World of Tanks: HEAT is a cross-platform (PC and consoles) tank MMO shooter currently in development. We're building on the legacy of one of the most successful free-to-play games while creating something fresh for a new generation of players.
About the Team
Our teams own and develop core gameplay systems that define the player’s experience in battle, including hero abilities, agent creation, combat mechanics, and game modes. We build the systems that make moment-to-moment gameplay engaging, responsive, and strategically deep. From designing unique hero kits to implementing new gameplay loops and modes, we shape how players interact with the game at its core.
A team consists of game mode and hero designers, UX designers, C++ and UI developers, and QAs, working together to deliver cohesive gameplay experiences. We collaborate closely with art teams — including VFX, SFX, 2D Art and 3D modeling — to bring mechanics and abilities to life with strong visual and audio feedback. We hold ourselves to a high technical bar and care deeply about both craft and delivery.
As we grow, we need more support on the managerial side. You'll join an existing Delivery Manager who will support your onboarding and partner with you as we scale.
The Role

Wargaming is looking for a proactive, excited and determined Senior Game Data Analyst to strengthen the World of Tanks product analytics team.
We collect all kinds of information about the player behavior and the events in the ‘WoT universe’: from economic, financial and detailed combat data to the precise coordinates of each shot and tank movement, interface telemetry and many others. All of them are routed to a singular database and are available for analysis 24/7.
You will be working with the WoT Product Team responsible for decision-making process, with the Data Warehouse team responsible for data storage, reports system and our infrastructure, as well as 60 analytics all over the world united under Wargaming Global Analyst Network.
Helping deliver important analytical insights to managers and other product teams necessary for decision making
Use quantitative analysis to understand how the game is played and identify impact and growth opportunities
Participating in analytical maintenance for features, game events and modes throughout all development and release stages:
Pre-Production Analytics: modeling likely outcomes and risks from implementing new features, game modes and events into the game; predict the future events, product KPIs and metrics providing analysis of their full development cycle (from concept to release)
Production Analytics: developing and preparing analytical reports, metrics and methodologies for evaluating features, game modes and events in operation; looking for anomalies and insights that help increase effectiveness of the product and its parts
Operation Analytics: creating and supporting analytical tools and interfaces (dashboards) for rapid updates on the status of the product and its subsystems delivered to the management and the responsible teams
Gather and formulate requirements, conduct analytical research from producers, PMs, UX/UI and game designers, developers, QA and artists
Presenting the research results and filling the product analytics knowledge base to share with other teams

Wargaming invites a 2D Character Art Lead to join the team of World of Warships projects. We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate professional who will be responsible for delivering high-quality character art in line with the artistic vision defined by Art Directors.
In this role, you will act as a key expert in character art, influencing visual quality across the team, supporting artists with feedback, and ensuring consistency of delivered assets. While production processes and task management are handled by the team Supervisor, you will play a critical role in reviewing, guiding, and approving character art from both in-house and outsource teams.
The 2D Art Team for World of Warships Franchise creates visual assets for in-game, marketing, and corporate use. This is a great opportunity to shape the quality bar of character art, collaborate with a strong team, and elevate the overall visual level of the product.
2D Art Manager
Create high-quality character art (portraits and concepts) in realistic and semi-realistic styles
Own the overall quality of 2D character art across the product
Review and approve character art from in-house and outsource teams
Provide clear, actionable feedback to artists and influence team output
Develop and maintain character art guidelines and quality standards
Collaborate closely with Art Directors to ensure alignment with the artistic vision
Work alongside the Supervisor, contributing through art expertise (quality evaluation and feedback)
Support and mentor team members, helping to grow their artistic level
3+ years of relevant experience, and at least 1 year of experience giving feedback
Strong and relevant portfolio in character art with examples of work in realistic and semi‑realistic styles
Excellent drawing skills in Adobe Photoshop
Deep understanding of human anatomy and art fundamentals (values, proportions, composition, lighting, color, perspective)
Proven ability to maintain and guide art style consistency
Experience in providing constructive feedback and art review
Genuine passion for character art and a strong desire to develop it further
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Intermediate English (B2) or higher
Experience in leading or mentoring artists
Experience working with outsource teams
Knowledge of matte painting techniques
Art Degree or strong traditional art background
Experience with 3D tools (ZBrush, Maya, Blender)
Practical knowledge and application of AI tools in art production

✅Key responsibilities:
✔️ Manage Product Backlog Formulating the list of backlog items and prioritising them as per the critical business objectives;
✔️ Define Sprint Objectives The product owner defines the suggested sprint objective which will serve as a base to determine the sprint goal;
✔️Review and approve the work done by the development team: The product owner inspects the product increment made by the development team in each iteration, from design preparation to production release verification;
✔️ Provide effective communication to the stakeholders of the project: The Product Owner is the central communicator between the development team and the stakeholders;
They need to be clear and concise communicators to ensure there is approval of the stakeholders for all major decisions and strategies;
✔️ Backlog Refinement: Ability to prioritise, enhance, and finalise the items with the team before the sprint planning;
✔️ Create and Maintain Change Requests Associated with the Product: Predominantly an Operational task. The Product Owner will gather and prioritise operational changes and include them within the Product Backlog for future sprint iteration;
✔️ Define Acceptance Criteria for their Product: The Product Owner must know what they want their product features to achieve.Having strongly defined acceptance criteria is vital to ensure

✔️ Create and Maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases. Although the creation of these artefacts may be done by another team the Product Owner holds accountability for the quality of their content;

✔️ Experience:
At least 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst).
✔️ Skills Requirements:
To execute tasks, technical understanding is required in the following areas:

- Product development architecture
- API integrations
- Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- User experience principles
- Coding and designing (nice to have)
✔️ Communication Skills (Proficient in English)
