As a Paid Media specialist, you are responsible for paid search/social performance along with client management and delegation of production resources. About the Portfolio Marketing Team
The Portfolio Marketing team supports AppDirect’s subsidiary Business Units by owning and executing integrated marketing aligned to each BU’s growth priorities. While the team collaborates with Corporate Marketing discipline experts when appropriate, Portfolio Marketing is a distinct function with day-to-day ownership of BU marketing planning, prioritization, and delivery. About You
As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary marketing referent for an assigned subsidiary Business Unit — Firstbase. You will translate BU strategy into integrated marketing plans and drive execution that delivers measurable business results.
The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for elegible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, within other benefits.

As part of the Media Resale & Activation team, you will be at the heart of digital execution. This is a "hands-on-keyboard" role focused on navigating the complexities of digital platforms—inclusive of tagging, trafficking, and buying—to transform client business goals into measurable media success.
Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end setup of media campaigns. This includes building campaigns, setting budgets and pacing, assigning creatives, and implementing granular targeting across various platforms.

We’re looking for a senior-level recruiter to join our team and lead searches across a variety of high-impact roles—including leadership and executive-level positions in the U.S. and Latin America. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers primarily across Engineering, to deliver top-tier, values-aligned talent.

Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact technical roles across the U.S. and Latin America, including executive-level searches.
Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders—bringing structured processes, market insights, and strategic input.
Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and innovative AI support.
Champion candidate experience and ensure a best-in-class interview process, from intake to close.
Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making to support inclusive and high-quality hires.
Drive employer branding efforts—helping us stand out to top talent.
Lead offer management and negotiation with empathy, transparency, and speed.
Bring a data-driven mindset to track progress and optimize hiring performance.
5+ years of in-house, full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in product-led, high-growth environments.
Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders—offering both strategic counsel and operational support.
Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools (we use Greenhouse).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Resourceful, organized, proactive, and a strong problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Familiarity with talent marketing and employer branding tactics.

Your role
At Dialpad, web engineering and design aren't separate disciplines — they're the same team. Our unified Design Organization brings together product designers, brand designers, and engineers who all build. As a Sr. Web Engineer on the Marketing Web team, you'll contribute to the full surface area: the marketing website, the internal tooling that powers it, and — critically — the AI-powered automations and integrations that connect Dialpad's marketing presence to the teams that maintain it. You will be responsible for breathing life into high-volume performance marketing campaigns while influencing the brand's long-term identity through sophisticated visual storytelling. We are looking for a post-production powerhouse who can balance traditional narrative craft with the efficiency of modern AI tools to drive results in a fast-paced agency environment.
