Tasks
- Support with day-to-day website management and strategic development.
- Drafting content for external and internal communications (intranet, newsletters, career page, etc.).
- Managing employer review platforms.
- Planning events in collaboration with the recruiting team.
- Working closely with other departments within IONOS (e.g., branding, internal communications).
- Supporting day-to-day operations as well as other initiatives in the area of employer branding.
Qualifications
- Advanced studies in economics, marketing or communications.
- Editorial skill and a sense for design.
- Initial experience with CMS and Canva is a plus.
- High affinity for employer‑branding and HR topics, as well as interest in personnel marketing and corporate culture.
- Fluent in German and English.
