The primary responsibility of the role is to facilitate the development of multiple Scrum teams as well as improve their ways of working and agile mindset. The Agile Delivery Lead facilitates agile events, removes impediments, provides coaching to team members and ensures timely and accurate delivery of the roadmap items.

• Guide one or more Scrum teams;
• Monitor the delivery flow of teams and ensure timely and accurate execution of the roadmap items, while maintaining inter-team alignment;
• Promote Scrum / Agile principles in the Scrum teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements;
• Coach Product Owners, team members and business leaders;
• Participate and share knowledge in the Chapter as well as promote best practices;
• Remove impediments and distractions to optimize teams’ performance;
• Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile values and apply Scrum;
• Capture and report team performance metrics.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will serve as a coach and advocate for Agile principles, ensuring smooth collaboration between product owners, developers, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support one or more cross-functional Agile teams in delivering software solutions on time and with high quality.
• Identify and remove impediments that slow down team progress.
• Foster continuous improvement and help teams adopt Agile best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.
• Track and report team performance metrics to ensure transparency and alignment.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in software development environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams in Agile principles and improve delivery performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on results.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
