We are looking for both full-time and part-time Support Associates to join our Support team in Astana!
All our Support Associates work directly from our office, and we do not provide a possibility to work from home.
Our onboarding is scheduled for 13-22 o’clock for the first week, and we require that you're able to attend the onboarding fully during that time. After the onboarding you can choose your own convenient work schedule.

With outstanding customer care, our Support teams are the glue that keeps the Wolt marketplace running smoothly. We ensure seamless interactions between customers, merchant partners, and courier partners every single day.
As a Support Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of our local support operations, lead by example, and empower your team to deliver consistently high-quality service. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and continuously improving how we support our partners across the country.

As we are growing rapidly, we are recruiting an Merchant Service Associate to support our merchant partners and ensure the best possible partnership along their journey with Wolt. As a Merchant Service Associate, you will act as a key communicator between our operations team and merchant partners in order to ensure optimal success. As well as defining and shaping our Merchant support to take it to new heights. The role is based in Astana.

Are you a talented account manager with 1-3 years of experience (ideally around 2 years) and a genuine passion for building thriving retail partnerships and driving sustainable growth? Do you get energized by the challenge of unlocking untapped potential within your portfolio and watching retail stores flourish under your stewardship? If this resonates with you, then we have an incredible opportunity waiting for you!
As the ideal candidate, you will be an ambitious and strategic account specialist at a pivotal point in your career, driven by exceeding your revenue targets and constantly seeking ways to elevate your partners' performance. Your ability to build genuine relationships with retail owners will be your superpower—you're the person who understands that great partnerships are built on trust, service excellence, and shared success.
You must also be a team player and willing to chip in with tasks outside of the day-to-day - it's important that we keep the 'hands on' ethos that has made our team what it is!
