The primary function of the Human Resource Administrator is to support the NXG People department in driving the operations, administration, culture, and values to our growing workforce. The HR Administrator role will focus heavily on executing on the various administrative tasks within the department as well as answering questions from across the company to help support the workforce. The ideal candidate will be organized, have great time management skills, and service oriented to provide the best employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR Inbox, answering and assisting with all questions and triaging incoming emails
• Gather information needed to respond to incoming mail and employee requests, including employment verifications, electrical verification applications, wage claims, unemployment requests, etc.
• Assist with benefits administration, processes, and questions
• Support onboarding new hires as needed, including sending appropriate communications after hire
• Maintains Human Resource Information System records and QA/QC as needed; provide technical guidance
• Assist with ongoing HR audits
• Manage various projects, including employee anniversary recognition, baby baskets, and others as needed
• Complete HR admin operations duties such as processing separations, etc.
• Provide Nox Group and HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Gather and send reports, internally and externally as needed
• Assist with SOPs and process documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

Join Axon’s Professional Services team as a PSA Systems Administrator, owning the administration and optimization of Certinia as our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool within Salesforce. This role is critical to enabling high-impact delivery across our global Hardware and Software Professional Services organizations. You will configure and enhance the PSA system to support project tracking, resource management, timekeeping, billing, and forecasting at scale. You’ll work closely with Professional Services business stakeholders and the Salesforce Digital Customer Experience team to ensure Certinia is optimized for performance, adoption, and ongoing business value.
You will serve as both the hands-on administrator and technical owner, bringing a deep understanding of Salesforce and PSA best practices. Your work will drive automation, reduce operational friction, and increase visibility across the end-to-end services lifecycle.

Location: This role is based out of one of our hub locations (Scottsdale AZ, Atlanta GA, Denver CO, Boston MA, Seattle WA, Washington DC, San Francisco CA) and follows a hybrid schedule. Certinia PSA Administration

• Serve as the system administrator for Certinia, configuring PSA modules for project setup, milestones, resource scheduling, time/expense, billing, and revenue forecasting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for PSA-related questions, escalations, enhancements, and training.
• Maintain and govern PSA system data, ensuring accuracy in project records, resource allocations, and time tracking.
• Manage user access, security roles, and audit compliance.

Salesforce System Management & Development

• Administer and enhance Salesforce platform integrations with Certinia, including custom workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and IT to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Optimization & Support

• Drive continuous improvement of our PSA solution, including backlog grooming, feature releases, and system upgrades.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Professional Services, Finance, and Operations to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and ensure the system aligns with evolving business needs. 
• Support UAT and change management activities for new features and processes.

What You Bring

Required Skills / Experience

Position Summary

The Legal Specialist will be a key member of the Legal Operations Department, reporting to the Senior Director of Legal Operations in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for reviewing, drafting, and administering a broad range of commercial agreements, including sales and procurement contracts, non-disclosure agreements (“NDAs”), joint development agreements, intellectual property licenses, and other commercial documents. • Serve as contract management system administrator, responsible for workflow optimization, configuration, and technical support.
• Generate and maintain reports from the contract management system for Legal leadership and internal partners.
• Track personnel changes (new hires and departures) and update access, permissions, and relevant records in the contract management system.

Process, Policy & Documentation Support

• Update and manage content on the Legal Department’s SharePoint and Intranet pages.
• Assist with internal audits of contracts and contract‑related processes.
• Identify training needs and assist in onboarding new employees on Legal processes and contracting tools.
• Ensure familiarity with Legal Department policies, corporate policies, and operational procedures.
  
  

Operational & Cross‑Functional Support

• Submit Legal Department invoices for timely processing and payment.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met with high‑quality work product.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues, propose solutions, and take ownership of assigned projects and tasks.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator & Office Manager to support our People team and serve as a key operational partner for our Tempe office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys building efficient processes, and takes pride in delivering a seamless employee experience through strong execution behind the scenes.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting HR operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring our systems, documentation, and workflows run smoothly. You’ll also act as a reliable onsite resource and point of contact for employees, helping keep our office organized, functional, and welcoming.

You’ll report directly to the VP of People and collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

HR Administration & Operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, including employee folders and HRIS systems
• Manage and optimize workflows within our HR tech stack (Justworks, Deel, Lattice, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Greenhouse)
• Draft and process offer letters and support general HR documentation needs
• Assist in updating and maintaining company policies and internal documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across People processes and systems

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth and consistent new hire experience
• Manage new hire documentation, including I-9 completion and system setup
• Partner with IT and internal teams on equipment coordination and access
• Support offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and system updates

Compliance & PEO Management

• Support multi-state compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and tracking requirements
• Serve as a day-to-day administrator for our PEO, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation as needed

Employee Support

• Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, tools, and policies
• Provide timely, professional, and discreet support to employees and managers
• Escalate sensitive matters appropriately while maintaining confidentiality

Recruiting Coordination

• Support candidate coordination, including scheduling and onsite logistics
• Help deliver a smooth and organized candidate experience

Office Management & Coordination

• Serve as the onsite point of contact for office operations, including coordination with WeWork and building management
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment
• Support logistics for onsite meetings, team gatherings, and office needs

Culture & Team Support

• Assist with planning team events, recognition efforts, and internal initiatives
• Support company-wide programs that enhance employee engagement and connection

Special Projects

• Partner with the VP of People on key initiatives, including engagement surveys, internal communications, and process improvements

Compensation:

This is a contract position offering $30–$35/hr, depending on experience, with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
