About the Role:
This is a full-time, hourly role with an assigned schedule (typically 38–45 hours per week). The role includes regular weekend and potential holiday shifts, along with overtime opportunities based on business needs.

As a member of our Global Security Operations Center, you will report directly to the Global Security Manager. You will assist in the responsibility for overseeing team members during a designated shift. In your role you will ensure GSOC team members adhere to all post orders, protocols, procedures, regulations, and compliance with company policies. You will be the first point of contact for escalations on incidents and emergencies in the absence of Security Management. Your Day-to-Day
- Monitor alarms, including fire, door, and duress alarms, while answering routine and emergency calls.
- Monitor CCTV, to protect the building and assets, also to prevent or help stop any crime from occurring.
- Respond to life safety incidents (medical emergencies, natural disasters) and dispatch security officers, ERT, police, fire, and EMS personnel as needed via phone and radio.
- Able to manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature and maintain company’s confidentiality and information security practices
- Create dispatch records for each officer deployed during your shift, and initiate incident reports and work orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the Emergency Response Team (ERT)
- Monitor Alert media to identify, analyze, and support all events and incidents that impact or potentially could impact operations, facilities, and employees globally
- Troubleshoot technical issues with security systems, including CCTV and access control, to ensure proper functionality.
- Actively participate in projects related to the GSOC role, with responsibilities ranging from providing input and guidance to taking full ownership of initiatives based on individual expertise and capabilities.
- Monitoring live AB4 body camera footage.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or related fields.
- Possess a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) &/or be able to possess within 120 days of hire.
- Familiarity with security CCTV monitoring systems and protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple lines of communication and multitask.
- Basic proficiency with surveillance and alarm systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear incident documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor in all interactions
- Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a GSOC, corporate security, or a similar role.

Your Impact
The Technical Support Engineer provides 2nd & 3rd level support to Dedrone by Axon customers and partners worldwide. With your ability to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, and with your excellent communication skills, you will continually innovate to ensure Dedrone by Axon is offering the best level of service to the customer’s satisfaction. This is a customer focused, technical, hardware and software-related support position with responsibilities for meeting or exceeding performance and quality goals.
What You’ll Do
Location: Sterling, VA or Mesa, AZ offices - 4 days in-office required
Reports to: Manager, Technical Support – Dedrone by Axon
- Develop a complete understanding of the Airspace Security Solutions by Dedrone by Axon
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the Dedrone by Axon Product Family to field engineers and customers
- Research and identify solutions to resolve software and hardware issues
- Diagnosing and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Track internal and external requests and technical issues to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Update, maintain and monitor our customer systems as a full service
- Ensure all requests and issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Document technical knowledge in form of notes and manuals
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Work with engineering and development teams to perform root cause analysis
- Take part in On-call Support and weekend coverage
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or 7+ years relevant work experience preferred
- Previous practical work experience in the field of customer support
- Excellent troubleshooting skills at all levels to be able to identify and quickly resolve issues
- Strong knowledge of routing/switching
- Very good knowledge in networks and Linux
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Ability to work well in a team and enjoy knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide advice to non-technically aware customers
- Willing and able to travel
- Good knowledge about consumer UAV protocols and standards
- Basic knowledge and understanding of RF technology

What You Will Work On
- Own and grow a portfolio of channel partners, which may include accountants, benefits brokers, HR consultants, VC/PE firms, pilot partners, and associations
- Proactively identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new partners, not just manage an existing book
- Enable partners to successfully position and sell Justworks through training, resources, and ongoing coaching
- Carry and consistently achieve a quarterly quota tied to partner sourced pipeline and closed revenue
- Drive early partner activation by helping new partners reach their first deals quickly
- Work closely with Sales to support partner sourced opportunities from lead submission through close and post sale
- Use data to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and prioritize effort across partners
- Conduct regular partner check-ins and strategic reviews to grow engagement and output
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partner Experience, and Partner Operations on partner facing programs such as enablement, webinars, and co-branded initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with customer success and operations to advocate for partner needs and improve outcomes for both partners and their clients
- Capture partner feedback and ecosystem insights to inform program and product improvements

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, channel management, or indirect sales
- Prior experience as a Partner Manager required
- Background in direct sales (AE, BDR/SDR, or similar) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of generating partner sourced pipeline and revenue
- Experience recruiting, enabling, activating, and scaling partners across the full partner lifecycle
- Comfort operating in multi-party ecosystems where partner, customer, and internal incentives must be aligned
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Experience with Salesforce and partner-related tools (PRMs, ecosystem platforms, or similar a plus)
- High EQ, strong ownership mindset, and ability to influence without authority
- Self starter who thrives in fast moving, evolving environments
This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is targeted at $109,000 - $125,000 in our New York City office, and competitive On-Target Earnings, inclusive of incentive compensation, of $70,000. Final offers may vary from those listed. *Incentive compensation is not guaranteed, and earning is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive compensation plan.

The Opportunity
The B2B Marketing Lead will play a central role in supporting Springboard’s B2B sales and partnership efforts across healthcare and enterprise workforce segments. This role is ideal for a self-directed, action-oriented marketer who can move fluidly from strategy to hands-on execution and thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
You will be responsible for helping Springboard show up credibly and compellingly in front of senior buyers through in-person events, content, and sales enablement—translating customer needs into clear positioning, messaging, and marketing assets that drive pipeline and revenue impact.

- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Product to advocate for partner needs and improve outcomes for both partners and their clients
- Ensure the regular, systematic collection of partner feedback and ecosystem insights to inform program and product improvements
- Act as a point of escalation for partner or process-related issues and help Channel Partner Managers navigate complex situations.

This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is targeted at $127,875 - $140,662.50 in our Phoenix office, and competitive On-Target Earnings, inclusive of incentive compensation, of $70,000. What You’ll Do
Location: Remotely from United States, travel up to 50% of time (Candidate must be located in the Central region of the United States)
Reports to: Director, Sales Engineering
- Achieve mastery of all Axon technologies / products
- Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to lead business and technical presentations effectively
- Have technical conversations with IT departments, including CIOs, as well as channel partner leadership and technical stakeholders
- Set and manage expectations with customers and team members
- Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle for opportunities
- Remain organized and focused on removing sales obstacles through creativity and adaptation to rapidly changes circumstances
- Develop relationships with key partners for growth within their customer base
- Provide professional responses to customer RFPs / RFIs
- Effectively position the technology against competitive offerings
- Be responsible for representing the products, company values, and brand to customers and at field events such as industry and user conferences, tech summits, etc.
- Take ownership of the POC/Pilot process: Coordinate logistics across all stakeholders, assess customer requirements/objectives, and tailor POC tests and findings, accordingly, assist prospects with initial configuration and orientation
- Where possible, improve or develop technical documentation to ease understanding and customer or channel usage of our products and services
- Capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering and Marketing teams
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services necessary for binding quote
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
What You Bring
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Educational background:
- Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent field), or 5+ years relevant experience.
- Professional background:
- 5+years customer facing pre-sales or consulting background required
- Experience selling SaaS based solutions
- Experience in End User Compute or Cloud Computing preferred
- Experience in networking, storage, virtualization, or related technologies
- Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach
- Basic knowledge or curiosity of security, IPsec, InfoSec, hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and storage devices.
- Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision making while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort.
