We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be dedicated entirely to creator and influencer invoicing - managing the end-to-end invoice lifecycle from receipt through payment processing. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all creator billing matters, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant with Statements of Work (SOWs), and processed through HubSpot in a timely manner. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting smooth operations across campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Receipt: Request and receive invoices from influencers, creators, and their agents/managers
- Payment Verification: Confirm the correct payment amount and finance point-of-contact (POC) email for each invoice
- SOW Review: Review every invoice against the corresponding fully executed SOW for accuracy, including deliverable descriptions, rates, and payment terms
- HubSpot Ticket Submission: Submit a billing ticket in the associated HubSpot Deal for each campaign invoice, ensuring all required attachments are included
- Payment Tracking: Monitor payment status for all submitted invoices and follow up on overdue accounts
- Creator Communication: Serve as the primary billing contact for creators, agents, and internal campaign teams, responding to invoicing inquiries and resolving disputes professionally
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Maintain accurate billing records and update creator account information in HubSpot and internal systems
- Reporting: Generate and analyze invoicing and accounts receivable reports for management review
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or a related role, ideally in a marketing, agency, or creator economy environment.
- Proficiency with billing systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing platforms is a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of invoices daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Jr. Product Success Manager to join our dedicated Client team. This role is focused exclusively on supporting the client accounts, working closely with both internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful product experience.
As a Jr. Product Success Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction, driving adoption, surfacing insights, and supporting the broader success strategy for each client. You’ll report directly to the Sr. Manager of Product Success and contribute to the execution of account-specific initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day relationship management and operational success of assigned accounts and respective deals.
- Assist in onboarding and training Client stakeholders (internal and external teams) on product features and updates.
- Monitor product adoption and usage, proactively identifying opportunities for increased engagement.
- Collect, organize, and report on user feedback, product issues, and enhancement requests from Clients (internal and external teams).
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Data teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations for Client-specific initiatives.
- Help track success metrics and KPIs tied to client’s product use and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends relevant to Client’s goals.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in product success, customer success, or related client-facing role (SaaS or tech environment preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a high-profile client.
- Experience with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Job Summary:
As a Product Support Specialist you will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy and providing support to our Partners through data management. This role requires meticulous data entry skills through attention to detail, client service proficiency, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring data integrity.
Availability: Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends (Monday–Sunday).
Shift Length: Shifts range from 4–8 hours and are scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data in accordance with established policies & procedures.
- Verify data accuracy and consistency by cross-referencing it with source documents.
- Assist in resolving data discrepancies and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with your team to enhance data management processes and efficiency.
- Maintain and organize databases for easy access and retrieval of critical information.
- Stay up-to-date on product features and changes, and develop a deep understanding of our product and its capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to resolve more complex customer issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or related fields, ideally in a SaaS or a technology company

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. This role focuses on accounts payable processing, accounts receivable support, fixed asset accounting processes, and monthly reconciliations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with high transaction volumes, and able to support recurring financial tasks while assisting the broader finance team as needed.
** This is a 1 year contract
What You'll Do Here:
- Post daily bank receipts and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
- Provide accounts receivable support, including assisting with transaction reviews and resolving posting discrepancies.
- Post vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and documentation.
- Create and maintain vendor records in the accounting and payment system.
- Monitor the AP inbox, and respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly pay runs, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and payment details are accurate.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for fixed assets, intangible assets, and prepaid expense accounts.
- Prepare reconciliations for designated bank accounts to ensure alignment between bank statements and internal financial records.
- Support efficient credit card processing by reviewing documentation, verifying transactions, and posting entries accurately to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist the Finance team with additional ad-hoc accounting and operational tasks as required.
What You'll Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in full cycle accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems preferred, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volumes.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

As the Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing social-first strategies and pitch materials for prospective Talent and Celebrities. What You'll Do Here:
- Assist in discovering and signing influencers who are looking for business management
