Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.
We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and fast. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount.
Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week.

We are seeking a Research Manager to lead the day-to-day production of fDi Benchmark and oversee data collection for fDi Rankings. This role sits within the Economics, Analysis & Insights team and is central to maintaining the integrity, quality and development of our flagship data products.
You will manage a team of researchers, ensure the accuracy and consistency of large datasets, and collaborate closely with editorial, product, and development teams. This is a hands-on role combining people leadership, data management, and analytical oversight.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Level 3 Technician to join our growing team at Charles Hurst Citroen in Belfast. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to continue developing their technical skills. You’ll be supported by our Franchise Aftersales Manager, Wallace Mcfall , and benefit from ongoing training, including manufacturer‑accredited programmes and Hybrid & Electric vehicle training to help you progress your career. Our technicians play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we want you to be part of our continued success. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to Peugeot standards
Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical and electrical faults
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and right first time
Prepare and quality‑check vehicles prior to customer handover
Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent
Strong mechanical skills
Confident using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
A proactive approach to learning and development
Full, clean driving licence
