The Senior Manager, Procurement owns both Direct and Indirect procurement, leading a team of high-performing Buyers to directly support the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities teams through successful negotiations, cradle-to-grave order management, and comprehensive supplier management. As the Procurement lead, this individual will be responsible for managing a team of buyers through the use of key metrics to quantitatively evaluate supplier performance. BES seeks a Fellow for our Fellowship program starting in August 2026 to serve as a founding school leader in Alabama.  This BES Fellowship offers highly motivated leaders committed to transforming education the rigorous, multi-year training needed to design, found, and lead a high-achieving school that meets the unique needs of its community.

What You’ll Do 

The BES Fellowship for founding school leaders includes one year of training for Build Track Fellows followed by three years of Follow On Support to support leaders in building a high-performing, locally responsive school. Fellows in Alabama begin with an intensive training year, where they engage in over 300 hours of coursework on school design, leadership, governance, and community engagement, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion. Fellows also conduct in-depth studies of effective schools across the nation and complete residencies at high-performing schools, all while developing a charter application and establishing a founding board.

In year two, the planning year, Fellows partner with a BES coach to refine their project management and leadership skills, hire founding staff, recruit students, and solidify their school vision. This dedicated coaching and cohort-based training, known as Follow On Support, helps Fellows bridge the transition from founder to school leader, preparing them to launch a strong, sustainable school. During years three and four, the first two operational years, leaders put their vision into action, welcoming their inaugural class, coaching teachers, and using data to drive academic success. By the second year of operation, they deepen the academic focus, serving a growing population of students, and build leadership capacity to support future growth, all while fostering an empowered, mission-aligned team. ABOUT THE JOB

As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead the design and development of safety-critical circuitry for Ignition Safety Devices (ISD) and Electronic Safe and Arm Devices (ESAD). You will be responsible for specifying and testing ISDs and ESADs, including environmental testing. In addition to your technical tasks, you will provide leadership to ISD and ESAD programs throughout their lifecycle, from concept to production. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the development of ISDs, ESADs, and related devices, deep technical understanding of their design and production, and excellent management skills. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design & Integration: Lead the design and development of embedded control electronics from concept to production—including hardware selection, schematic & PCB design, board bring-up, and system integration.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Product Sourcing Engineer drives the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril’s product hardware across their lifecycles, by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally, including folks in engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging our approved supplier list
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as:
• Concept scoping to quickly solidify requirements
• Feature trade-off / trade tables
• Should cost / Clean sheet models
• Joint design development, via clear statements of work
• Simulation of mechanical & electronics designs

As the Program Manager - C2 Deployment for the IBCS-M program, you will serve as deputy program manager with primary focus on deployment planning, execution, and event/exercise support. This role is designed for a strong operator with C2 and CUAS technical depth who can translate program objectives into successful field operations and soldier feedback into actionable product requirements.

You will serve as the connective tissue between software engineering, program leadership, and operational fielding—ensuring our C2 software capabilities deploy on time, perform to specification, and exceed customer expectations across U.S. Army and allied partner nations.. You will own the deployment lifecycle from planning through sustainment, lead support for critical exercises and demonstrations, and serve as the voice of the end-user within program decisions.

This role requires someone who can think both strategically and tactically: comfortable developing deployment frameworks and briefing leadership one day, then troubleshooting software integration issues with soldiers at a customer site the next. You will build repeatable deployment processes, manage cross-functional coordination, translate warfighter feedback into engineering priorities, and ensure our program maintains operational credibility with Army stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IBCS-M deployments from site surveys through operational handoff for both U.S. and FMS customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in deployment operations, C2 systems, CUAS programs, or defense technical operations
• Proven C2 system knowledge including command and control architectures, networking, sensor-to-shooter integration, or fire control systems
• CUAS technical depth including counter-UAS concepts, radar/EO-IR sensors, engagement operations, and/or air defense systems
• Software system understanding with ability to troubleshoot integrations and translate user feedback into technical requirements

The right person for this role has a strong understanding of thermal analysis principles, with expertise in some of the tools common in industry.

• Perform detailed thermal analysis of solid rocket motor components.
• Size internal insulation, external thermal protection systems, and structural insulators.
• Validate models with test data; develop predictive ablation and erosion models.
• Define sub-scale tests for characterizing material properties of insulators and ablators.
• Evaluate and recommend ablative materials and thermal protection system solutions for applications in solid rocket motors

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, Product Sourcing Engineering (PSE) supports engineering and production teams with the development and execution of sourcing plans. As the Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers who will be the central point of contact for all supply chain needs in the product development process internally and externally. In this role, you will work with engineering, product program office and the broader production leadership team to support strategic sourcing initiatives and planning in pursuit of program and manufacturing goals, and lead cross-functional projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.

As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will be a hands-on enabler of both prototype and pre-production hardware related to autonomous drone systems. This role includes building complex electromechanical assemblies and integrating them into final products. You will support multiple projects by handling assembly, rework, test setup, maintenance, and field readiness activities. This role is essential to keep engineering momentum high, ensuring hardware is built to specification, tested thoroughly, and maintained to perform reliably under operational conditions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely completion of hardware development tasks.

The Area Service Manager manages the maintenance and upkeep of their assigned portfolio, including buildings, grounds, and building systems. The Area Service Manager ensures efficient and smooth workflow. Working collaboratively with the Community Manager, the Area Service Manager will set goals and objectives, coordinate their staff, producing progress reports and presentation.  

This role will oversee the Maintenance function for a portfolio of properties located in Tuscaloosa, Boaz, and Albertville.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Collaborates with the Community Managers to implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs. 

• Coordinates compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and guidelines, MSDS, OSHA, EPA regulations, fire codes and other relevant rules and regulations.  

• Coordinates with approved contractors and vendors.  

• Along with Service Managers, conducts regular inspections of all Building Systems including fire extinguishers, sprinkler, and alarm systems. 

• Works closely with Regional Manager and Community Manager in creating, scheduling capital budgets.

As an Account Executive for Fixed License Plate Recognition (LPR) Cameras, you’ll be the subject matter expert partnering with Key Account Leaders (KALs) to deliver cutting-edge, integrated LPR solutions to law enforcement agencies across the country. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our reach, unlocking new revenue, and helping agencies solve real-world problems through advanced vehicle recognition and data-driven policing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead LPR Sales Strategy: Drive sales of Axon’s Fixed LPR cameras by identifying use cases, crafting tailored solutions, and closing deals in collaboration with Key Account Leaders.
• Be the Technical Expert: Act as the go-to resource for LPR product knowledge, implementation logistics, data workflows, and competitive differentiation.
• Support Complex Sales Cycles: Partner with KALs to engage decision-makers, RFPs, and drive long-term strategic opportunities within large public safety agencies.
• Deliver Demos & Field Proofs: Coordinate and deliver compelling product demonstrations, pilots, and customer education sessions to showcase the impact of Axon’s LPR technology.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Field Sales to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sale transitions.
• Champion the Customer Voice: Bring field insights back to internal teams to improve product-market fit and deliver long-term customer value.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
• Proven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota
• Strong technical aptitude — comfortable explaining camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to both IT and non-technical users
• Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
• Deep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape, including RFPs, budgets, and grants
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal
• High integrity, mission alignment, and the ability to build trust with law enforcement customers
• Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer sites, events, and demos
