About the Role
Step into the role of Principal Software Engineer and serve as a technical force multiplier for our engineering organization. In this high-leverage position, you will look beyond the immediate roadmap to define the architectural vision that will support Paperless Parts for years to come. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and AI-ready.
This role is a powerful catalyst for change and innovation. ABOUT THE JOB
This role is central to our People Data & Analytics team, where you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the robust data infrastructure that powers our strategic insights. You'll own the full data lifecycle, from ensuring accurate ingestion and integration of diverse HR data sources, to designing, developing, and optimizing data models and pipelines. What we’re looking for:
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to help us build and optimize tech solutions to accelerate our sustainable energy future. At Nexamp, you'll be part of an engineering squad focused on multiplying the efficiency of how we raise and deploy billions of dollars of capital into low-downtime solar power plants. You’ll be the front-end lead on the squad and will drive impact by writing quality code, steering projects from conception to completion, helping refine our processes, and guiding more junior team members. Compensation:
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $170,000 - $190,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our QualityOS team within Forge MES (Manufacturing Execution System). As a Staff Engineer, you will set the technical direction and architectural standards. You'll architect and implement mission-critical distributed systems that scale Anduril's manufacturing operations while maintaining the technical bar for reliability, performance, and maintainability.

The Platform Security Engineering (PSE) team builds security into Anduril's products from architecture through production. We work directly with business lines to design and implement security solutions tailored to their systems — then promote proven patterns into shared, composable platform services that the entire organization can use. Our mission is threefold: build security solutions for business lines, promote those solutions into the platform, and enable teams to build and operate securely on their own. We're looking for senior and staff-level software engineers to design and build security solutions across Anduril's product ecosystem. As an Account Executive (AE) on our Commercial Sales team, you will assist in Datadog’s overall business growth by strategically engaging and closing net-new customers across small to midsize markets. Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer's unique needs, and clearly convey the value of the Datadog product. AEs have the opportunity to grow their careers in Sales and continue contributing to Datadog team success.
