Team Description:
The Surgery & Robotics Hardware Team is looking for Electrical Engineers who want to advance the future of healthcare solutions with technology. At Neuralink we recognize that increasing healthcare costs, lack of access, and insufficient numbers of neurosurgeons globally require new approaches to enable greater access to our devices. To address these challenges we design fully autonomous robotics systems, human assistive surgical tools, and design entire surgical suites in order to provide better experiences for our customers.
Our team works on our surgical robot system which aims to fully automate the implantation of the Neuralink implant. We design and integrate multi-axis robotic arms, perception systems including custom imaging hardware, optical coherence tomography tissue imaging, power electronics, and safety systems such as 3D spatial mapping/object avoidance sensors. Robotics is part of a larger system of tools we work on. For example, using pre-op MRI scans we generate patient anatomy data that we later use in surgery to register precise surgery site locations.
In addition to research and development of modern surgical technology, we also are responsible for bringing these technologies to market. We perform full lifecycle testing for all devices we design and ultimately manufacture them for use in human surgeries. To date, our designs have served over 20 individuals, and in the coming years our designs will serve thousands of individuals who wish to use our implant technology.

Why Work at Karbon?
As we hire across various locations within the USA we are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as physical location/cost of living in that location, years of experience, skills, and other business needs.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, for some roles very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits. While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission, purpose and values are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are!
Karbon embraces diversity and inclusion, aligning with our values as a business. Research has shown that women and underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single criteria. If you've made it this far in the job description but your past experience doesn't perfectly align, we do encourage you to still apply. You could still be the right person for the role!
We recruit and reward people based on capability and performance. We don’t discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lifestyle, age, educational background, national origin, religion, physical or cognitive ability, and other diversity dimensions that may hinder inclusion in the organization.
Generally, if you are a good person, we want to talk to you. 😛
If there are any adjustments or accommodations that we can make to assist you during the recruitment process, and your journey at Karbon, contact us at people.support@karbonhq.com for a confidential discussion.

Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.
As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.
This is a remote role supporting a central region.
Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work.
You're a builder, not a maintainer.
You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Senior Customer Engineers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work.
You're AI-curious - genuinely.
You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.
Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech.
Pendo Core Values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus.
Location: Remote
Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.
Benefits: Pendo offers highly competitive United States benefits, including employer-heavy coverage with $0 premium options, strong 401(k) match, equity, and flexible time off.
EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
Accessibility: Pendo is committed to working with, and providing access and reasonable accommodation to, applicants with mental and/or physical disabilities. If you think you may require an accommodation for any part of the recruitment process, please send a request to: accommodation@pendo.io. All requests for accommodations are treated discreetly and confidentially, as practical and permitted by law.

Apply to PendoAt Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.
We are hiring an entrepreneurial Engineering Manager to lead Qualia's Application Security team. This is a builder's role. You won't just run a team - you'll redesign how a modern AppSec function operates when AI can do the first pass on nearly everything we used to do by hand.
The team today owns secure design reviews, vulnerability triage, internal penetration testing, incident response support, and security tooling across a JavaScript/NodeJS and Kubernetes stack. Your mandate is to scale that surface area vertically - growing output and coverage per engineer - by making AI-assisted workflows the default. That means automated pen testing pipelines, AI-driven triage of findings from SAST/DAST/SCA, agentic review of engineering proposals and design docs, and continuous red-teaming exercises that test both our systems and our assumptions.
You'll partner closely with Platform, Infra, and product engineering leaders to embed security earlier in the development lifecycle, and you'll be the team's voice when we set the security vision for the next two years - including anomaly detection across production traffic, model-driven threat hunting, and how we defend against (and responsibly use) AI-enabled attackers.
Securing that platform - the money, the identities, and the documents flowing through it - is what the Application Security team does every day. We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team into its next chapter: one where AI is a force multiplier for every part of our security program.

Qualia is made up of incredibly bright, mission-driven coworkers who are passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems---and we're growing quickly. In order to continue building an engaging and dynamic organization, we're committed to giving everyone the support they need to do great work.

You'll partner daily with product engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams, and you'll work closely alongside our existing AppSec engineers - raising the technical bar of the team while staying deeply hands-on with code, tooling, and adversarial testing. The team partners with Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, and cross-functional partners to acquire new enterprise customers and grow Pendo’s footprint across LATAM markets excluding Brazil.
The Sr. Account Executive (LATAM) will lead end-to-end enterprise software sales cycles across Latin America, from self-led prospecting and lead generation through demo, proof of concept, negotiation, and close.
