Guerrilla is looking for a Technical Cinematic Animator to join our Cinematics Team. In this role, you will act as the technical lynchpin between cinematic design, animation, and engine integration—ensuring cinematic content is delivered, assembled, and optimized within the Decima engine. From tool development to vendor delivery integration, you’ll support and shape the systems that power Guerrilla’s world-class storytelling.

The Cinematics Team at Guerrilla is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to delivering compelling real-time scripted sequences. We collaborate closely with Narrative, Animation, Art, and Design teams to craft emotionally resonant, technically impressive cinematic experiences that complement our rich gameplay. With evolving pipelines and increasingly ambitious sequences, the Cinematics Team values strong technical partners who can help scale our tools and workflows for future projects.

We are looking for an experienced Rigger / Skinner to support the team working on PUBG: Black Budget, our new extraction shooter across characters, clothing, heads, and props.
