This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a professional to bridge the gap between Finance, Recruiting, and Business Operations. As the Workforce Insights Manager, you will serve as the primary advisor to the Director of Recruiting Operations on the feasibility, health and execution of our global hiring plan. You will move the organization from reactive headcount tracking to a predictive, data-driven model that ensures our recruiting capacity is always aligned with our business needs.
This role requires a blend of financial, recruiting and data analysis acumen, operational auditing and the ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven storytelling. You will help to ensure that hiring goals are backed by a realistic operational plan.
Strategic Reconciliations: Develop and own foundational recruiting forecast and capacity models. You will serve as the operational point of contact to FP&A analysts to ensure that hiring forecasts are aligned with Recruiting’s operational reality.
Predictive Forecasting: Lead the development of hiring forecasts. You will provide the Recruiting Leadership Team (RLT) with the data and insights needed to advise Business Unit leaders on when to activate roles, when to defer hiring and how to reallocate capacity.
Capacity Governance: Establish and maintain the standards for recruiting bandwidth. You will identify when business demand exceeds recruiter or interviewer capacity and provide the impact analysis used for trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive audits into the recruiting lifecycle. You will identify specific friction points; such as late-stage requirement changes, interviewer misalignment or funnel drop-offs and quantify their impact on total hiring velocity.
Productivity Modeling: Analyze activation dates and historical time-to-fill data to provide high-accuracy projections for start dates, enabling Finance to more accurately develop forecasts and resource allocation.
Operational Advisory: Act as an internal consultant on hiring efficiency and resource allocation. When data indicates a decline in productivity, you will diagnose the cause and propose specific structural or process improvements to restore velocity. You will lead the feasibility review for strategic hiring initiatives to advise the RLT on resource requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Participate in regular meetings with FP&A, HRBPs and Recruiting Leadership. By helping the Director of Recruiting Operations drive cross-functional workstreams, you will help ensure alignment on the hiring plan and allow Recruiting Leadership to focus on execution.
Strategic Influence: Use data to drive accountability across the business. You will be responsible for advising the Director of Recruiting Operations on hiring behaviors and roadblocks, ensuring they understand the downstream effects of talent decisions.

Mem Global is where Jewish young adults in their 20s and early 30s come to connect, explore, and create meaningful Jewish experiences with their peers. As the umbrella brand for our global suite of programs, Mem Global supports young adults as they bring Judaism to life through thousands of peer-driven gatherings across 25+ countries each year. We’re all about creating spaces where Jewish young adults can lead, embrace, learn, and build the kind of community that will build a strong and vibrant Jewish future for all of us.
In partnership with the One8 Foundation, Mem Global is launching an exciting new pilot program in two U.S. cities, designed to help young, unengaged Jewish adults connect with one another through exciting local experiences and curated social events. The idea is to meet young Jews (22-32 years old) where they are using low-pressure, fun-first social experiences that provide avenues for Jewish young adults to genuinely connect with peers and make new friends.
The program is informed by deep consumer research conducted with unengaged Jewish young adults across more than a dozen U.S. cities. This research revealed a clear and urgent unmet need: making friends as an adult is hard, and existing Jewish institutions are not seen as relevant, welcoming, or culturally resonant by the majority of this audience. We believe that the challenge of making friends as an adult is real — and that Jewish connection can be a powerful, often underutilized, accelerant for that. This program is a direct response to what we heard. We are on a mission to help young, unaffiliated Jewish or “Jew-ish” adults find community, friendship, meaning, and joy in Jewish spaces.
We are looking for a City Connector to bring the pilot to life on the ground in their city. You will be the face of the program in your city. You will design and run creative, social-first events and experiences for unengaged Jewish young adults who may not be actively seeking Jewish friends— but are open to it if it feels right. Think intimate group dinners at trendy local restaurants, group gatherings built around shared interests, and unique social experiences that make connection feel easy and natural. Over time, the goal is to build a thriving social club in your city: a diverse, recurring roster of events and experiences that young, Jew-ish adults genuinely want to be part of.
This role requires equal parts creativity, hustle, analytical thinking, and genuine warmth. If you are energized by building something new, love getting out there and meeting people, and care deeply about helping young Jews find their people — read on.
This role reports to the Associate Director, Social Innovation and Strategy.
What You'll Do:
The City Connector is a full-time, exempt, year-round position and requires weekday work hours to complete job requirements, plus occasional evenings and weekends, as needed to support programs and events. This role works either in our hub office in Washington, D.C., or remotely out of Austin Texas or San Francisco, California, and reports directly to the Associate Director, Social Innovation and Strategy.
In our U.S. Hub Offices, our team works a hybrid schedule where employees can choose to work remotely 2 days per week and collaborate in-person with coworkers the rest of the week, with Wednesday designated as a shared in-office day for connection and collaboration. Specific schedules may vary by location and role.
The starting salary range for this full-time exempt position is:
All voices are needed at Mem Global (please see our identity statements for more details). Every new member of the Mem Global team is an opportunity for us to introduce fresh perspectives, talent, and skills into both our professional team and our communities. We look for employees from diverse backgrounds, faiths, and life experiences to join our global team.
Mem Global is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type and provide equal employment opportunities to employees and applicants without regard to any characteristic protected under federal, state or local law (including the California Fair Employment and Housing Act). We consider all qualified applicants based on skills, experience, and alignment with our mission. Mem Global is committed to ensuring an accessible and inclusive hiring process. If you need an accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, please email Careers via (careers@memglobal.org). We will provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law and engage in a timely, good‑faith interactive process to identify effective solutions.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable Generative AI applications that enhance customer engagement, automate complex workflows, and unlock predictive insights.
