- 对中国企业出海传播需求有深刻的洞察和了解；能够制定并执行企业出海战略下的公关与品牌传播方案，深度分析目标市场文化、政策及媒体环境，为客户提供全球化公关策略建议，熟悉科技、新能源、跨境电商等行业的出海业务模式及对应的公关策略。
- 优秀的策略和提案能力，有效组织项目提案与管理。
- 有效的组织及协调能力，市场传播策划能力及现场控制能力。
- 优秀的人际沟通能力、客户沟通技巧以及丰富的团队管理经验。

Position: Senior Account Manager
With a history of over 70 years, PR Newswire has been operating in mainland China for more than 20 years, assisting over 2,000 Chinese companies with global press releases. To better support our clients in their global communication, we are seeking an Account Director with experience of global PR strategies and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with professional outbound and global PR strategies, building and maintaining healthy and trusting client relationships.
- Responsible for the development and proposal marking of new clients for long-term and project-based engagements.
- Responsible for team building and management, ensuring high standards of client service.
- Cultivate and establish relationships with new and existing clients, identify client needs, promote long-term cooperation, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-departmental teams for different projects, optimize internal collaboration processes, ensure efficient project implementation, coordinate global suppliers and partners, manage budgets, and oversee execution effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Over 6 years of experience in PR and advertising industry, with experience in serving Chinese enterprises' outbound PR communications, or working in the internal PR departments of outbound Chinese enterprises.
- Deep insight and understanding of the communication needs of Chinese enterprises going abroad; capable of formulating and executing public relations and brand communication plans based on the outbound strategy, conducting in-depth analysis of target market culture, policies, and media environments to provide clients with global PR strategies; familiar with outbound business models and corresponding PR strategies in industries such as technology, new energy, and cross-border e-commerce.
- Excellent strategic and proposal capabilities, with effective project proposal and management organization skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational and coordination abilities, market communication planning skills, and on-site control capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, client communication techniques, and extensive team management experience.
- Strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Possess strong client management and content development skills, media and influencer relations, team management, and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with rich experience in the commercial aspects of client management.
Language requirements: English, Mandarin.

Brand & Communications Manager - GCR

Are you a creative and driven public relations and digital communications marketer with a knack for landing major media hits and managing strategic communications and PR programs? Do you think BIG and are you passionate about mobile and marketing technology, with a desire to boost brand awareness, amplify the voice and enhance the position of a leading company that’s transforming an industry?
We’re looking for a Brand & Communications manager with B2B experience -- preferably in the mobile or tech field -- to help drive traditional/ digital communications across a diverse range of verticals and markets throughout GCR. The ideal candidate has a hunger for creating compelling stories and ideas that garner attention from key industry and mainstream media, online communities, influencers, analysts and additional stakeholders. He or she thrives in a dynamic environment, is creative, data-driven, and an independent self-starter -- while knowing how to lead a team and agencies to orchestrate initiatives between regional and global marketing teams and their goals. This role will report directly to Sr. Director of Marketing, GCR.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement fully integrated branding/communications plans in numerous markets across GCR – from strategy to tactics to execution
- Identify, leverage and prioritize opportunities to provide value that garners exposure in business, technology, marketing, advertising and mobile industries – and beyond
- Articulate and scale AppsFlyer’s thought leadership, defining topics for engagement through bylines, speaking opportunities, rapid-response, media interviews, announcements, events, awards, white papers, digital interactions, co-marketing initiatives and more
- Play a central role in the company’s content creation using data; this includes China-specific blog posts, presentations, guides, data studies, white papers, videos, infographics, webinars, and press bylines. This also includes developing outlines, briefs, and ideas into effective, well-researched content pieces that make an impact
- Manage agencies and POCs throughout GCR, ensuring positioning and messages are conveyed effectively and consistently across various markets and channels, while constantly measuring results and optimizing for success
- Cultivate relationships with partners, customers and 3rd parties in order to leverage joint PR/marketing efforts and grow the AppsFlyer community base
- Partner across the organization to employ communication strategies that align with key regional and global objectives (product launches, educational content & research reports on industry topics, conveying customer success stories, etc.) and strengthen the company’s overall narrative while maximizing impact on the AppsFlyer brand and business
What you have:
- 5+ years experience creating and executing integrated PR / communications strategy & plans across regional markets for a high-tech or international company
- Excellent communication skill with growth mindset, good at managing stakeholders from different aspects and multitasking in a high-pace environment
- Track record of prominent press placements, existing relationships with top technology, business and industry trade reporters, savvy at both media and influencer relations (traditional, social, digital)
- Exceptional skills in writing, editing,with an ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights; as well as exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong story development skills, with an eye for detail and ability to drive stories with compelling visuals and messaging, providing spokesperson support
- Knowledge and interest in the worlds of tech, mobile, and digital marketing; Understanding of market trends and how to turn data into compelling stories, messages and campaigns
- Expertise managing agencies and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive terrific results, ensuring messages are conveyed effectively and consistently across channels
- Native Chinese speaker and advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
