Job Description

As a Media Specialist Operations, you will be the guardian of technical excellence and operational flow. This role is designed for a high-performing Analyst ready to take the next step into operational architecture. You won't just execute campaigns; you will ensure the entire "machine" runs without friction.

You will support the media department by overseeing the technical backbone of our platforms, ensuring that tracking, taxonomy, and billing structures are robust. You act as a specialist consultant for the planning teams, ensuring that what is promised to the client is technically feasible and flawlessly implemented.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Advanced Taxonomy Management: Elevate naming conventions from simple labels to a scalable data structure. You are responsible for ensuring that all campaign data is "dashboard-ready" through perfect UTM and naming discipline.
• Account Health & Setup: Own the end-to-end setup of Business Managers and Google Ads accounts, including the linking of Partners (e.g., Bayer/Monks), managing permissions, and ensuring correct payment configurations (VEPs, Lines of Credit).
• Budget Stewardship: Monitor pacing across all accounts to prevent overspends or under-deliveries, acting as an early-warning system for the Media leads.
• Platform Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for technical platform issues, managing support tickets with Meta and Google to resolve bugs or disapproved assets.

Technical Activation & Measurement

• Precision Activation: Execute complex campaign setups in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including retargeting structures, catalog sales, and multi-market deployments.
• Signal Management: Support the implementation and auditing of tracking signals, including the Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and basic Google Tag Manager (GTM) deployments.
• Tool Integration: Manage third-party tool integrations, such as Influencity, ensuring that influencer data is correctly mapped and accessible for reporting.

Strategic Support & Scaling

• Operational Onboarding: Assist in the technical onboarding of new clients, ensuring all assets (Pages, Ad Accounts, Pixels) are correctly claimed and shared between Partners.
• Process Documentation: Create and maintain "How-to" guides for internal processes to ensure the team operates with a unified standard.
• Reporting Infrastructure: Work closely with Data teams to ensure that data connectors from platforms to reporting tools (Looker Studio) are functioning and accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital media (moving from an Analyst role).
• Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads. Experience with Influencity or similar influencer management tools is a plus.
• Operational Logic: A strong understanding of the "Why" behind account structures and how data flows from a click to a conversion.
• Attention to Detail: An almost obsessive focus on "the small stuff"—decimals in budgets, underscores in UTMs, and specific specs in ad copies.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical platform requirements to non-technical stakeholders (Account Managers or Clients).

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Technical Basics: Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and how it integrates with media platforms.
• Problem Solving: Experience in troubleshooting pixel fires or catalog sync issues.
• Certifications: Advanced certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.

El/La Strategy Consultant es quien define esas preguntas.

Este rol existe para dar forma a la agenda de transformación de nuestros clientes enterprise: diagnosticando la realidad de su ecosistema tecnológico, diseñando soluciones consultivas que integren tecnología, IA, procesos y personas, y construyendo el camino estratégico que convierte desafíos complejos en ventajas competitivas concretas.

Reportando al Director de Growth, el/la Strategy Consultant opera en la intersección entre el negocio del cliente y las capacidades de Santex , con autoridad para definir el enfoque, influenciar decisiones ejecutivas y garantizar que cada interacción genere valor real y medible.

Responsabilidades Clave

Discovery y Diagnóstico

• Liderar el entendimiento profundo del cliente: su industria, modelo operativo, stack tecnológico y presiones competitivas.
• Revelar los pain points reales — técnicos, procedurales y culturales — que limitan el crecimiento o la eficiencia del negocio.
• Definir, junto a los Solution Architects, la viabilidad técnica y el enfoque de cada oportunidad de transformación.
• Traducir hallazgos en narrativas estratégicas que resuenen a nivel directivo y generen alineación ejecutiva.

Estrategia IT & Assessment

• Conducir assessments end-to-end del ecosistema tecnológico: arquitectura, modelo operativo, costos IT , estructura , (Run / Grow / Transform) y gobernanza (COBIT / ITIL).
• Estructurar y facilitar kickoffs estratégicos con C-Level, asegurando alineación entre ambiciones de negocio y capacidad tecnológica.
• Construir roadmaps de transformación de 18 a 36 meses, priorizando iniciativas por impacto estratégico y factibilidad.
• Producir documentación ejecutiva para boards y comités , clara, accionable y orientada a la decisión.

