Summary:
As a Solution Architect at Paperless Parts, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers’ business needs and our product’s technical capabilities. You’ll partner closely with both our Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure customers receive solutions that are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with their strategic objectives.
In the pre-sales stage, you’ll work alongside Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to engage prospects in discovery, evaluate their manufacturing workflows, and scope tailored solutions. This includes identifying integration requirements (ERP, CRM), determining implementation complexity, and shaping Statements of Work and project plans that set realistic expectations.
Post-sale, you’ll be a resource to the implementation teams, providing context and guidance around our services engagements, ensuring a smooth path to go-live. You’ll act as the technical lead on large implementation projects, partnering with project managers, engineers, and customer stakeholders to deliver lasting value through platform adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of manufacturing process expertise, technical systems knowledge, and customer-facing collaboration.
This is a full-time position based in Boston, MA and requires on-site presence, with a hybrid schedule as needed.
Salary range: $110,000-$150,000
This role is also eligible for bonus.

You’ll brainstorm AI use cases and implement Appian’s AI tools by applying retrieval augment generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering and the latest generative models as a part of transforming how customers run their organization. You will also collaborate with client’s technical teams and business users as needed throughout the entire software and development life cycle and drive adoption by empowering clients to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own.

The base salary for this role is between $75,000-$125,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.

Role overview
The Corporate Strategy team is seeking a highly analytical, intellectually rigorous, and self-directed Principal Strategy Analyst to help shape the future direction of CarGurus.
This individual will operate as a senior individual contributor within Corporate Strategy, leading high-impact, enterprise-level strategic initiatives alongside Strategy team leadership and serving as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership. The Principal Strategy Analyst will work across functions to define complex business problems, develop structured recommendations, and translate strategic insights into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes. We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be engaging with our customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform. These applications help companies drive digital transformation and competitive differentiation. Your primary responsibility will be to work throughout the entire project life-cycle to define, design, develop and implement custom software and AI solutions using Appian’s platform for our commercial clients. This includes working within an agile environment to understand our client’s business processes and technical needs, launch new relational data models in production, and developing APIs to integrate with multiple systems. You’ll brainstorm AI use cases and implement Appian’s AI tools by applying retrieval augment generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering and the latest generative models as a part of transforming how customers run their organization. You will also collaborate with client’s technical teams and business users as needed throughout the entire software and development life cycle and drive adoption by empowering clients to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own.

The base salary for this role is between $100,000-$150,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.

As the technical lead for your portfolio, you'll proactively monitor API usage, resolve recurring issues, and manage escalations in close collaboration with our Engineering and Customer Success teams.
You’ll lead onboarding design, manage expectations, and deliver consistent value that boosts retention, growth, and satisfaction. In this strategic role, you’ll also explore new tech partnerships and integration opportunities that expand our ecosystem and unlock more value for our customers.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
Our global team of 15+ Technical Account Managers is spread across the world, including EMEA, US, and APAC. We always strive for a seamless client onboarding and bug-free integration, while balancing ever-changing clients' requests on a daily basis. Our team works closely with Customer Success Managers and the development team, enabling us to act as consultants to all parties involved in the client onboarding journey. Ultimately, handling expectations related to the integration of our platform is where we drive value for our clients & our company.

The estimated total compensation for this role is $100,000, though actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and location. The salary range is subject to change and may be adjusted at any time.
This is a remote role; however, you must be located within commuting distance of one of our US hubs: New York, Denver, or Boston.
