Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Full Stack com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de aplicações web modernas, atuando tanto no backend quanto no frontend. - Forte experiência com:

- Experiência no desenvolvimento de aplicações SPA (Single Page Applications)
- Experiência na criação e consumo de APIs REST
- Conhecimento em estilização utilizando:

Job Summary
As a Mid Frontend Developer - React, TypeScript, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and deliver high-quality frontend features using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, from prototype to production;
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs and manage data fetching efficiently;
- Build reusable, scalable UI components using modern styling systems (Tailwind CSS, design systems, headless UI);
- Ensure code quality through testing, performance optimization, and active participation in CI/CD and code review processes.
Essential Skills
- Experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React and TypeScript;
- Solid experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, App Router) and modern React features (hooks, Server Components);
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles;
- Experience with state management and data fetching tools (React Query, SWR, Redux, Zustand, etc.);
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern UI/component libraries (Radix UI, shadcn/ui, etc.);
- Experience with form handling and validation (React Hook Form, Zod);
- Strong experience with testing frameworks (Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright);
- Familiarity with Node.js (basic backend/BFF knowledge);
- Experience with modern tooling and workflows (Vite/Webpack, Git, CI/CD pipelines);
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) and strong problem-solving skills.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, CSS and modern UI frameworks to help us build our user interfaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing exceptional user experiences and is capable of working closely with product, design and backend teams to deliver seamless web applications.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing Cloud Native Applications team. The right candidate is someone who has deep expertise in developing applications and is passionate about working with our customers, partners, and colleagues to drive innovation forward.
Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent’s Architects, Engineering Managers, and Engineers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinking customer base. You’ll work with the latest technologies and support customers looking to bring cutting-edge ideas to market.

- You will be a mission specialist, rocketing Customers forward as you participate in development activities, standups, sprint planning retrospectives, and more.

- Experience using Figma’s Dev Mode to inspect designs, gather specs, access assets, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation aligned with UX intent.
- Ability to design and implement micro animations that enhance user experience, communicate state changes, guide user attention, and add personality to the interface without detracting from usability.
- Demonstrated experience in consuming RESTful services and API integrations.
- Understanding of frontend design patterns such as SPA, MVC, etc.
- Understanding of CSS variables and the process of creating scalable systems
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and effectively.
- Desire to integrate innovative technologies into development workflow
- Experience with Generative AI technologies both in accelerating personal productivity (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub CoPilot, etc) and integrating AI features into a front-end
- Experience participating in a developer git workflow include branching, merging, and deploying front-end code to AWS
