We're looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager passionate about Security, Identity, and building foundational products that shape how millions of users, merchants, services, and AI agents securely interact with the VTEX platform.
As a Staff PM in Identity & Shield, you'll own the vision and execution of mission-critical initiatives that ensure trust, compliance, and secure autonomy across our ecosystem. You'll help reinvent how access, authorization, and protection work in a world where AI agents increasingly act on behalf of humans and businesses.
This is one of the most strategic roles in the company. You'll drive core platform capabilities used by every product area, while evolving Shield — one of VTEX's top-selling add-ons — to meet the needs of global enterprises and highly regulated industries.

We are hiring a Revenue Strategy Senior Manager to our Revenue Operations - Wellz team in Brazil!

Through data-driven insights and strategic dashboards, we also empower HR leaders to monitor wellbeing, boost engagement, and demonstrate ROI, making quality mental health support accessible and scalable.
This is not a PowerPoint role. Strategy at Wellz means owning outcomes, not producing decks. You'll be expected to get your hands dirty: building models, running analyses, pressure-testing GTM hypotheses, and sitting in the room when commercial decisions get made. We move fast, and we need someone who thrives in the gap between strategic thinking and real execution.
You'll work directly with the Revenue Strategy & Ops Director and in close proximity to all Revenue Directors and the Wellz CEO. You'll operate as the strategic brain of a Revenue team that spans six commercial fronts: Marketing, Sales Dev, Sales Enterprise, SMB, Client Success, and Indirect Channels.
Revenue Strategy is a standalone function, transversal across all commercial fronts, working in close partnership with our Revenue Operations Manager, who owns execution and tooling. The two functions are distinct by design: you define the game, Ops makes sure the game runs.
