THE ROLE

Build & Maintain Reusable Content

• Own writing of defined technical, operational and financial value levers for Pure solutions.

• Consume and adapt existing Pure content (case studies, product documentation, analyst endorsements, services materials) for structured proposal use.

• Ability to confidently engage technical SMEs and interpret architectural and operational concepts.

This role involves bolstering our documentation across all products with a focus on utilising GenAI in the writing workflow. Applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to use common AI platforms to boost their productivity while remaining responsible for documentation quality. This role has a focus on a developer skillset who can use their expertise to direct tools to create better documentation and then verify the output.
