Alltrna is the first clinical-stage biotech company advancing tRNA medicines to address shared disease-causing mutations across many indications. The Director, Finance & Administration (Director) reports to the Harvard Hillel executive director who has been in the role less than two years. As a team, you will engage effectively with internal and external constituent groups around operational excellence at Harvard Hillel. The Director will move easily between strategic decision-making, governance requirements, and the everyday tactical coordination and planning that brings operational priorities to fruition. The Director serves as an empathetic and collaborative leader and coach, where operational excellence and a positive engagement around organizational culture is as important as rigorous monitoring of systems and process.
The Director’s role will ensure effective and consistent financial integrity and compliance of this 501(c)(3) institution. Working closely with the executive director, chief of staff, and other stakeholders, the Director will oversee the planning, coordination, and tracking of institutional annual goals against budget. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the executive director and staff on organizational priorities, strategic goal setting, and effective project coordination in relation to designing and meeting budget goals.
Key to the success of the Director’s role is to add capacity to the executive director to support the transformation of the institution and its future. In year one, the Director will actively engage with colleagues and outsourced providers to modernize financial budgeting systems, tracking and reporting. Over time, a successful Director in this role will help reshape Harvard Hillel—its building and its operations, to move the organization forward.

Position Overview
Flagship Pioneering is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President or Senior Vice President, Total Rewards and People Operations to lead the design, management, and evolution of Total Rewards programs and key people infrastructure across our ecosystem. The scope of this role spans compensation, executive compensation, equity, benefits, people operations, and people analytics for Flagship and its portfolio of companies.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring deep expertise in compensation strategy and private-company equity, as well as the ability to operate effectively across a complex, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment. Position Summary:
The Director of Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a core player in creating, growing, and building Flagship Pioneering early-stage companies. You will join the FP&A team in Flagship Labs Finance, primarily focusing on a set of NewCos or recent GrowthCos. You will be an instrumental player responsible for driving the annual planning cycle across the Flagship Lab companies, providing business insights to our leaders to measure progress on company performance and enhancing companywide financial reports, including enhanced analytics, finance modeling, cash flow management and consolidated reporting.