Diseño de Soluciones Consultivas

• Diseñar propuestas holísticas que integren tecnología, IA agéntica, procesos y dimensión humana en una solución coherente.
• Definir el alcance, modelo de valor, hipótesis de impacto y métricas de éxito de cada engagement.
• Orquestar la co-creación de propuestas con los equipos de Santex Lab, Delivery, Growth y Cultura.
• Garantizar coherencia total entre la promesa consultiva y la capacidad real de entrega.

Liderazgo del Inicio de Proyecto

• Anticipar y neutralizar riesgos técnicos y organizacionales antes de que impacten la ejecución.
• Mantener presencia estratégica en las etapas críticas de arranque para proteger la integridad de la solución propuesta. 

Desarrollo de la Práctica Consultiva

• Elevar el estándar de la práctica: frameworks de estimación, metodologías de assessment y estándares de propuesta.
• Rastrear tendencias tecnológicas emergentes — especialmente en IA — y traducirlas en oportunidades concretas para clientes.
• Ser referente interno: contribuir al crecimiento del equipo consultivo de Santex con criterio, experiencia y visión.

Requisitos y Competencias

Experiencia

• +8 años en consultoría de negocio o IT strategy, con foco en transformación digital en entornos enterprise.
• Historial comprobado liderando engagements complejos — desde el diagnóstico hasta la entrega — con impacto medible en el negocio del cliente.
• Solvencia para operar en conversaciones técnicas y ejecutivas con igual credibilidad.
• Exposición directa y sostenida a perfiles C-Level (CEO, CTO, COO, CHRO).
• Inglés avanzado.

Conocimientos Técnicos y Metodológicos

• IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture y Technology Assessment.
• Cloud, transformación digital y soluciones de IA agéntica aplicadas a contextos enterprise.
• Roadmapping estratégico y frameworks de priorización de iniciativas.
• Deseable: TMP, QTM, Design Thinking, Six Sigma, Change Management.

ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking an Adobe Solution Architect who can partner directly with clients to uncover business and technology challenges, align them with Adobe solutions and capabilities, and guide end-to-end solution design and delivery. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and facilitation skills to lead cross-functional discussions, shape solution strategy, and ensure customer success.

As a Solution Architect, you will serve as the key Adobe Services leader on client engagements—translating business objectives into actionable architectures, orchestrating stakeholder alignment, and driving adoption of Adobe’s Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as the lead architect on client engagements, defining solution strategy and architecture while guiding the overall implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with client business and IT stakeholders to uncover challenges, define use cases, and shape measurable outcomes.
• Assess current-state architectures and marketing capabilities, then recommend future-state designs across data, content, personalization, and customer journey management.
• Align enterprise solution architectures with business goals and digital marketing strategies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for both executive and technical audiences.
• Serve as the bridge between client business leaders, IT stakeholders, and Adobe delivery teams to ensure alignment from strategy to execution.
• Provide thought leadership to executive sponsors, evangelizing solutions that drive value and innovation.
• Capture client insights and partner with Adobe product and engineering teams to influence product evolution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Consultant leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing and customer experience solutions across data, content, personalization, commerce, analytics, and engagement.
• Hands-on knowledge or certification with Adobe Experience Cloud products: Experience Platform (AEP), Experience Manager (AEM), Target, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront, and Adobe Cloud Services.
• Strong track record of delivering successful enterprise integrations and digital marketing transformations involving analytics, personalization, testing/optimization, and customer data activation.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives (CMO, CIO, CXO) and facilitate consensus across business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complexity for non-technical stakeholders and dive deep with technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience creating solution blueprints, capability maps, and strategic roadmaps.
• Consulting background or experience in a world-class technology services organization preferred.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced, dynamic environments; adept at managing multiple client opportunities at once.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