You will serve as the technical authority on how Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, and Amazon Bedrock interact, ensuring our AI solutions are secure, scalable, and impactful. You will move beyond simple integrations to build robust "Bring Your Own Model" (BYOM) architectures.
AI Strategy & Architecture (40%)
Define the end-to-end architecture for Generative AI solutions, integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
Design "Bring Your Own Model" (BYOM) patterns, allowing Salesforce to securely access Foundational Models (FMs) hosted on AWS (e.g., Claude, Titan, Llama 2) via Bedrock.
Architect the data ingestion and grounding strategies (RAG - Retrieval Augmented Generation) to ensure AI models have access to real-time, unified customer profiles from Data Cloud.
Establish the governance framework for AI, ensuring compliance with the Einstein Trust Layer regarding data privacy, zero-data retention policies, and PII masking.
Implementation & Development (30%)
Lead the technical implementation of Model Builder and Prompt Builder within Salesforce, connecting them to external AWS endpoints.
Configure Amazon Bedrock agents and knowledge bases to execute complex tasks and retrieve proprietary data for Salesforce users.
Develop serverless middleware using AWS Lambda and API Gateway to facilitate low-latency communication between Salesforce Flow/Apex and AWS inference endpoints.
Oversee the fine-tuning of models on AWS SageMaker when out-of-the-box Bedrock models require domain-specific adaptation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
Partner with Data Engineers to ensure Salesforce Data Cloud is correctly ingesting, harmonizing, and activating data streams from S3, Redshift, and other sources.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to embed AI outputs directly into the flow of work (Service Console, Sales Cloud LWC, etc.).
Act as the subject matter expert for Product Managers, translating "AI buzzwords" into viable technical roadmaps and realistic deliverables.
Optimization & Innovation (10%)
Monitor LLM performance, latency, and token costs; implement caching strategies and model selection logic to optimize spend.
Stay ahead of the rapid evolution in the Salesforce/AWS partnership, evaluating new features like Zero Copy Data Sharing and Vector Databases.
Required Technical Skills:
AWS AI/ML Stack: Deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock is mandatory. Experience configuring Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Agents, and Guardrails. Proficiency with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and IAM for secure cross-cloud access.
Salesforce AI Stack: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein 1 Platform, and the setup of Model Builder/Prompt Builder.
Architecture: Experience designing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures and Vector Database integrations (e.g., OpenSearch Serverless or Pinecone).
Integration: Expert-level knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, OAuth flows, and named credentials for secure Salesforce-to-AWS connectivity.
Programming: Proficiency in Python (for AWS Lambda/Boto3) and familiarity with Apex (for Salesforce triggers/callouts).
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Data Science.
3+ years specifically focused on AI/ML solutioning or Data Engineering.
Proven track record of deploying at least one Generative AI solution into production (not just POCs).
Experience implementing "Zero Copy" architecture between Salesforce and Data Warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift) is a major plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional)
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or AI Associate
LLM Fluency: Deep understanding of context windows, prompt engineering techniques (Chain of Thought, ReAct), and embeddings.

The future of AI — whether in training or evaluation, classical ML or agentic workflows — starts with high-quality data.
At HumanSignal, we’re building the platform that powers the creation, curation, and evaluation of that data. From fine-tuning foundation models to validating agent behaviors in production, our tools are used by leading AI teams to ensure models are grounded in real-world signal, not noise.
Our open-source product, Label Studio, has become the de facto standard for labeling and evaluating data across modalities — from text and images to time series and agents-in-environments. With over 250,000 users and hundreds of millions of labeled samples, it’s the most widely adopted OSS solution for teams working on building AI systems.
Label Studio Enterprise builds on that traction with the security, collaboration, and scalability features needed to support mission-critical AI pipelines — powering everything from model training datasets to eval test sets to continuous feedback loops. We started before foundation models were mainstream, and we’re doubling down now that AI is eating the world. If you're excited to help leading AI teams build smarter, more accurate systems — we’d love to talk.
HumanSignal's customer base is growing exponentially, and you will be on the front lines of ensuring that these customers become passionate, lifelong partners. As a member of our Customer Engagement team, you'll be accountable for establishing deep customer relationships, driving revenue, hitting SLAs, and maintaining the quality standards that power breakthrough AI applications. You will work closely with HumanSignal's enterprise customers and frontier labs, driving end-to-end engagements from new projects and pilots, owning account execution, working cross-functionally to ensure our Label Studio platform and Data Creation Laboratory services are delivered consistently and on-time, and driving account growth.
You are the primary contact between HumanSignal and our customers, working with and advocating for data leaders and engineering/operations teams who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI. You have a strong interest in how purpose-built, human-created data can unlock novel AI capabilities. Your bias is towards finding not just one-off solutions, but repeatable and scalable ways to ensure we continually deliver excellence. You have a track record of managing customers to renewal, forecasting with precision, and supporting sales teams in driving expansion. And you are naturally empathetic and excel at building long-term relationships through diligent problem solving and thoughtful, strategic discussions. Within HumanSignal, you will work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Sales, and our Data Creation Laboratory teams as the primary customer operations advocate.
The blend of operations and customer management to drive our most important outcomes makes this a unique and exciting role at the heart of HumanSignal's mission to harness human intelligence to power the future of AI. The ideal candidate is customer-driven, analytical, empathetic, outcome-focused, and above all someone who drives and inspires results.
