ABOUT THE ROLE
- Design & Brand Evolution
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Design and regional Design Managers to develop an on-brand aesthetic that harmonises Numa’s Brand aesthetic and the local neighborhood vibe.
- Support our Research & Development team on brand concept updates and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) innovations.
- Technical & Operational Excellence
- The Technical Gatekeeper: Review and approve construction documentation and specifications from external landlords, architects, and contractors. You ensure their work doesn't compromise our design intent.
- Tender Mastery: Prepare full tender sets for the project FFE scope—including layouts, technical drawings, and specifications.
- The Quality Benchmark: Partner with regional Project Managers and conduct site visits to ensure the physical product aligns perfectly with our design quality and vision.
- Commercial Collaboration
- Budget Stewardship: Align closely with the Procurement team to ensure your design proposals and FFE specs meet budget targets without losing their "wow" factor.
- Strategic Programming: Work with Real Estate, Revenue, and Operations teams at the start of a project to develop space programs tailored to each specific market.
ABOUT YOU
- The Hospitality Expert: 8+ years of experience in Interior Design/Architecture, with a strong background in hospitality or multi-unit residential projects.
- The Revit Pro: Proficiency in Revit and Enscape is a must. You are comfortable building technical sets and navigating BIM workflows.
- The German Connection: You speak and write German fluently. This is essential for reviewing legal construction documentation and communicating with local partners.
- The Agile Leader: You have experience mentoring junior team members and a "can-do" attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Das Building Systems Team entwickelt das GROPYUS-Bausystem und ermöglicht die Projektumsetzung, indem es physische und digitale Produkte sowie Prozesse miteinander verbindet.
Das Architecture & Interior Design Team innerhalb des BST besteht aus Architekt:innen, Interior Designer:innen sowie Expert:innen für BIM und parametrisches Design. Als Teil dieses Teams bist du in die Produktentwicklung, die Wertschöpfungskette und die Entwicklungsprozesse von Bauprojekten eingebunden - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Teams im BST (Production Data, Integrated Engineering und Building Technologies) sowie mit weiteren Abteilungen bei Gropyus.
Über die Position
- Projektentwicklung in der Leistungsphase LP5 (Detailplanung)
- Umsetzung modernster architektonischer und technischer Lösungen in unserem Holzwohnungsbauprodukt
- Kontinuierliche und kontrollierte Weiterentwicklung des Produkts im Rahmen des Serien- und Änderungsmanagements
- Koordination mit Fachdisziplinen wie Engineering, TGA, Bauphysik, Akustik, Brandschutz und Energiedesign
- Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung unserer digitalen Wertschöpfungskette in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produkt- und Technologie-Teams
- Gestaltung unter Berücksichtigung von Nutzerzentrierung, DfMA, Nachhaltigkeit und Kosten
Über dich
- Projekterfahrung in der Leistungsphase LP5 in Deutschland (mind. 3 Jahre)
- Erfahrung im Wohnungsbau der Gebäudeklassen 4 und/oder 5
- Kenntnisse der relevanten deutschen Vorschriften und Normen
- Erfahrung im Holzbau
- Erfahrung mit Revit
- Erfahrung mit AutoCAD; Kenntnisse in Rhino sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
