What you’ll be doing
Ensuring efficient operations and being the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present at the store.
Solving issues in which the team needs help.
Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, office duties and well-being.
Collecting and forwarding feedback.
Proactively participating in developing store operations.
You have experience in leading a team (in a similar industry.)
You are proactive, serviceminded and a fast learner and have the ability to multitask.
You are able to work flexibly in all shifts during the day, evenings and weekends
You have professional working proficiency in English and German

The Sales & Service Manager role is a full-time role with a 40-hour workweek (5 days) consisting of 75% of those hours managing the retail floor and coaching and developing the team. We are hiring a Product Manager with strong monetization craft to run experimentation across both of our products
Your mission is clear: you help turn players into paying subscribers, and keep them, across Yousician and GuitarTuna.
You will run paywall, pricing, and offer experimentation end to end for both products. Hypothesis, brief, ship, readout, decision. You will maintain the live revenue forecast that ties every test back to the quarterly plan, and reconcile it monthly against what actually landed. Multiple tests run every week. Every one of them has a written brief and a clean readout.
This is a senior specialist role. You come in with a point of view on paywall mechanics, price point elasticity, trial length trade-offs, holdout discipline, and primary-metric selection. You will report to the Head of Revenue and work closely with them to translate monetization priorities into a concrete experimentation roadmap. You will work day to day with embedded engineers on both products, a test designer, and a data partner. You are a strong monetization specialist and a key thought partner on experimentation, pricing, paywalls, and offers.

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational integrity, safety, and overall experience at Soho House Berlin during late shifts and events. As the senior leader on site during these hours, the Duty Manager ensures that all departments are working in alignment, that members and guests receive a consistently high standard of service, and that any operational or behavioral issues are identified and resolved swiftly and professionally. The role demands a strong presence on the floor, the ability to make quick and sound decisions, and the emotional intelligence to defuse situations diplomatically. The Duty Manager must maintain professional distance while effectively guiding the team, ensuring adherence to house rules, standards, and safety protocols. With a focus on safety, discretion, and accountability, this role bridges front-line operations and senior management—acting as the House’s security during its most dynamic hours. The Duty Manager serves as the senior-most leader on site during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the hotel during off-peak hours.
