As an Implementation Specialist here’s what you will be responsible for:

• Technical Implementation: You will support the Go-to-market organization with account configuration and customizations, helping ensure a smooth onboarding and set up
• Integrations & Migrations: You will facilitate the integration and migration of Property Management Systems (PMS) with Beyond, ensuring the process is seamless for customers
• Product Integration & Readiness: You will contribute to go-to-market validation frameworks, ensuring new integrations are launch-ready, meet customer expectations, and are properly documented
• Documentation: You will create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation on technical, product, and go-to-market processes to support both internal teams and customers
• Product Expertise: You will develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Beyond’s products, integrations, features, and pricing algorithm in order to provide expert guidance and documentation
• Troubleshooting & Support: You will address and resolve technical or integration-related inquiries, collaborating with Product and Support as needed
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with Product Integration, Onboarding, Customer Success and Support teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience

• Fluent in English 
• A solid understanding of implementation best practices

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based SaaS solutions

The Challenge 

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative Product Organization. Principal Product Managers will organize, define, prioritize and lead the execution of a complex product roadmaps, usually responsible for more than one product in the product line. Principal Product Managers are key members in aligning solution designs into new platform services and identifying new product opportunities to drive new business growth

Your Experience Includes: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or business field
• 12–16 years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience managing product roadmaps and documenting goals and themes for multiple products in a product pipeline
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Experience planning for end‑of‑life (EOL) of products and leading EOL processes across stakeholders
• Experience contributing to technical debt planning and automation backlogs
• Strong knowledge of platforms and integrations
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to know when to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

What You’ll Do

Support the APAC Marketing team by improving operational processes and ensuring effective marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Process Optimization: Design, document, and implement end-to-end marketing workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure world-class operational efficiency and effectiveness across the APAC region.
