Creative Manager | Position Summary
The Creative Manager plays a key role in bringing the Hawthorne brand to life across our portfolio. This position leads the planning, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing projects while also contributing directly to design and content development.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and reflective of Hawthorne’s mission. From campaign concepts to community-level materials, this position ensures every detail is thoughtful, consistent, and impactful.
Creative Manager | Job Functions
Creative Development & Design
- Act as creative design lead for marketing graphics and illustrations
- Execute design work across a variety of formats, including:
- Digital campaigns
- Social media content
- Print collateral and signage
- Email and promotional materials
- Translate marketing and brand strategy into visually compelling, on-brand creative
- Provide creative direction across projects, ensuring a cohesive visual and storytelling approach
- Maintain consistency across all creative assets, ensuring alignment with Hawthorne’s brand standards
- Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials reflect Hawthorne’s voice, tone, and visual identity
Project Management & Execution
- Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects—from intake and briefing through final delivery
- Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with marketing priorities
- Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment
Creative Asset & System Management
- Manage and maintain internal creative asset management systems, ensuring all assets are organized, accessible, and up to date
- Establish and enforce standards for file naming, version control, and asset organization
- Oversee the lifecycle of creative assets, ensuring teams are using the most current, approved materials
- Partner with teams to streamline asset access and improve efficiency across marketing and on-site teams
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate with leadership to align creative initiatives with broader marketing and brand strategy
- Partner with Corporate and Community Teams to meet creative goals while maintaining brand consistency

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in marketing or related fields
- Experience in Adobe Suite, Figma
- Experience in multifamily, real estate, or hospitality strongly preferred.
- Experience in marketing, branding, or content creation
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Strong self-management skills
- Oversees timelines and proactively advances projects to ensure on-time completion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regularly
- Comfort working autonomously and cross-functionally
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling

Job Overview:
The Compliance Specialist supports Process Server contractors as a part of the Process Server Development team. This role reviews service events submitted by process servers to ensure compliance with court and customer requirements and ABC’s guidelines and expectations. This role also investigates complaints and contested serves.
This position is remote but must be located in one of the following states: Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida
Key Responsibilities:
- Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements
- Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
- Investigate service complaints
- Create service complaint investigation reports
- Update and analyze process server review records
- Perform DCA required audits of process server logbooks
- Audit process server service event histories
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
- Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred
- Excellent written communication skills, specifically professional email communication a must
- Ability to take concise and effective notes
- Detail oriented and able to learn a large amount of new information in a short amount of time
- Ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams as a primary mode of communication
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Anduril is looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and support the rapidly growing Rocket Motor Systems Business. This role will help drive pricing activities, portfolio product analysis, cost structure analysis, market situational awareness, facility expansion, and resource allocation decisions. The Business will rely on this Finance Manager to develop and sustain strong collaborate relationships with internal and external Anduril stakeholders. We are not looking for someone that will just be a service provider but someone that will have a seat at the table and drive strategic & operational growth within Rocket Motor Systems.
ABOUT THE JOB
In practice, this role will support important decisions with analytical insight and strategic and tactical recommendations to drive the long-term success of the business. You will communicate your findings to senior leadership and partner with others to operationalize the hypotheses and takeaways. You will be a driver on all major proposal efforts, customer negotiations, contract execution, strategic planning, and operational financial management practices. This role requires a strong interest in solving puzzles with an ability to recognize patterns and collaborate via cross-functional partnership (Data, Marketing, Product, Growth, and Engineering) to drive effective decision-making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Corporate Long Range Financial Planning & Analysis
- Own the long-range budgeting, forecasting, and analysis process, workstreams, and reporting for the consolidated company plan
- Drive cash flow forecasting and management efforts, ensuring liquidity and financial stability
- Develop complex financial models to assess various financial scenarios and support strategic initiatives
- Conduct thorough balance sheet analyses and report on key financial indicators
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and enhance reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Lead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures
- Lead the SG&A forecasting and planning review cycle and engage in detailed workstreams partnering with corporate functional leaders
- Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive accountability for spend
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards to communicate SG&A performance to senior leadership
- Analyze trends and risks, offering recommendations to optimize cost structures and improve financial efficiency
- Headcount Planning & Workforce Analytics
- Create comprehensive headcount and new hiring budgeting plans
- Lead the headcount forecasting and reporting process, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals
- Partner with People function, Talent Acquisition and department leaders to analyze staffing needs, hiring plans, and workforce costs
- Talent acquisition pipeline and capacity management
- Support functional leaders to develop workforce plans as part of the annual planning process
- Develop and maintain models to project salaries, benefits, and personnel-related expenses, ensuring accuracy in financial planning
- Define productivity metrics by segment and role within each function
- Office and site utilization monitoring, tracking and planning
- Support workforce scenario planning, analyzing the financial impact of different hiring strategies and organizational changes
- Track actuals vs. forecast for headcount, compensation, and benefits, providing insights on variances and trends
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting within a corporate FP&A, investment banking or consulting environment
- Strong expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a finance function
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (i.e. Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, Foundry)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

