To avoid the worst effects of climate change, most climate models agree the world will need to remove 5-10 billion tons of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere per year by 2050, in addition to dramatically reducing emissions. The Climate team’s goal is to get carbon removal on its best possible trajectory to increase the likelihood that the world builds the carbon removal capacity needed to reach these climate goals.
In 2021 we launched Stripe Climate enabling merchants to direct a fraction of their revenue to help scale emerging carbon removal technologies in just a few clicks. In 2022 we launched Frontier, an advance market commitment to buy $1B+ of permanent carbon removal by 2030. Still, carbon removal is in its early innings–to reach the volume of carbon removal the world needs, demand will have to be driven by governments. In 2023, we hired our first policy lead and in 2025 we funded 8 Stripe Climate Fellows to seed ambitious policy ideas. In 2026, we are ramping up our focus on accelerating demand for carbon removal through policy around the world.
As Stripe's senior EU Market Development Lead, this person will set the vision for growing long-term carbon removal demand in the region and partner closely with NGOs and policymakers to help those policies materialize.

To provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.

Role Background
NATO is undergoing a transformative adaptation to accelerate its digital transformation and cybersecurity posture, aligned with the Digital Transformation Implementation Strategy (DTIS). These efforts are led by the NATO Assistant Secretary General for Cyber and Digital Transformation, who oversees coherence across the NATO Enterprise ICT capabilities and services while serving as the single point of authority for cybersecurity. The Cyber and Digital Transformation Division (CDT) is tasked with executing and enforcing Enterprise-wide coherence, ensuring alignment across NATO’s initiatives, overseeing implementation and impact, and advancing work to meet NATO’s strategic objectives outlined in NATO 2030. The position is currently within Capability Coherence Section. The ACPV (Asset, Configuration, Patching, and Vulnerability) Initiative is a foundational cybersecurity project aimed at strengthening situational awareness, ompliance, incident response capabilities, and vulnerability management across NATO. This initiative is also one of NATO’s largest data-centric programs, creating a strategic framework to feed future innovations such as cybersecurity scorecards, data exploitation platforms, governance systems, and other Enterprise tools. CDT is committed to executing this program within an evolving digital environment while fostering coherence across its people, processes, and technologies. Role Duties and Responsibilities
Cyber Digital Transformation Division (CDT) drives the end-to-end transformation of NATO’s Military and Non-Military Instruments of Power, enabled by digital technologies, to enhance the Alliance’s ability to execute its core tasks in a Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) environment. In particular, increase Alliance Digital Interoperability, support the modernisation of NATO’s Standardization processes, and enable the adoption of data exploitation capabilities and AI.
The contractor shall support NATO’s digital transformation by developing and advancing communications and networking standards that enable persistent, secure, and policy- compliant consultation, command, and control networks in support of Multi-Domain Operations (MDO).
We are looking for a well-rounded professional with excellent technical and communication skills as well as experience in the military domain. NATO knowledge would constitute and asset.

The Axon SkyHero Firmware team in the Robotics New Ventures Pillar supports critical Drone offerings for Special Forces and Law Enforcement. These Drones work together harmoniously to provide Tactical Reconnaissance and Advantage during critical and stressful missions. Both aerial and ground robots are developed, please see the product portfolio, here: https://www.axon.com/products/axon-sky-hero. We are actively working on truly disruptive innovative next-generation Drone technology that we strongly believe will advance our mission to Protect Life.
The Axon SkyHero Firmware team specifically owns the “Lower Middleware” layers on a very powerful Embedded Linux System-on-Chip and the Flight Controller. “Lower Middleware” in this sense consists of high performance, low latency, user-space daemons on a robotics-optimized system bus. All firmware aspects related to “Flying” are handled by this team, and this team collaborates very closely with an adjacent team of Controls and Vision Engineers. This team also collaborates very closely with Platform Board Support Package (BSP), Camera Imaging, and “Upper Middleware” teams, and hardware engineering. Rust is the preferred language, but C/C++ is also used. Python is used for scripting and testing.
As a strong, senior engineer - either level 1 or level 2 senior engineer - on the SkyHero Firmware team, you’ll be responsible for developing and architecting a diverse set of robotics-based features related to “Flying” and actively helping Controls Engineers “Tune” the Drone. You’ll promote best practices for software testing. You’ll be collaborating on a series of very deep algorithms that provides “Advanced Flying and Maneuvering” capabilities, among other innovations that fuse a large number of sensors, actuators and/or motors. You will be authoring design documents, mentoring less-senior engineers, and doing your part to instill a culture of engineering excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborate and Build Relationships: Work closely with both external clients and internal teams to forge productive partnerships.
Define and Deliver Roadmaps: Partner with clients to define their vision and turn strategies into actionable roadmaps for success.
Gather & Refine Requirements: Identify and document precise requirements, translating them into user stories and actionable deliverables.

Key Experience & Skills:
Business Analysis Expertise: 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services sector.
Agile Delivery Knowledge: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, creating business cases, and defining project goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to lead sessions, gather requirements, and liaise effectively between stakeholders and users.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Epic, user story writing, and process re-engineering.
Industry Acumen: Expertise in Commercial, Digital, and Retail Banking, with a working knowledge of financial processes.
Exceptional Communication: Articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. We believe your professional background is significant, but your mindset matters most. Language skills: Good knowledge of French or Dutch AND English (mandatory).
