mean?", there's always a clear, reliable answer.
This is a high-impact IC role: you'll partner directly with stakeholders across Finance, Product, Marketing, Ad Sales, and Engineering to deeply understand their analytical needs and translate them into scalable, performant dbt models and data products. You'll also work closely with the data engineering side of the team to ensure the underlying infrastructure supports your modeling work, and with analysts and data scientists to make sure the data you deliver is easy to use, well-tested, and trustworthy.
The ideal candidate has strong opinions about how analytics engineering should be done — how to structure a dbt project, when to denormalize, how to manage slowly changing dimensions, how to build a metric layer that people actually trust — and the experience to back those opinions up.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Payer & Reimbursement, the Director, Market Access Marketing plays an essential role executing the Market Access strategy, including Payer, Pricing and Patient Support Services strategies, to ensure our upcoming product launches in ROS1 NSCLC and ALK+ NSCLC are strategically positioned to achieve payer coverage, organized customer access, and patient access. This role will be responsible for payer marketing, organized customer marketing, patient support services marketing, and creating market access initiatives to optimize coverage, adoption, and reimbursement of our novel therapies. Given the cross-functional nature of the role, the market access marketer will have a dotted reporting line to the Vice President, Marketing. S/he will also collaborate closely with Sales, HEOR, and Medical Affairs to drive launch readiness and post-launch success.