MLB Live Content Creator (Seasonal)

Major League Baseball’s Live Content Program is a premiere content creation program leading the way in content capturing and innovation among all professional sports leagues. The program consists of photographers, videographers, and editors who have a passion for not only capturing compelling content but being at the forefront with engaging with the next generation of baseball fans. This program provides young & professional creators an opportunity to continue their creative and visual career while also learning from the best content creators in sports.
The Live Content Creator is a member of the Live Content team and is primarily responsible for capturing video and photo content using one’s personal professional cameras of on- and off-the-field baseball experiences for the league, club and player’s social needs. Beyond day-to-day coverage, content might be used for brand marketing campaigns, editorial pieces, and external stakeholders to further elevate the growth of baseball.
This is a part-time, seasonal position covering MLB games and events in the assigned city, reporting back to the Live Content team based in New York City.
The Live Content Creator Program requires the use of personal professional cameras.
This role requires night and weekends through the year and requires flexibility to be available on short notice. Potential travel opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of professional quality photography and videography experience
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras in a sports environment
- Knowledge of social media platforms and what content works best on each
- Proficient understanding of viral content
- Familiarity with MLB and overall baseball current storylines
- Love for visual storytelling
- Conducts professionally on and off the field representing Major League Baseball
- Editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut or similar platforms is a plus
- Spanish-Language is a plus
- Interview experience is a plus
- A love for the game of baseball
Requirements
- Commits to work on assigned scheduled dates
- Follows directions from the Live Content Management team based in NY to understand daily needs, storylines and prepare for special requests from social platforms, marketing and league needs
- Attends home games/events within one’s market to capture pregame, in-game, and post-game content for both home and visiting teams, player marketing, and the league in photo/video formats to send over for real-time distribution
- Generates content primarily for game day but may also create content for marketing promotions and sponsorship activations on social and editorial platforms
- Produces content on a nightly basis and edits on tight deadlines
- Abides to MLB HR compliance policies
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

By understanding our restaurants’ unique needs, this role will develop a customized technology solution that helps the restaurants’ business thrive.
What You'll Focus On
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Chowbus’ restaurant technology in the market.
- Research and qualify prospects that are a good fit for Chowbus’ restaurant technology platform.
- Engage in regular outbound prospecting via cold visits, calling, email, marketing campaigns, and other avenues.
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospects’ needs.
- Successfully accomplish assigned KPIs and goals that include, but are not limited to, daily outreach quotas and newly onboarded partners per month.
- Manage sales activities and results using Chowbus’ CRM tool.
- Partner with regional team to ensure that the expectations set during the sales process are executed during delivery of the product/service.

- Proficient using collaborative and internal tools, or can learn them quickly required (Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Apps)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred
- 1 year of relevant experience highly preferred
- Are bilingual in Chinese

The salary for this role is $50,000-$80,000 plus sales commission, depending on experience.
