• Ensure schedule templates, workflows (e.g., Procore), and data across platforms are standardized, accurate, and aligned with SOPs and KPIs. 
• Perform critical path analysis, identify risks, and provide reports and recommendations to optimize timelines and improve delivery outcomes. 
• Identify inefficiencies and process gaps and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scheduling practices, processes, and execution.

What you’ll bring: 

• 7+ years of relevant experience across project execution and data optimization in construction management. 
• Prior experience in a renewables industry is preferred.

As Commercial Counsel at xAI, you'll provide legal support for the development of data centers by executing on some of the world’s largest and most interesting physical infrastructure transactions. You will tackle complex agreements, bring creative ideas and solutions to key business initiatives and streamline processes in a ludicrously fast-paced environment.  Expect to dive into strategic negotiations, balance legal, business and engineering priorities, and support xAI’s mission to advance AI-driven human scientific discovery.  This job will have global impact but will be  based in Palo Alto, California or Austin, Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead negotiation and structuring of data center development deals, real estate transactions, capital equipment purchases, hardware and raw material procurement and much much more.
• Negotiate and manage power-related contracts: interconnection agreements, electricity service agreements, solar project deployments, sustainable storage system transactions, power purchase agreements (PPAs), behind-the-meter generation structures, gas supply / transport, water rights, and ERCOT/regulatory matters critical to hyperscale data center deployments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, engineering services for design-build, and related project documents for facilities involving insane amounts of power, absurd cooling systems, and advanced cabling and fiber get-ups, all in support of the world’s largest integrated GPU clusters .
• Support financing structures, tax incentives, complex lease arrangements, permitting activities, easement and land use transactions, and project finance elements that enable multi-billion-dollar-scale infrastructure investments.
• Partner closely with engineering, procurement, business development, and finance teams to align legal terms with technical and commercial requirements .
• Coordinate effectively with specialized outside counsel on complex matters while maintaining in-house strategic oversight and risk judgment.

ICON is looking to add a Senior Architect I to the Design Build team. As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team, you will design, evaluate, and deliver world-class high-performance buildings using ICON’s technology set. As an ICONic, you will be a leader and direct contributor to the development of entirely novel approaches to high-performance buildings and you will have the opportunity to work with your team to advance humankind’s ability to provide dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter to the world. This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX campus and will report to the Senior Director of Building Design.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the development of ICON’s concrete 3D-printed (C3DP) wall system to maximize human comfort, safety, experience, and sustainability
• Lead project teams in the development and coordination of comprehensive drawing packages across all design stages, ensuring adherence to ICON’s architectural standards, client requirements, and project timelines
• Produce drawings and diagrams to ensure that the design intent established during concept development is maintained through subsequent phases of design and construction
• Develop construction documents, wall assembly drawings, and building envelope details, with a focus on window and door systems, waterproofing, and weatherization
• Develop construction diagrams to effectively communicate construction sequencing for successful integration of building envelope components and building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) in the field
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and building & material science departments to determine best practices for achieving effective weatherization, resilient design, and high thermal performance of the printed wall system
• Assist in the experimentation of innovative wall profiles and configurations for future application in projects
• Review consultant drawings and details to ensure a successful interface between the  3D-printed walls and any non-printed element of the building
• Coordinate with software engineers, print technicians, and construction operations to ensure successful implementation of wall construction in the field

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience in complex, multi-disciplinary design projects
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Google and Adobe Suites
• Experience coordinating all phases of design (schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration) with all disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Experience producing and organizing construction documents for complex projects, with an emphasis on integrating building systems
• Strong experience in Construction Administration, including RFI and submittal review, and other general construction-related correspondence
• Working knowledge of the International Residential (IRC) and Building (IBC) codes, ADA guidelines, Fair Housing Act (FHA), principles of concrete design & construction, construction specifications, and test methods and standards associated with the testing of building envelope systems (AAMA/ASTM)
• Desire to work with a highly collaborative team, on a quickly evolving product, and in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Interest in sustainable design, curiosity for novel architectural technologies, and desire to perfect the craft of construction

This person will join and support an extremely experienced team with the main objective of driving additional pipeline growth and project successes in both utility scale solar and energy storage Experience with capacity markets, ancillary services value, energy arbitrage, and other energy storage-driven products, customer negotiations, comfort and experience with being the face of the company at customer meetings with an enthusiasm and drive to build customer solutions, a deep knowledge of grid analysis and technical energy storage expertise is a must. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support and grow strategic relationships with investor‑owned utilities, electric cooperatives, hypescalers, power traders, and municipal utilities, positioning the company as a long‑term partner for grid‑scale solar and energy storage solutions.
• Support battery storage commercial execution across a multi‑state territory, with accountability for market entry, deal flow, and customer development.
• Drive revenue by originating and supporting RFP responses and bilateral transactions for solar‑plus‑storage, surplus storage, and standalone BESS projects—from initial engagement through commercial alignment and Capacity Agreement/Toll negotiations.

The Insurance Risk Manager acts as internal subject matter expert and will provide solutions to grow the business to include analyzing insurance needs by identifying risk exposures and analyzing and classifying risks to provide optimum coverage, costs and claim settlements. The ideal candidate will be someone with commercial risk and insurance experience, with a solid background and foundation in the fundamentals of commercial property & casualty insurance and construction insurance; with renewable energy industry experience being a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of a clear risk philosophy balancing the necessary coverage required to meet the company’s needs with overall cost effectiveness and risk appetite.

• Prior experience in business development, finance, sales, or related fields is a plus.
