The group practice offers leading-edge technologies—including CyberKnife, Novalis TrueBeam STx with ExacTrac, HDR brachytherapy, Tomotherapy and theranostics—to provide precise, non-invasive treatments tailored to each patient’s cancer and goals.

What You’ll Do
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify potential dentists and practices that align with our target market
Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of prospective clients
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including referrals, industry events, and online research
Demos (Lunch and Learns)
Organize and conduct informative and engaging lunch and learn sessions for prospective dental practices
Present the benefits and advantages of our clear aligner solutions, highlighting their clinical and financial value
Address questions, concerns, and objections effectively during the presentation
Provide comprehensive and tailored information to showcase how our products can enhance their practice's orthodontic offerings
Client Acquisition and Onboarding
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective approaches for converting leads into signed clients
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration for new clients
Assist practice staff in understanding product features, pricing, and contractual terms
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful integration of our clear aligner solutions into the client's practice

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact

The base salary for this role is $100,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other perks. The Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nurse who will work per diem and has experience across multiple therapeutic areas with the ability to work independently and integrate well with the Nursing Solutions Group. With interest/expertise in Science 37’s decentralized model of care delivery, the Mobile Research Nurse will perform delivery of care to participants as well as collaborate with brick and mortar sites, if indicated, for shared clinical trial implementation. About the role:
We are constantly building our talent pipeline and welcome conversations with physicians for both current openings and future roles as Tia grows. We’re looking to connect with physicians passionate about providing comprehensive primary care to women for Tia’s Arizona area clinic. We are interested in connecting with part time and full time interested providers.
As a Physician (MD/DO) at Tia you’ll be integral to the excellent care we provide. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women including: preventative care, holistic primary care and acute and chronic disease management and your desire to teach and collaborate plays an integral part of our clinical team. Board certification or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred but we will consider other relevant specialties.
