WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define VTEX's long-term Identity strategy, aligned with our mission to be the most secure AI-Native commerce platform.
• Lead the redesign of VTEX's Access Management Module into an agentic, automated, low-friction experience that reduces operational burden and mitigates credential misuse.
• Partner deeply with engineering to design the guardrails, policies, and control layers that keep AI agents operating within safe, compliant, and auditable boundaries.
• Own the roadmap and evolution of VTEX Shield, expanding its value proposition for enterprise customers and regulated industries.
• Translate complex security needs (CISO-level requirements, compliance frameworks, SOC controls, auditability) into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to grow Shield's ACV, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Benchmark leading enterprise security solutions to position Shield competitively on a global stage.
• Build platform-wide primitives that let product teams easily integrate identity, permissions, and agent governance into their workflows.

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong PM background working with complex, technical products.
• You ramp up fast on technical domains. You don't need to be an expert on day one, but you're comfortable going deep with engineers and picking up new concepts quickly.
• Experience with demanding customers — enterprise, global brands, or heavily regulated industries.
• You connect deeply technical concepts to clear business outcomes, and communicate strategy and trade-offs to engineers, leadership, and customers alike.
• You thrive in complex environments where multiple teams depend on your product to build and scale safely.
• Comfortable with data: logs, monitoring, dashboards, and product metrics that inform risk and prioritization decisions.
• Genuinely curious and critical about the role of AI and LLMs in the future of commerce and security.
• Fluent in English.

Sales Development Representative (LATAM)

Job Overview: As a member of our team, you will be supporting the growth of our SDR program and participate in other critical projects that contribute to the program's success.

Responsibilities:

• Contact, educate, and qualify inbound and outbound leads in order to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the two very experienced Account Executives that you are paired with to develop opportunities in their target accounts and assigned territory.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospective customers at targeted Fortune 1000 companies to identify customer challenges, communicate potential Neo4j solutions that address them, and close for next steps.
• Leverage all tools and resources available, including email, telephone, web conferencing, webinars, training classes, and in-person live events to engage interested prospects
• Invest in learning how Neo4j's technology addresses the technical and business challenges of enterprises across many industries and use cases.
• Create a positive prospect experience through professional rapport, knowledge of Neo4j capabilities, and customer references.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPI’s for weekly meetings held and Qualified Sales Opportunities generated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing/Sales, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field
• Languages: Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required for this role. 
• Previous internship experience within a Sales Development role is a major plus.
• Be a hard-working, self-starter, and willing to achieve a high volume of activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
• Have positive, effective phone skills: including excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling, as well as strong writing skills.
• Be willing and able to learn new technologies.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Revenue Strategy Senior Manager to our Revenue Operations - Wellz team in Brazil!

Through data-driven insights and strategic dashboards, we also empower HR leaders to monitor wellbeing, boost engagement, and demonstrate ROI, making quality mental health support accessible and scalable.

This is not a PowerPoint role. Strategy at Wellz means owning outcomes, not producing decks. You'll be expected to get your hands dirty: building models, running analyses, pressure-testing GTM hypotheses, and sitting in the room when commercial decisions get made. We move fast, and we need someone who thrives in the gap between strategic thinking and real execution.

You'll work directly with the Revenue Strategy & Ops Director and in close proximity to all Revenue Directors and the Wellz CEO. You'll operate as the strategic brain of a Revenue team that spans six commercial fronts: Marketing, Sales Dev, Sales Enterprise, SMB, Client Success, and Indirect Channels.

Revenue Strategy is a standalone function, transversal across all commercial fronts, working in close partnership with our Revenue Operations Manager, who owns execution and tooling. The two functions are distinct by design: you define the game, Ops makes sure the game runs.

YOUR IMPACT

• GTM Architecture Define and continuously refine how Wellz goes to market: which segments to prioritize, which channels to activate, and in what sequence. Own the ICP by segment and translate it into actionable direction for Sales and Marketing.
• Revenue Planning & Forecast Lead the annual and quarterly revenue planning process end-to-end. Build and maintain the forecast model, run the pipeline review cadence, and be the primary owner of revenue projections presented to senior leadership and Wellhub stakeholders.
• Commercial Intelligence Monitor competitive dynamics, market shifts, and performance patterns across all commercial fronts. Translate signals into strategic recommendations, not just observations.
• Pricing & Packaging Own the strategic layer of pricing decisions: when to adjust, how to position value by segment, and how to structure offers for complex Enterprise or Channel deals.
• Strategic Initiatives Lead high-impact projects that cut across functions: new market entry (including Europe), new channel development, segment expansion, or GTM model changes. Build business cases, define success criteria, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Revenue Leadership Interface Be the primary strategic interlocutor for Revenue with C-level and Wellhub global leadership. Represent the commercial strategy in planning cycles, business reviews, and investment decisions.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience. 5+ years in Revenue Strategy, RevOps, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting, with meaningful exposure to B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services. Scale-up or high-growth environment experience is a strong plus. We're open to different paths: consulting background, operator background, or a combination of both.
• Strategic Horsepower. You can go from messy commercial data to a clear strategic recommendation. You build your own models, pressure-test your own assumptions, and communicate conclusions without hiding behind complexity.
• Commercial Instinct. You understand how Sales, Marketing, CS, and Channels actually work, not just in theory. You've been close enough to the commercial motion to know where strategies break down in execution.
• Influence Without Authority. You'll be transversal across six commercial fronts without direct authority over any of them. You need to earn trust through insight, consistency, and follow-through, not through hierarchy.
• Structured Communication. You can write a tight executive summary, run a business review with a C-suite, and adapt your communication for different audiences. Pyramid principle thinking is a plus.
• Skin in the Game. You care about the outcome, not the output. You'll be measured by revenue impact, not by the quality of your analyses or the polish of your presentations. If the strategy isn't working, you don't wait to be asked: you identify it, flag it, and propose what changes.
• Language. Fluent English is mandatory. You'll operate in a global context and interface regularly with Wellhub's international leadership and European market teams.

The WORK:

Ripple is growing its Global Compliance team and seeks to hire a Compliance Manager (AML/CTF Compliance Officer) in its Brazilian entity. The candidate will be passionate about leading and improving Ripple Brazil's compliance program. Additionally, the role will focus on operationalizing Ripple Brazil's digital currency exchange & payments activities, including working closely with the Regulatory Compliance team on local license initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Act as the designated AML/CTF Compliance Officer under the AML Law.
• Implement and develop the compliance programs in Brazil, ensuring the execution of effective and appropriate controls that reflect the business’ inherent risks and regulatory requirements.
• Develop policies, procedures (in both English and Portuguese), and risk assessments for new products and services, and work closely with Regulatory Compliance personnel to obtain local registrations and authorizations.
• Under the direction of the Head of Financial Crimes Compliance, build local compliance operations that align with local requirements and represent Ripple in front of the Central Bank of Brazil and COAF.
• Implement risk-based Know Your Customer (KYC), transaction monitoring, and watchlist screening.
• Support Global Compliance conducting KYC reviews of Group customers.
• Establish relationships with the local Responsible Managers as well as relevant internal teams (Product, Business Development, Sales, Engineering) to ensure that any financial crimes compliance queries are responded to in a timely manner and that such teams operate in accordance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Work with Global Compliance leadership to develop strategic plans and ensure the timely completion of critical initiatives and key goals.
• Prepare periodic reports to local Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and Ripple Group committees to create awareness of all relevant compliance matters.
• Coordinate, prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc regulatory reports to the Central Bank of Brazil and COAF.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 7+ years of AML/CTF and sanctions experience in a financial services firm regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil. 
• Experience with digital currency exchanges and payments compliance program management.
• Strong operational knowledge in building and running a sound compliance program, with hands-on knowledge and an understanding of regulatory requirements for payment institutions in Brazil.
• Ability to effectively present on AML/CTF and sanctions topics to internal and external parties. This includes senior management, regulatory bodies, auditors, and banking partners.
• Ability to provide practical, strategic and business-oriented advice.
• Proven track record to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; at ease communicating and presenting to senior management.
